you won't need prayer too much at 59 slayer, but it couldn't hurt. You'll also need 70+ range.

gesundheit technically means "health"; but pretty much translates to "bless you"

That's Pirate's treasure. You need to get Karamjan Rum off of the island, but the custom's lady won't let you take it. It also breaks when teleporting. You're supposed to put it into Lanthas' box (the guy that pays you 30gp to fill his box with bananas). Then after he gives you the 30 gp, you go back to Port Sarim. At the docks, there's a food shop. Talk to the guy there, and he'll give you a job and tell you to go into the back room. In the back room, you search a box of bananas and you'll find your rum.
