  1. Oh wow...I some how misread that as dungoeoneering #-o
  2. You should farm the most profitable herb that you can, then sell it and buy more efficient herbs or potions for the actual training. As for whether or not herblore is useful -- it's probably the most useful skill in the game aside from magic and summoning. If you ever plan on doing any serious combat (including training slayer), you should invest in getting extremes at the very least. This Except you forgot summoning in your list of usefullness
  3. 1) Makes it so Hill giants, Zombies, Skeletons(excluding mage Skeletons), forgotten warriors, and rangers can't see you. They will fight back when you attack them of course, and if there is a forgotten mage in the room that spots you, the effect is negated as it uses a spell on you to 'remove the shadows' from you, so to speak. 2) Just play large maps on Abandoned of Furnished floors, and kill every night spider you see 3) if you rush/do keys a lot/can make your own decent armor, yes
  4. i guess since it hasn't been mentioned yet.... You'd save more money if you bought fire runes and used and Air staff rather then buying air runes and using a fire staff. As for money, green/blue dragons are easy to mage when you hit decent levels. Metal dragons are also good when you can use good fire spells or have chaos gloves.
  5. exactly :P I think it's really only better on Metal dragons, and maybe Dark Beasts.
  6. Whip>CLS on most actually
  7. I don't care if other people like it, I wear it 'cause I think it looks cool. Now that I have 99 slayer, I don't see much reason to really be serious about efficiency anymore, heck, I never really did care about it. I've only ever slayed for fun, and the skull on my back just makes it more fun for me. I don't think wearing a Slayer cape is stupid.
  8. Yeah, that really explains why Zerker rings are 4.2m. Anyways, I would go with the Fire Cape. Honestly, achievement capes aren't really impressive anymore. You are better off not playing for other people, and play for yourself. Which is why I wear my Slayer cape now when I slay
  9. I like how well organized jagex staff is. 2 hours ago this was posted in my clan's IRC: http://i.imgur.com/lh72E.png[/img THANK YOU JAGEX for making me sit around for nothing. Oh my god you little [puncture]. They adress you personally to update you on the situation, and then you rant at them when everything doesn't go according to plan. Low, so low. That is if its even real. And to whoever said Tuesday updates are routine... no they are not. Nice reading you did there
  10. Just sold it for 2.2m, rangers, ranger ammy + archer ring. just gotta wait for 4hr limit to go before I sell those items :) The 4-hour limit only applies to items bought and sold on the G.E. If you got them in a trade, you can sell them on the Grand Exchange instantly. It works when you trade items player to player. You can't sell in item that you bought from your friend 10 minutes earlier.
  11. look at all the pictures!!!! <_< Edit: neither did you (to below)
  12. skillers? (too lazy to do math, so I might be wrong)
  13. well, my opinion is different. A little common courtesy is good, you should at least make some resemblance of an attempt to find an open world and save crashing for later. If it comes down to it, then yea, crash, there's no other way. But I think you should at least hop a few times to make sure. (please keep in mind this is an opinion of mine, and no argument will change that)
  14. What Studio says: first come first serve. What Troacctid says: not that. Now who is right? What I got out of it was.. Studio : At least look, crash if you must Troacctid : Screw that, you hop instead.
  15. In this last exchange...I'm siding with Studio. Your arguments are basically repeating what studio said, except you're using it to defend crashing instead. Have a little shred of common courtesy, hop a few times, and then crash if that's what it comes down to. Don't crash and say they could just hop instead of you. That's just being a [bleep].
  16. Yay, no more looking for effigy construction assists, and time to remodel my house
  17. darn, I thought it was for exit ones too <_<
  18. So I started rebuilding my POH, and I wanted to make a Marple Portal instead of the normal Iron one. But when I make a new garden, and click to build, I only get the option to build the normal Iron one.
  19. ok, so would making my west garden my portal, and the switching the west skills hall into a quest hall be good?
  20. I can't do that slaying, and I'm 100% positive I'm not the only one You're also not maxed combat with turmoil and extremes. At your levels, bandos is not worth using if you're praying on tasks. But for those of us with Maxed combat, turmoil and extremes, it is.
  21. yes, but awhile ago, they made it so it didn't have as huge of an effect. The load time would hardly be noticeable now
  22. Them calling their other friends to try and crash you back, then whine as well. Getting lured/messed up lures at DKS and TDS. So its not worth it to crash because they can retaliate against you I never said that, I just answered your question. Don't put words in my mouth please.
  23. Not very, not many Still doesn't change how good it is.
