turmoil does not drain the enemies stats.

Familiar for armadyl
Bat is pretty iffy for soloing...no healing if you need it right away. I'd use a war tort to a bat when its empty.

Barrage over Burst at Lobs?
it depends on what you value your time at.

godswords are garbage, whip is always better.

When in doubt, use a titan. Alright I'm going to look into how many charms I need to reach 79 summoning. I've read before that Fire Titan is the most useful of the 3 Level 79 ones, is that true? Thanks for the helb :) it depends on what type of xp you want.

what it takes for slayer proness
I was thinking iron titan. 96 is just because your so close you might as well get it. firecape was a given and unless you intend to mage slay arcane stream is kinda meh you'd use it on one task. and all of our herb levels are with a +4 stew boost.

Money making
this, unless you want to get 70 range and have done WGS. Dont get sgs though, its terrible.

what it takes for slayer proness
I'll assume you already have basic gear. (barrows whip fsh glory etc.) super sets for all tasks 10% prayer for all tasks piety for all tasks zerker ring fury 85 herb 96 summon 95 prayer chaotic rapier (get while merching/herb farming/doing dailys for cash for earlier items) claws bandos chest plate 92 herb bandos tassets

ideal slayer setup for most tasks: full slayer helm sw cape fury bandos chest veracs skirt dboots rune defender barrows gloves chaotic rapier/dragon claws/a dds zerker (i)/fero ring this will be accompined by piety (or turmoil), a bunyip or combat familiar, super/extreme sets, the brew trick if using a cb familiar (see zarfots slayer guide), and super sets. This setup applies to: abby demons gargoyles greaters hell hounds dusties black demons (no cannon) blue dragons (with yak) dark beasts (with unicorn) desert strykes (with unicorn or humidify casts) fire giants jungle strykes (with antis++) kalphites living rock creatures nechryael suqahs (no cannon) tzhaar warped tortises that would be the gear I'd aim for if I was only buying gear. the money (mainly spent on bcp+claws) is better spent on prayer/herb/summ though

the bonuses are in the rs manual, not one beats zammy in any way.

I told you so. The treasure trails let down.
iit increases to ~+70 as your range level goes up.

What? Aeil still writes blogs??
Haven't been doing much... I bought 50k bursts brobes and a sol I'll hopefully get 96 summ and 99 Mage I got a good deal on the robes, 5m for top addy arrows p++ for junk and 4.5m+2m junk for crown and bottom the crown sold overnight in the GE. I'll be willing to sell the robes to a tifer for fairly cheap when I'm done.

Tip.It Times - 1st August 2010
first article, this is why I have been suggesting sense they removed the BTS that jagex just have all the updates ready at the BEGINNING of the month. This way they can promise (barring any major incidents) that the update will be released precisely on Monday. It'd shut the RSOF ranters up until they actually read the update at least. second article, was terrible. Slaying efficently>slaying 'politely' good DYK for once.

D Hatchet > Rune Hatchet?
you should be chopping ivy (no logs) or using an adze at teaks (no rune/dragon hatchet). woodcutting anything else is a waste of time. But dragon/adze has been stated by jagex to be 15% better. (although they have stated that corp has no damage reduction...)

Newfound Uses for Modern Prayers
this. especially at somewhere like arma or dks where prayer dictates the amount of time that you can last.

first big workout of the summer? our official season starts on the first... as does ours. when i said "big" workout i meant speed work that is equal to the degree of difficulty usually found within our seasonal workouts. there have been smaller ones and plenty of hill work but i felt that this one was on par with some that we've done during past seasons. sorry for any confusion every kid in my grade who runs under a 20 minute 5k wears mizuno shoes besides me. i swear by asics because they are known to be the best fitting and just about the longest lasting in terms of durability. my first pair is still that pearly white color with only one rip in them. i used to go cliff diving at the local swimming hole with them then the next day i could run a couple miles on them. as far as spikes go this year i'll be picking up a pair of saucony.. the design looks really, really sweet. Shay xc 2 thanks for that link I may have to be ordering a pair of thoughs ;)

terrain and temperature yes,as well as foot shape (arch type, size, pronation) and running style/distance. I'd reccomend Asics or Saucony over a more generic brand like Nike or Adidas as I've found there shoes to be more conferable and better designed for running.
