level 2 men are ~350k p/h. OP should farm herbs + MTK (favor once a week) while killing blue dragons w/ a cannon if he wants 70 prayer ASAP.

you'd be better off killing level 2 men then any of these options.

You should only need 92 for easily boostable gorged effigies, as summer pie are +5 :D

that argument would justify the ge limiting all items to 2 per 4 hours also, theres going to be no sellers for common items in w2/RSOF because they'll just instant dump on the GE for whatever price they want.
