Slayer is a great way to get clue scrolls. Hell hounds are one of the better hard clue droppers imo. They are killed quickly and I average ~3 per task.

Who told you that? Not everything has to be referenced. So seriously, where did you get that from? I meant with the contacting Jagex, which the moderation hasn't shown proof of doing after being asked multiple times for it.

As grimy and others have said multiple times, guilty until proven innocent and making claims of contacting Jagex regarding the issue without proof is not fair and isn't helping solve the problem. Why would a fansite lie about contacting Jagex? If you really don't trust it, then just contact them yourself. Yes, because I'm Jagex's first priority if I sent them an email. Yeah, but any other option appears to be avoided. I don't see why a fansite would purposely lie about asking Jagex about something related to rule breaking. It doesn't matter who it is, whether it is a fansite, myself, or anyone else, if you make a statement and aren't prepared to back it up with proof, the statement can't be taken as anything more than a lie.

Deleting all of our signatures is also an inconvenience. I didn't delete any signatures. I simply removed the rule breaking parts I'm not saying that you specifically deleted mine. But when mine was deleted, it wasn't the "rule breaking" parts that were removed, the entire signature was removed and I was given a copy of it through a pm...

If we're going to get into each and every moderator's personal preference of advertisements, not only will it get us nowhere we'll have a whole lot of crap on a page that will make this look like a We-pay-we-say RSOF thread. :geek: These in-between times for policy revision always suck. They suck for the user because it's an unfair time period while the staff gets their crap together and works out a better policy. They suck for the staff because it takes forever to get everyone's feedback, especially like now when finals are still going on for a lot of people, while trying to work with understandably frustrated users in the meantime. But this policy will get ironed out, whether it be for/against/whatever. And hopefully that will be sooner than later. (Say 'understandably frustrated user' 5 times fast. I can't. I think I need sleep.) Sorry, what I meant by "you" was TIF moderation as a whole. I realize I should have worded that better.

If TEF links are banned from these forums for having one thread that contains scripts that could possibly be used for macroing, shouldn't any other site that contains adverts or topics that break Jagex rules be banned?

Oh, and going back to a previous argument, any site that advertises/promotes botting or selling of gp is blocked from tip.it?
