You can just buy those when you get to the point of being able to get extremes. Go with the lowest gp/xp pot that sells and has a reasonable exp/hr

In edgeville, take your cat (not kitten because the catch rate is terrible for kittens) into dave's basement. Catch the hell rats with your cat. You want the brown spices. When you get a decent amount of spice doses, go to wherever you are going to do overloads and have everything ready. Use 2 doses of brown spice on each stew until you get a bonus to bring you to 96 (don't forget to use restore pots if your herb level drops as a result of the stews). I personally use a timer, it's up to you. Make sure you log out at least a few seconds before 1 minute.

For Ahrim, claw specs. Whip+DDef for kail. Sally+burst/barrage or just burst/barrage for the rest.
