I've had a lot of stress recently with a lot of things in my life hitting me at once. I've found the best ways for me to calm down are blasting music, playing Runescape with a few friends, and playing volleyball.

My personal opinion. I don't care about bots. If someone wants to get crappy exp/gp through laziness, that's their choice. It doesn't hurt my gameplay either.

An important question, what is your current goal for herblore? Extremes?

Use grimy's sheets to find the best potions to do. You're better off selling what you get from MTK and sticking to the potions that you find in the spreadsheets. I'd love to link you to the spreadsheets, but the mods won't let me.

It's not worth it for most monsters. I'm not sure about things like FFA nex though.
