Haven't seen anyone else post this info yet so thought I'd put it up. All of the trees are instanced to you i.e. they basically work like trees in farming patches, only you can see your tree. Logs give 320exp per which is low considering how few you get per tree.

No, they are just particularly useful in PvP. Their Ranged strength is +125, the highest in the game. The BTS article just mentions they are particularly useful in PvP because of the special attacks.

I'd rather have the current graphics than an Rs that looks like that to be honest.

Sad, I really don't get how they can't get this right. They just released the update, people on the forums are telling them the deflector isn't updated but nah. Their dev's must have the memory of a Goldfish.

People really need to stop using that tired phrase for every update. Nobody can deny that the basic armours Bronze-Dragon were outdated. They looked out of place in a game that had advanced around them. The more I compare old with new the more I'm convinced that the only way people can hate this whole update is due to the fact they can't handle change.

Gilded was always like that. It's just that now we have black menus and a reason for people to take that shitty excuse for a trimmed set out of their POHs :grin: Proselyte's exclusion seems to be an oversight. The news post mentioned it, there are the icons for it, but somebody forgot to actually put it ingame. Same with the full slayer helm. Void Deflector as well. The teaser picture even had the updated version in it. Is the deflector storable in POH? Curious if the icon for it is updated there.

I don't see how you can dislike Bandos to be honest, it looks practically the same to me but more detailed with added brown.

Not sure if I like the new Neitz helm, there's just something about it I don't like. Not sure why most people like the new Torva either, I think it looks hideous beyond belief. Other than that, a vast improvement.

Full Melee Void is now officially my favourite set of armour. Mage helm is glitched though, it just shows the melee helm. Also, deflector wasn't updated even though the teaser had the new version? Good job Q&A.

Not entirely true. There's the weapon slot as well. And we know from runefest next elf quest = priffindas which is coming with a task set. Jagex have also said numerous times they plan to do a Daemonheim task set. If I were to hazard a guess I'd say the amulet will be the Elf reward and the weapon/ammo slot will be some kind of bound item usable in Dung.

I thought that too. Especially the helmet. Can't get over how good Rune looks in that picture. Putting them alongside the current models just makes me realise how terrible the current basic armours look. It's sad that the RSOF will be flooded with rage threads on release, I don't know how anyone could honestly say they wanted the old versions back over the new ones and keep a straight face.

Grow your own Fellstalk/Make your own prayer renewal from scratch will definitely be one. Killing Akrisae specifically will probably be one as well considering it requires the completion of RotM to kill him.

Being able to infuse the gatestone with a set amount of law runes making it a permanent teleport would help stop the crash of them.

Can you even get these again if you destroyed it after the quest? Also, I would add killing an experiment to that list, Also, don't be surprised if one of the tasks is to brew a drink in the basement of Port Phasmatys.
