  1. I hate the way you put it (makes you sound like an [bleep]), but I agree with the point.
  2. I can still read the names
  3. Why wouldn't it increase damage? The other Range prayers do.
  4. it's only better on Dark Beasts and Metalic dragons I believe, try not to get so excited next time. I didn't think anyone would be so excited as to misclick twice :-? Spot the glitch?
  5. I don't have much proof...but Whip > CLS at any slayer task not named Dark Beast, Iron/steel/mith dragon.
  6. Blah blah blah, this thread is full of proof that the CR is better than the CLS in almost every way. Read up. Blah Blah Blah, your post is full of proof that you need to get a CLS. Lol, no
  7. I believe the CLS is marginally better at Bandos then Rapier, but rapier definitely beats the whip
  8. yes, so (just like the Update article on the Runescape homepage suggests) it's good for F2p players
  9. You'd only set it to burn quams? No wonder you think it's useless. If you're like me who likes to pick up every herb to clean for xp, this is an AMAZING item, aberant spectre tasks will require so much less clicking now, AND I'll get a little more experience from it. That WILL add up fast on a lot of herb dropping tasks. Ok look, Torstols are only 15 xp to clean... I know that it's not worth it to use it on Torstols, but for argument's sake, let's say Torstols are worth 1gp, so essentially you get 15 extra xp per torstol. 99 herblore is 13m xp. If you got torstols all the time, you'd get 433k drops to get the level. So no, it's not going to add up, and it's not going to add up fast. Now think about how slow it's going to be if you only use it on cheap herbs... Well, it's not like any of the other rewards are really worth it at this point. Also, it's not like the bonecrusher at all, since it's double the xp. It will also save you time if you're one of those people that likes to pick up and clean herbs during tasks for the free xp. You wouldn't save time not getting, since you're going to probably be leveling dungoeneering in the end anyways. So why not do it sooner then later, and get the rewards that benefit (while not a huge ammount) sooner. It's sort of like slayer. What's more efficient. Getting 99 combat stats, THEN training slayer? Or Training slayer while training your combat stats. Unless you honestly plan to NEVER dungoeneering again, getting even the small benefit rewards sooner, is more worthwhile.
  10. The box is Intended to be used by F2p, it even mentions it in the update article "Free players can learn a technique to become more efficient at smithing and charge special boxes with spells to cast", it's sorta like the gravite weapons and Longbow sight. Nice for f2p, useless to P2p Also, about the Herbacide. Did you miss the part about you being able to choose which herbs it burns? I would love to have it. I'd have it burn Guam, marrentill and tarromin. It doesn't automatically burn every herb drop.
  11.   Completely forgot about in-game screen shots, but this'll do. 90-92 has all been from Effigies/dragonkin lamps. I even got the level off of assisting someone :P (still too lazy to use Stews for Ovls  )
  12. It's an awful game by today's standards, Back then it was fun enough to keep me playing. I guess it wasn't so awful (except for the bots....)
  13. get a z spear, and that will be much faster then mage. Melee is probably even still faster with LBS
  14. SirIzenhime replied to Dexek's topic in Help and Advice
my record was around 2500, 2200 is normal, -2000 is below average.
  15. Soul wars cape > Ardougne 3 cape > Skill cape Godsword/whip Dragon gloves > rune gloves > don't bother Obsidian shield/Rune defender Berserker or Warriors ring are ok if you have them. You might also consider a Ring of life since it's solo, and first time
  16. you need mage defence. When I tank for Zammy teams, I wear Verac Helm Fury Karil top Karil Skit D boots Fire cape Rapier Barrows gloves DFS Seers ring I also use SGS as my spec weapon, but I'm not sure if Claws would be better for soloing. SGS is a good zammy tank weapon as it acts as a cushion for his Slam attack. As for a zammy item (the only item you need for Zammy godwars), just equip a zamorak arrow. It wastes no space that way then. Just us protection from mage when you first get in. Usually all the saradomin warriers are already fighting, same with the mages, so that just leaves the Priest usually to attack you. Get your KC on Imps/Werewolves in the zamorak area, making use of your SGS specs as much as possible before you go in so you have some prayer points to start with. Now I'll be straight with you, Solo Zamorak isn't exactly the safest thing to do. K'ril has a special ability where he "slams through you protection prayers leaving you feeling drained". He basically hits 400-500 on you, and halves your prayer points when he does this. After this happens, when you need to eat, I recommend running under him so that he is not attacking you while you eat. Make sure to always keep your HP about 700. As a slam and a few lucky minion hits could easily kill you at anything lower. I've never even attempted to Solo zammy, so I really don't know what an inventory would look like...but here goes... Since you don't like Brews 1 Overload > 1 ext atk/str > a super atk/str 1 anti-poison ++ > other anti-poisons 4 Super restores > Prayer potions SGS one click teleport rest rocktails
  17. well, the tunnels are chaotic (I have no idea.....)
  18. I made my first account just barely after RS2 came out. My first holiday item was the Zombie head. I wish I could somehow prove to Jagex I started then and have those old Holiday items, but what can you do  There's a lot I miss, but I honestly like the way RS has been going. (game wise at least, not really sure what I feel about the community  )
  19. frost dragons are 3m-4m an hour (maybe more) if you do it right. I've never heard of bandos being that good.
  20. What are you making for crafting and how much will it cost?
  21. I think he's weaker to slash. Bandos armor is. But I don't think he's weak enough to it compared to other styles to justify using the rapier on slash
  22. you probably should be stabbing, and D claws do help a lot, as they can land 700+ hits fairly often with specs
  23. Like...do you not have the attack option? are you unable to right click on them? do you click attack, and nothing happens? Are you able to walk around/do other things in the Runescape screen? As for them not attacking you, they probably just lost aggression, and don't attack you regardless
