farm runs while slaying = no loss, most likely profit

Even to buy just for barrows, guthans is worth it. added with that, i use it on 95% of slayer tasks, purely because i don't have bunyip. Yes, we all aspire for bunyip, but guthans lasts longer than a bunyip, has excellent defense as far as the pl8 and legs are concerned, and saves me a large amount of time. by the way, it's not that slow. also, amazing luck at barrows
  4. Gratz! interesting combo of fletching and crafting. How much did you spend on 99 crafting? oh, and 9/10
  5. good luck guys, looks like this is going to be interesting with all three of you on the same blog.
  6. Gratz! quite a list of achievements for a F2P, i'm with you on the F2p skilling, not my forte either. I'll be sure to check here often, and good luck!
  7. Gratz! awesome achievement, and definitely keep the siggy just the way it is.
  8. I pot on every task, and do my best to be the most time-efficient without wasting money. On tasks like spectres, where there is a large profit margin, i will take measures to kill them more quickly. However, hounds and such are more of listen to music, relax tasks.
  9. either that or you haven't pulled the lever to reset it. also, good luck with the quest, it is a little bugger to complete.

The major question - will you be getting your money's worth out of the armor. if yes, and you plan on using it regularly, then buy it. There are more things to consider than price rise and drops, those are only important when buying/selling. If you use the heck out of something, and probably made several million using it, then a 500k drop when you're sell isn't important. the short answer: buy it if youy plan on using it for an extended period of time.
  11. awesome achievements, great bank. 10/10 planning on rcing more for the 95 prayer?
  12. bring your tinderbox! you don't have to bank, but i'd advise cooking them.
  13. exciting! sadly, i can't see the pictures or the "link" but 7/10 for the drops
  14. Gratz! Did you mainly slay for the charms?
  15. just another one knocked off the list? and did you honestly take a loss and just cut longs? that's cheating. Gratz
  16. good luck, are you set on your five skills? because maybe swapping one of the buyable 99's for a more difficult one would make this more interesting to watch. either way, best of luck and i hope you don't do insane with fletching, cooking, and firemaking.
  17. Good luck! i'll be following your blog, and hope to see you around slaying.
  18. Cheap and decent exp for lower levels: gold ammies/bracelets. the good thing about ammies is the selling factor, they sell immediately at max. you'll make 30-40k per thousand. This is the best way to get to 63, then you have to decide if you want to spend the money on dhide to make bodies. Bodies and SC knives is best exp, but rather expensive. i"d recommend doing ammies, theyre fast, and gold bars are plentiful.
  19. Gratz, don't let anyone discredit it either, it's a game of personal achievement. 8/10
  20. gratz, much more dungeoneering that i ever plan to do <_<
  21. Gratz! Great cape, don't see how you stayed sane for that many cannonballs... Now time to get spammed for effigy assistance
  22. the main reason i was wondering is i'm about 3 weeks back from three years off of the game... all the prices are blowing my mind, but i'm catching up/
  23. excellent advice! i totally forgot about the TT update, thanks.
  24. I'm looking for an item, hopefully that will slowly gain worth over the next few months while i skill/ let it sit in bank. I'm no where near rich, and i waited too long to get crown, which was a huge mistake on my part. anywho, what items are worth holding onto, and preferrable wearable! thanks
  25. Bolts are hard to buy, and the problem with training fletching nowadays is the balance between buying yew logs and bowstrngs and the selling price of yew longs. the best bet is either sc knives and fletching longbows. you can try magic longs at 85, but the current prices would kill your bank. and if you want an afk-friendly way to not lose money - maple longbows (u). i think you gain 7gp ea or something, and is easy to multi-task with. hope this helps
