  1. Such an awesome concept shouldn't be wasted on clan content. I'm in a relatively big clan and I'd much rather see an actual floating city as opposed to some instanced crap.
  2. Yea...re-releasing rares wouldn't stabilize the economy, it would completely destroy it. Also, inb4lock
  3. As much as I hope this is true, I don't think it's likely to happen. What exactly could a quest line purely focused on him (or any Mahjarrat for that matter) be about if it was post ritual? Although it would be awesome if we could have a quest or two where we could actually experience and be a part of Sliske giving the Barrows brothers their powers and fighting alongside them by using a similar method to travel in time that we used in Meeting/Making History.
  4. I get the impression that the storyline he is talking about is relating to the Dragonkin. We saw them at the end of WGS and there's the mural depicting them burning (presumably) Kethsi to the ground. But dragonkin is hardly jsut "touched on" we have HEAPS of law on them and the whole robert the strong quest about them. I'm sure yours and Jagex's definition of "touched on" are different. Saying there's heaps of lore on them is a bit of an overstatement IMO. They have only appeared fleetingly in two quests, one of which is directly related to the Mahjarrat storyline. If it isn't the Dragonkin I would imagine it would either be something to do with Zaros or Daemonheim.

  6. Went ahead and fixed that for you.
  7. Going by the stickied thread on the FU section of the RSOF's the auras WILL have some form of in game benefit and not just be purely cosmetic. As others have said, this is just a cash shop but structured and worded in such a way that it makes it look like something different.
  8. how much time did u wasted? Just to make sure, those unabridged exp rewards aren't attainable more than once are they? If they are, 25k Agil or Thiev exp sounds pretty good depending on how long it takes to do it.
  9. I've always thought that giving Runecrafting experience for doubles, triples etc has been the right way to go in making the skill actually bearable to train. If it weren't for all the people that would [bleep] about making the slowest and most boring skill in the game easier then I think Jagex would have done it already. As for my own hypothetical, what would the game be like if armour and weapons were bound to your account as soon as you equipped them?
  10. That would be an issue if it wasn't for the fact that varrock armour mining bonuses apply even if your not wearing it.
  11. Its good that the OP made comparisons to WoW like EVERYONE does EVERY time topics like this show up. Give it a [bleep]ing rest already.
  12. I personally don't see what the big deal is about Elvarg. Sure she's the only F2P dragon/boss etc, but she's literally just a generic green dragon with a name. I'd much rather fight any of the Desert Treasure bosses over a naff, boring dragon any day, regardless of what they do with this content a dragon is still a dragon.
  13. New poll is up. No surprises that Elvarg is first. Personally I voted Damis.
  14. You missed probably the biggest reason that holiday events always have the highest traffic of players doing them, so more people are going to see the trees. How is that a reason for them to use the new trees? That is an outcome of using the new trees on holiday event, but not a reason particualrly to use them; afterall people will pass through the new tree area to reach the event anyway and if all trees r getting updated eventually then why do people absolutely need to see them now? My point is that it makes sense to update an area that a lot of players are guaranteed to visit as opposed to updating some trees in the Enchanted Valley where almost nobody ever goes.

  16. This would be awesome. Desert Treasure has some of the best boss fights of any quest, Being able to fight all four at once would be pretty interesting, especially as, if I remember correctly the vampire one could hit through or drain prayer.
  17. I really won't be surprised if these polls are for the 200th quest. In RFD the final part had us killing a series of bosses that were entirely based on existing bosses only with food themed names and appearences.
  18. Decided to do some solo Zammy for a change, got this on the last kill.
  19. Meh, I'm just tired of all these people arguing fun vs efficiency and all these anti-efficiency trolls. <_< Haters be hatin', I guess. EDIT: I'm not telling people that they can't have fun while playing. My point is that while playing efficient can be fun, playing fun doesn't always mean efficient. But playing efficiently doesn't always mean fun. There is no right or wrong way to play this game.
  20. This is probably the biggest troll post in this thread unless it's sarcasm (which I really hope it is)
  21. This is pretty much it. I myself, try to be as efficient as possible in any training situation. When I see the way some of the well known efficient people on this forum talk it's just asking for trouble. Whilst I agree and believe that the efficient individuals have the intent of helping people, they way in which they do it just provokes arguments. Instead of immediately telling someone in H&A that there is a more efficient way to train (insert skill here) why not just ASK, not TELL them if they want to know a faster way to do what they're doing.
  22. This is just pure ess bots. Aubury's game ID was changed when Jagex gave the cape to Larriar. Also, all the portals in the essence mine have been moved and all given different colours.
  23. Well I've never seen it happen and neither have the three people I asked who had 200k+ produce points so forgive my skepticism.
  24. If you know what your doing, yes. The curing part only has about 4-5 different patterns that cycle so it's pretty easy to memorise which plant is which. For a full cycle you need to fertilise three patches, cure three plants, fix two fences and either bundle the flowers or energise Pauline but never both. I can do a whole wave with like 20 seconds to spare.
  25. The potion gives you 3k Farming exp, makes me wonder why they even bothered. Edit: beaten to it. ^
