for the corrupt version, the second you weild it, the timer starts countin down non corrupt, it will only degrade while worn *AND* in combat, so if it is worn, but you are not in combat, it wont degrade! (hope this helps!)

you eat a karambarwan, then any other food, and it will eat them both very quickly, allowing very fast hp healing! ( kar + rocktail = 40+ 10 hitpoints!)

I reallydont see why people cant reliseone thing: The holy wrench can be replaced by a prayer pot, allowing for ALOT more prayer poinnts, instead of wasting a space with a holy wrench. other than that, the setup is good.

I cant help but point out that F2P get holiday events, and its one of the only times that F2P get everything that P2P does... Think about it. (im not counting that tree from the X-mas event that only P2p got, it was useless to F2p lol)

Use saradomin brews and super restores (2:1) and bring a familier. you will also need a hammer and the normal setup for tanking bandos (full guthans/ torags with DFS and whip or any gs) your m8(s) will need rocktails or sharks and 3-5 ppots depending on prayer levels.

it's really not that much hassle recharging armour (barrows for instance) as if you are slaying with it, you normally make the cash to recharge it and way more. Just get torags pl8 and legs.

also, what is your budget, coz if its low, just cook tuna like I was gonna try (only about 1m loss) or you could make wine (I belive its very fast xp, not sure) for massive losses

when I was around your stats the range pot: prayer pot ratio works best at 1:4, so just drink a range pot every 4 ppot sips (dont forget a spare sip for start :S ) also yes, blessed vambs work well! EDIT: NO, do not use bones to peaches.
