I believe at max stats with olvs/turmoil korasi's str is more beneficial than the brackish blade's att. Could be wrong, someone should run the dps calcs that I can't do from my mobile phone.

Green dragons in the CT were spawning rediculously fast yesterday, as in from killing blow to the time it took to run to the next dragon it had respawned.

Red sallys max at around 90 k exp/hr, jadinkos at 70 are around 45 k exp/hr.

Depends on your income level. Personally I don't see the point of chinning until you've cannoned your way through 99 slayer but go for it if otherwise.

Jadinkos are slow and frustrating at that level. Do red sally's to at least level 74 and then switch over. Make sure to always use your highest hunter boosting summoning familiar as well as hunter pots/oog'lag spa boosts for the best results.

Efficiency isn't great, life and cleansing are. Gem bag for slayer tasks is worth the 1 k tokens. Arc stream is great for DK's, barrows, ice strykes, etc. Bonecrusher/herbicide shouldn't even be looked at until you've got crapier, cmaul, ccbow, rigour, the above mentioned items, and T10 in your berserker ring/secondary ring, but then they are nice convenience items.

Yes do it, if you decide on reg dragon bones don't try frost d bones. I did 800 frost bones for fun and couldn't bring myself to go back to red d bones. Once you get it go DG with it for your rapier while doing herb runs to make back your bank.

Do a run through accuracy test, record 1000 hits and find your approximate accuracy. If you're lower than 50% that means 1pt of accuracy bonus will be equal to 1 pt of str bonus in terms of general dps. Hence the dragon defender is a better option because 25accuracy+6str=31 pts contributing to your dps. Whereas barrows gloves are 12 accuracy+12str=24 pts contributing to your dps.
