So I guess Jagex's stance on Runescape not being a children's game has gone right out the window. The artwork on the website and its pages is super cartoony and colourful. I'm not against advertising your product, but I feel like every time i go to the site I'm playing Barbie horse adventures 2: Revenge of the Teletubbies, The Maple Story Edition.

Been playing since 2003 when I was 13. Now that I'm 21 I find my time to play severly reduced. Work/higher education/social life are all things that naturally became a higher priority to me so I play maybe 8 hours a week if that. If I had more free time I doubt I would still play compulsively like I did when I was younger. I still play mostly out of boredom and kind of because it's been been in my life for 8 years.

Had little time to play over the bonus period but managed to get 2x Akrisae top 2x Dharok legs and 2x Guthan skirt and of course, a buttload of runes.

Only had a tiny bit of time to play over the weekend so i'm pretty happy with this.

So I guess the fix made all class A bosses more common in endurance mode. Got to about floor 9 and got Pest Queen. Promptly kicked her ass after she killed me in climber.

I'm more interested in knowing what the huge red worm at the bottom is. Pretty sure that's the Pest Queen.

Lol what a load of bullshit. If you actually watch the monster wheel (where your next boss is shown) you can actually see that Nomad doesn't even get added to the wheel every time it spins. Multiple times I've noticed that the only monsters you get are the really weak ass ones like Delrith. I actually went about 20 floors in endurance fighting the same 4 bosses over and over again. Glad about the fix mentioned above otherwise it really would have taken forever. Also, if Nomad can actually be fought in endurance can anyone confirm the other group A's being there or are they confirmed as being climber only. Edit: might want to take a look at the censor admins. Lookin at the first sentence I don't think it works.

Great, so getting gloves is actually pretty luck based as getting any group A bosses to show up in climber (for me anyway) has proved to be almost impossible. Not to mention that by the time I do get one I'll probably be severly gimped by like 10+ handicaps.

Are none of the group A bosses fightable in endurance mode? I went like 93 rounds straight in Endurance mode and didn't get a single one. Same goes for climber; I actually managed to get every single handicap in one go and the hardest boss I got was the balance elemental.

I found that if you run around the arena and range Flambeed while praying mage, you can just kill him then the other 2 are easy as you can then wield your melee weapons Heh. Actually, you can still wield melees while Flambeed is hitting you, but you can't wield them when you're trying to hit him. So I meleed the other two to death, then kicked Flambeed to death. EDIT: Nvm

That'd be pretty neat. It does seem however that most of those "guilds" are a little down on features, lets not hope another will follow that course. TBF at the appropriate levels they are still reasonably decent, albeit quiet guilds. Just need a bit of a spruce to match up to newer lower end updates. But definitely feels like we are over due the next stage in that guild chain; I mean legends reqs barely scratch the surface of modern quest cape needs. I'd love to see the name of said guild. What's higher/better than a legend?

Dam they look pretty sweet, thanks for posting them. I'm assuming graphical updates to the KBD and KQ will coincide with the release of these two. I remember a comment made long ago about females in an insect colony being the stronger sex so I wouldn't be surprised if the KK is weaker than his female counterpart.

Can someone post pictures of the Queen Black Dragon and Kalphite King? I have absolutely no idea where to find them.

Looking forward to the quest. I'm glad they've realised that a lot of high level players don't mind these sorts of quests as long as the story is sound and there is at least some sort of additional reward for players who don't benefit from such basic rewards.

Not to mention that there are already plenty of weapons and armour sets that require no quest completion to attain. Chaotics require no quests at all to obtain them and they are the strongest weapons in the game. All Gwd equipment can be used without any sort of quest requirement and the Nex gear is again the best in the game. If anything, they need to put more emphasis on high end quest rewards. I don't understand why for example, players wish for the 'Golden Age' of pking to come back where everyone had the same stuff. What is honestly the point in that? You can argue it is for balance reasons but where is the fun in that? That Kind of balance is boring. There is nothing stopping a player doing quests unless they choose not to train certain skills which is a self imposed barrier not one that has been forced upon someone.

Jagex have stated numerous times that there is a planned finale to the Daemonheim storyline and that it is currently unreleased. Also, when the original sagas were released they mentioned that the three released were the first of more planned future releases. I think it even says so in the article for said update.

Sagas are stories of the past, so his current fate doesn't really matter. Besides: Yeah, my bad. I probably should have made it clear in the OP that it doesn't matter that he's already dead as all the current sagas are set in the past. Like the other sagas, I imagine you would unlock it by finding that skeleton on the warped floors.

Isn't that how General Khazard looked like in the quest? No, I made sure to compare it to the current ones before posting. Interestingly (or not) the arms on this one are identical to Khazard's, though. Hmmmm, I've uploaded the 'full' image to my photobucket account: Moe is 4210 posted it on Twitter last week, we assume it's a hacked cached model of Bilrach, a placeholder for him. It has the ring of Kinship symbol on his chest and has a rather large resemblance to General Khazard, the head, arms and feet. However he has robe bottoms which other people think are taken from Sliske/Lucien's model. So this guy is currently a Mahjarrat made up of a few Mahjarrat. Tis a mystery at the moment! After reading this in the screenshots thread a thought came to me. After playing as numerous different characters such as the signature heroes and Thok in the current Fremmy Sagas and knowing that there is a planned finale to the Dungeoneering storyline, I think it's highly likely that we will actually play as Bilrach (possibly the currently unused character model above) in the final saga. It seems logical that this is the path Jagex will choose. All the current sagas deal with past events that have happened within Daemonheim with all of them placing emphasis on playing as other characters. The above character model has been confirmed to not be any of the existing Mahjarrat from RotM and to my knowledge no skinned version of the model exists indicating that it is Bilrach. Of course, this is all conjecture but it seems to be pretty plausible and fits rather well. What are your thoughts?

Obvious troll is obvious. Nobody is disputing that the games popularity is declining. Everyone is just getting sick and tired of the exact same thread being posted in general discussion every other week.

On the topic of Sliske, he is by far my favourite Mahjarrat and I'm really happy with his portrayal in RotM.
