This means war. Pleasantly surprised. I don't really like romantic comedies/action comedies but this one was decent and had some pretty good laughs. The whole setting was pretty unbelievable but meh, that's probably the same for all but the best action comedies.

Plus 8Realms seems to be a major fail..ripoff without any new ideas. Haven't tried myself but have not seen one person talk positively about it.

Void itself looks great, but tbh...the helmet is more than just weird. Red eyes? O_o Plus it really doesn't look like a helmet anymore.

Mediocre month in my eyes...None of the updates are bad, but none is particularly thrilling either. Not a big fan of task sets. Also, I fear Jagex will really mess up with the gatestone stuff. Tbh I find it kinda annoying that I spent ages to get spellbook swap on lunar, and now it's just handed out for free? I seriously hope there are some restrictions on those portals. Don't see the need of it either, can't we teleport just fine already?

There's at least a 10m cash price. *that one* won't be untradable...and goldfarmers have the programs to easily create hundreds of emails+accounts quickly.

Apparently I went on my F2P account, Saradomin Chestplate was one of the biggest prizes. So I can create 100 f2p accounts, log on each of them, pile the rewards and... hmm... hmm. In theory, yes. But the fact that I got 50gp in 3 rolls show that the odds are terribly low. I forgot to mention there was a 10M cash prize too. It still looks like something that could be incredibly easily be abused by goldfarmers... >.>

Well now we know...it's exactly the same thing as one could expect from the teaser updates...just no one was sure because it seemed to be such a strange thing to implement. Don't really get why they did this update tbh.

Well, it depends what you think of as "ghosts". Imo, if there is a scientific explanation for them, even if we don't have it right now, it's not a ghost. A ghost will always be supernatural. And even if we by far do not know everything yet, there are some things we can exclude with relative certainty. E.g. the memory of dead people being able to live on. Doesn't make it absolutely impossible of course, just very unlikely. And I disagree with science being terribly wrong a lot. We are far from the whole truth of the universe, but in most cases what you say was "wrong" is merely an approximation of the truth. The atom models were just that - models. Of course opinions differ on this, but imo it's obvious that we just use the best explanation we currently have to work with, even if we're wrong. Einstein was wrong, and I'm not thinking of those neutrinos here. Quantum mechanics surely is wrong as well. It doesn't matter. It's the best approximation to the truth we currently have and it's what we work with. It's what explains our universe the best.

Well es epicbot has proven(and tbh was obvious from the start) they'll never be "rid" of bots. They have to keep developing to keep ahead of bots. I mean, look at it now. Not even half a year after the bot nuke, we can expect the anti-bot dev group has been working as had as before, yet bots are already prevalent again, making up maybe not the majority but already a sizable portion of players online again.

I would rather *have* all 99s. Don't take much pride in achievements and of the two, all 99s clearly has more advantages than 200m in a skill. I would rather *get* 200m in my favourite skill...because honestly I'm not going to put up with getting stuff like 99 rc. Forget it.

Have you ever listened to EVP's you've recorded yourself and hear clear-speaking voices? I have. Give me the explanation for a little girl's voice on the digital recorder when there is no one in the house under 20, and no other female in the home besides myself. I don't believe every case is a case of ghosts or any sort of paranormal activity. But I don't blindly deny their existence...or even the chance of it. Reason should be promoted--always look first for an explanation. But sometimes there just aren't any. And yes, while we might later find the scientific reasoning for them, it's kind of hard to imagine science explaining away things like EVPs. Well I personally haven't...but it could e.g. be that the microphone by chance happens to resonate to a certain wavelength and some radiostation was sending at that exact wavelength. My sister once was able to listen to russish radio through her guitar amp. Could be just one explanation. Even if it's wrong - Just because something seems impossible at first doesn't mean there's no explanation to it, it's just harder to find. Besides, there is a logical reason that ghosts can't exist: Our universe is based on certain laws. These laws can be studied and make it possible for us to build machinery and stuff(e.g. like you need relativity to have a working navi). If ghosts existed, it would mean there are no laws at all, which would make our current world impossible, or it would defy those laws, which again would mean that we're completely wrong about our (scientific) view of the world which would basically again make our current world impossible. edit: to dizzle: Of course "ghost phenomenon" can exist. But they're not ghosts, or to make it more clear, paranormal activites. There's an explanation for everything, it just may be hard to find. If there's an explanation for it, it's not paranormal. Most of it just goes back to the power of the mind to create convinving halluzinations. Oh and things like the same halluzination by two people are possible, no problem. There's something that triggers a hallucination in your mind, and if you share the same experience/whatever it is, the same thing(idk, a small noise you hear unconsciously) can trigger the same, or rather, an almost identical halluzination.

Well, I personally believe in being determined, and it's one of the reasons why I prefer a justice system based on rehabilitation and prevention instead of vengeance. I do not believe the person is responsible for what he does, yet we still have to punish him, if we didn't, there would be no deterrent and there would be more people committing crime. As the text says: We are determined yet we have to act as if we aren't in order for our society to work. It's almost like doublethink.

Yeah they obviously want players to get membership. It what gets them money. I still can't see the issue with it though. I would think that video ads when hopping worlds or constant pop-ups of "buy members to access this" would be far more detrimental to f2p gameplay...

I really, really hope they do not >.< What exaclty is wrong with it? You don't have to gain P2P experience if you don't want to, and besides, if a pure F2Per has, say, a few thieving levels, what does it matter?

Well I guess it would be a bit difficult to understand if you're not familiar with the concept of having numbers not in Base-10. You can obviously work out it on your own, but it may take some time.
