  1. Dropping ores is a pain, yeah iron and banking in the ressource dungeon is the way to go imo. Mining a star a day if possible would come in handy. Might as well *not* use varrock armor as double ores don't give double xp.
  2. Broad bolts while doing something else like running around for a farm round, this is rather slow but you aren't fletching... You are not wasting your time while moving around. That's how i get some fletch xp lately while profiting all the way, depends how in a hurry yo uare for seers diary.
  3. Pickpocketed mens in lumby. Then took a walk to varrock, killed dark wizards untill i got my first mem-only item : a blood rune. Was kinda special lol. Then as above poster i bought an eyepatch. Took a trip to mossies where i met a nice guy that gave me all his loot expect the rannars seeds. Went to catherby then where i spend days big net fishing.
  4. By reading the abstract part... it basically appl;ies to anything computer related nowadays... Summary of the invention without even once saying what it is... lolz Guess there isn't a law in the US yet that makes the one that sues injustifically pay all expenses related to it. So much needed lol
  5. Kinda surprised they so easy to mage. Good to know if i ever decide to finish off magic with pure slaying. You guys above sometimes dont make sense at all lol.
  6. Coal bag is handy when mining in LRC when all gold is collapsed, and i think it will get updated to be able to fill within bank soon, so will be good for superheating too, and it's uber cheap anyway. I see you 99 herb, maybe scroll of cleansing is still something to look at even if only making extremes/ovl. Between X-bow or staff i'd get the staff, safe pvp in mind.
  7. I rarely flip raw materials they just seem to not work well for me ... I got 3-4 items that i allmost constantly flip when there market is ok : easy 500-600k for around 20M invested daily which isn't bad at all... Obviously not going to say what they are. Think by yourself and you'll find items where you'll profit about 90% of the time (also check GE graphs).
  8. We probably just get the ability to pickpocket those famous monkeys for bananas ! Maybe a new kind of higher leveled bananas... Ok maybe we will see Dragon Knives but no defender, that's nothing you would keep in your pockets. AS for how the dragon defender would be introduced... I think it should have to do with the warriors guild, not a quest at best a miniquest and a high level Cyclope Boss, Defender untradable of course.
  9. I've never seen a dino get caught in one of my traps unless i was nearby, I can set down a trap, come back 15 minutes later, and the dino and trap are still laying around. I believe the fact you catch or not a dino is rolled when you set up the trap, of course it has to come near the trap too, that's why sometimes catches take long. Haven't hunted any in a while thought.
  10. It was about scroll of cleansing... So if i get it right... Avantoes -> unfinished is (looking at Grimmy's spreadsheet) 1,035,659 + 300 * 4574 = 2.4M/h not even taking into consideration the speed increase of the scroll. That's pretty nuts for something requiring no preparations... that is equivalent if not better than frosties.
  11. Thanks for link; making unfinished potions is more money than i thought it was... It doesn't really answer all but i guess i do some testings self.
  12. I think you need to add an extra second per dragon if pick up hides and also banking should be slightly slower unless you bank all and get your teles out again. Still worth picking them up.
  13. To sell clean herbs or to sell unfinished pots ? I rather not bother making unfinished as they are 0xp but i'm also not against a quick extra income if it's worth it. Herbs i'm talking about are toadflax, avantoe, kwuarm, irit and cadantine; i don't bother cleaning guam to harra and the rest is for making my own potions.
  14. Done 70 super restores out of 56 herbs laying in bank ; definately the best dung reward so far.
  15. I think they had good intentions, aka our poor noobs can't afford Spirit Shields and whine et's give them a downgrade version and try to make them look semi-decent in KB... I didn't even consider getting any of the chaotic shields even with the KB been right. Blocking some damage over 200 really doesn't sound great at all. A shield is a niche use anyway for a high level like me that doesn't boss-hunt often, i mostly do slayer which means i wear a shield once in a blue moon for Wyverns lol. They did imo at least a good job with how chaotics degrade, rapier pe beating up whip for a reasonnable cost in single combat with the drawback of being exponentially more expensive to use in multi. Make it degrade just by time spend in combat and you destroyed completly the slayer skill. Balance is hard to get and i sure more often than not wonder what Jagex smokes after updates :wall:

Like the above poster i just keep them for Shattered Heart, they are indeed worth so little i don't botter selling them 5k+ leftovers now from superheat/smelting -> gold ammies for strange rocks. GE slot is better used to flip or sell stuff worth selling.
  17. If you act as though your teammates are enemies at any point, you are a huge part of the problem with 117. Teamwork is essential, even if they're [bleep]s. That said, I clear easy GDs by myself on pro teams all the time. I'll gate a door, and when the keyer finds the key I go and handle whatever the door throws at me unless it's a group puzzle room or a hard GD (or another key door lol). There's a very small spectrum of floors I would feel comfortable soloing with armor but not without- generally there's a very clear distinction between a room that will mess you up and a room that's hood safe enough to clear solo. From the way you talk I doubt you've ever actually tried a dungeon with no armor. It's not that bad, really. Sadly not everyone has access to pro-teams. Hood sure helps limit damage overall but you still get beaten up badly by range/melee when hood disabled (yes with simply a hood solo a level 60 zombie is worth around 150lp of food). I never go out of the way to make armor, same with fishing unless it's a matter of life and death, pick up herbs, often plant some, chop maybe later needed logs... Starts a W117 dung : Who keys ? Who tools ? everyone should tool (yeah right they say mostly) I'm making some laws and cosmics now. 'Need hammer' you hear allready...... 5-6 rooms later 2 people hoard most of the food... And of course have none for the keyer that really needs it Hard GD : lets pick up the food of the newly slain instead of killing first to save some food overall (1st death of someone) Comes a potable smithing door : lycopus anyone ? I saw one 'somewhere...' then why didn't you pick it up... To the guy with 300k because he is 99 thieving and found some good chests : make altar please ? 'I need it, just make one yourself' Fianlly boss time : Necrolord cool let's make bows from the logs at base, wait some idiot deciced to level up his fletching and make 'arrow shafts' I may exagerate when i said ennemy about teammates but still... All of the above happened recently. Gonna watch that vid, maybe learn a trick or 2
  18. He was talking about 117 where your worse foes are your teammates... And making armor pointless nah, you guys must have too good teams then and never have to clear semi easy GD by yourself to speed things up a bit.
  19. Mhhhh a loooooooooooooooooooooooot of bank space and pickpocket master farmer to 99 thieving, should also make cash too :?:
  20. ^^ you have to learn to play hooded too, make 1-2 piece of armor and normal rooms should all be easy. (learned the hard way that without a body armor some bosses pown, Sagitar lol) Got mine on a abandonned 2 large 5:5 if that helps, think i never saw more than 5 spiders total on all the solo small and meds i did.
  21. High level herbs still are decent xp expecially if you can do a run in 2:10, guess it depends on how fast you want your farming xp.
  22. Danger which i would resume in no graves, dangerous randoms that pown afkers with phats, a wildy that isn't a big Disneyland filled with CWs, FOGs and other SC, all those stupid warnings everywhere and the safe zone for newbs... Only danger for your items that is left is a bad connex lost or a server crash...
  23. Depends a lot on how you slay and why you would block a monster... Too hard to kill or bad cash, the slayer xp is bad, the monster just is too boring ? This is my current block list (i don't cannon and kinda wanna make cash while slaying) * Kalphites : do i need to explain why * Bloodvelds : started killing those back in the days with MSB and mith arrows at 50 slay all the way up to now... And yes the drops suck too * Black Demons : Crimsons ? Hourey !!! i m sitting at 97 summon now... Could have 99 if i wanted. * Hellhounds : no drops * Living Rocks : Decent xp and drops if you mine them but well 1 task jus ttakes way toooooooooo looooooooooooooong. I also allways skip Fire Giants, Suqahs with slayer points. Greaters sometimes if don't feel like doing the clue the task will give.
  24. Why C1 ? I rush in C3 gives a bit better xp while barely slowing you down (only case where lose some time is if have to make a bow)
  25. Tip.It for forums and TT quick reference (best one) RsWiki well for a lot of info althought some stuff is really stupid there (lol take 100+ DBowers for a guarantee 1 hit Corp kill : aka this isn't a Corp tactic can do that for any boss). Used Sals a lot in the past for quest guides. Sometimes mess around with RuneHQ calculators
