  1. IN SOVIET RUNESCAPE If they aren't selling, your offer isn't high enough. Simple.
  2. I don't think it's something to discuss publicly.
  3. Max melee or even just close to max melee is better than max magic there. Crapier is faster and I'm pretty sure a higher max hit. Magic would have to be MUCH more accurate to beat it.
  4. You know you can just equip all your items and then click the middle icon that tells you your stats? Unless you don't have the items at the moment/don't want to waste time logging in.
  5. What's with the degraded guthans?
  6. You can't call something really good when it is slower and the only benefit might be the objectionable fun from taking more time to do sc instead of training normally the whole time. The point about people using sc for smithing, construction, etc. is completely irrelevant. You can't use your points for both, so doing sc for combat gear will not get you any proto-tools to use for skilling.
  7. Favorite band, one of my favorite songs by them. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rkPCb-uEjaI&feature=autoplay&list=AVGxdCwVVULXfVbsW0fVsg5gmQaGOfuwtv&index=5&playnext=5
  8. Good point. I simply think that with so many threads about them, it could be a decent idea to put them into one organized place.
  9. Both of you have gotten off point. I'd like to see consistency when it comes to moderating. Also, when special rules are made for certain forum boards, those should be enforced on that board, not just ignored.
  10. It's been about a week since the last post on this. I still think that a sub-forum is a great idea, seeing that two more botting threads were made today. Had to zoom out to get this pic, but the point is still clear and is an updated picture of the original one posted on this thread.
  11. Botters gonna bot.
  12. Please tell me you aren't serious... Jagex doesn't give a damn about botting. @ the more recent discussion: You can't know for sure if the pmod reported the bot or not. Regardless, it wouldn't make a difference because, as Das pointed out, the pmod system sucks. The only semi-useful tool they have is muting, which doesn't even do much in terms of combating rule-breakers. Even if they reported the bot, it most likely wouldn't change anything at all. Also, different pmods do different things. You can't expect all of them to have the same tendencies or consistencies.
  13. If you are doing this for exp, fly fishing is a much better option as sonikku pointed out. Not sure how good c2's are in f2p.
  14. Full phat set along with full pernix.
  15. There are plenty of other extremist leaders, he was just the primary one. This won't change much.
  16. I could put that into so many sentences involving Runescape right now... Don't get me wrong, I love the game. It just has a lot of problems that are either being incorrectly dealt with or are being ignored.
  17. And why would they desire to fix it? A lot of their money comes from bots.
  18. I never report people anymore for one key reason; it doesn't make a difference. I've reported bots in the past and seen them still doing the exact same thing for weeks on end. I've reported people trying to phish out other people's passwords and seen them hanging around the G.E. some time later. Myself and others know that next to nothing that is reported actually gets looked at and action taken against. I lack the ability to mute and send a higher priority report, which pmods can do. I can't do anything except watch it happen, while a pmod who happens to be nearby can take a minimal amount of time to mute the botter, scammer, etc. and send a report that actually has a chance of causing action being taken against the account. While I know that being a player-moderator is a voluntary privilege, it doesn't mean that those chosen don't have to do anything. It would be like myself choosing not to edit any articles for the Times since it could be considered a waste of time. Why should I be allowed to stay an editor if I don't do what I signed up to do? Moderators are given the task to keep peace between players in-game, report people who are obviously breaking the rules, and try to help keep the environment friendly as they go about their own Runescape business. I'm not saying that they should ever put being a pmod over being a player, but when something is happening right in front of them, and they can stop it or at least help stop it, why shouldn't they?
  19. People who are obviously wrong but refuse to accept facts and ignore all logic and common sense. It's like talking to a brick wall. Also, people who say things like, "Just because you think..." You don't know what I think. Last I checked, you don't know my thoughts, dreams, ideas, and/or beleifs without me openly stating them.
