I want to "rebuild" my house to get full use out of it. Thing is, i'm not 100% sure about the essentials. I was thinking the following: 1) Teleport Rooms that will enable me to teleport to all possible locations (not 100% sure how many rooms that would be) 2) Chapel (for obvious reasons) 3) Work Room (the one with the armour stand to repair Barrows) At the moment those are about the only usefull things i can think about, did i miss anything?

Yeah Sawmill is actually the fastest WC exp in game. It is about 100k Exp/h, maybe even a bit more. I was doing half an hour of casual playing at Sawmill today and walked away with 47k exp. If your aim is to have fun on your way to 99 then Sawmill is the way to go. It really is a very fun way of training. Ivy's are second best exp wise, but best afk wise. I think the max at Ivy is 80k, maybe 85k. 100k/h seems a bit off. As for mahogany and Teaks. They are really only worth it when Banking the special logs (and normal logs if you chosose to do Mahogany) and using an Adze. Mahogany offers about 300k cash per hour (not a lot, but its easy money) When i was doing Mahogany i was getting around 55k WC exp/h and about 30k [bleep] exp/h. Teaks are about 65k (maybe 70k) WC exp per hour and i estimate 40k FM exp/h (although i'm less that 90% sure about this).

Dude i've been way to busy no-lifing Con to even update :o. As for Con Exp rates. I think its pretty slow. I watch movies while i do con to take away some of the boredom so it kind of slows me down. But if i had to guess i get a good 170k Exp/h. Also, i just got 98 Con and 80 Farm today. Hoping to get 99 Con either tomorrow or Friday. Then back to Slayer, Wc and Fm :D

I think even farming would be a good choice. Unless you prefer profit over speed.

Last time i checked 500k/h was still money, or am i missing the plot :roll: Also, by my first post i was not implying anything. Wether or not he powerslays would not change my answer. Wether or not RC has benefits would not change my answer.

Firstly, i myself find it a waste to use Effigies on skills that are easy to train (such as Slayer and Summoning). Secondly, using the Effigies on 99 Slayer, you deny yourself from any other Effigies you could have gained on your way to 99 Slayer (assuming you take a break after reaching 99 Slayer) as well as a large sum of money. Personally i would see it much the wiser to use your Effigies on Runecrafting instead of either Slayer or Summoning. 98 - 99 Slayer should give you enough charms to get close to 96 Summoning and enough money to Barrage to 96 Summoning (or CT Waterfiends in your case). But if i had to give you an answer you were looking for... I'd much rather use the Effigies on Summoning. Slayer is not a very tedious skill as there is much variation in what you kill. Camping at Waterfiends on the other hand is very tedious. It's a lot harder than it sounds (having tried them myself). So yeah, long story short. Using Effigies on either of those two skills might be a bit of a waste.

Friend of mine recently bought an Elysian but after realising that he does not use it as much as he would have liked too, he wants to sell it. Problem is, with the market being as it is, he's having a lot of trouble selling it. It doens't sell for Min on the GE. Best offer he has had so far was 4 Red Masks + Cash, Easter Egg + Cash, 400m Cash + Junk. No i am really no expert on expencive/rare items, so could anyone offer some advice? Thanks in advance!

Yeah Aviansies are usually good money so if you "semi-afk" them, they sould be fairly decent money too.

I have a pair of Smithing, Fishing and Thieving Brawlers. I'd like to use them but the problem is, the only Good place to use Smithing Brawlers are at Mage Bank (PvP's hottest target), and for Fishing i'm also pretty much a big target for a roamng pk'er. And i dont evenhave a clue where to use Thieving brawlers. Would it be a better idea just to do Sharks, PP and Smithing in a pvp wolrd (non wildy) and get a lower bonus, but less chance of actually losing the gloves?

Well i really have nothing to do with the money i get from Farming/MTK/Slayer, so i kind of want to put it towards another 99. I'd like to get either Smithing or Crafting but i'm not sure as to which one i'd be able to afford. Obviously i'd go with the two obvious methods (Green D'hide Bodies [Crafting] and Addy Platebodies [smithing]) Does anyone know the gp/exp for those two skills? IIRC a friend told me Green D'hides are about 7gp/exp.

Well i see that you're going to try and get charms for 90+ Summoning? In this case, SGS might be a decent investement but only if you even plan on doing Rock Lobsters. With the SGS spec, you will be able to Camp there for days without having to bank. This is like the only good use a SGS has these days (note that i said good, not great). Otherwise SGS is pretty much useless. I know you did not ask for comment on the following, but Arcane and DFS? Why buy a ~20m item (DFS) for 1 task which you probably only get once every 15 tasks or so? Also why buy an Arcane for fire surge? You will end up using it maybe 3 or 4 times a week (if that). Not trying to tell you how to spend your dosh, just advising you to think clearly before buying a semi-worthless item you might end up never using or not using as much as you though.

Neither of those two items (BGS or DFS) are really worth it. Unless you do a lot of DK's or GWD (Arma or Bandos/Zammy tanking) it really isn't worth getting a DFS. BGS...well it's been a useless item for a pretty long time. Only two or three places it has some use (Corp, PK and maybe as a spec weapon at Zammy or Bandos [only if you're soloing])

4m wont get you far. You'er going to need at least 70m for 99 Construction. Best money maker would be DK's > GWD > TD's. Frosts if you can otherwise Slayer. Slayer isnt the best money maker but with decent tasks and average luck i pull a 4m profit each day. Do regular herb runs, MTK and dailies. If you are any good at reading the GE graphs, flip/merch.

i really cant see Oak Doors going for more than 190k exp/h (unless you manage to never missclick or never misstime a click). And with teak doors i dont see you going over about 225k exp/h

Best way to go is Oak Larders til 69 then Teak Wardrobes till 99. About 70m without using SC hammers. Don't waste your time with SC Hammers. They are NOT worth it unless you plan on using Mahogany. Also, using SC hammers is actually slower than just doing Teak Wardrobes.
