Sigh... some people just have too much money. I remember reading a while back about one of the Saudi princes (i think) that owns a diamond encrusted car (either Merc or Rolls). And he asked something like $50k just to look at it or take a picture of it or something. Probably better information somewhere on the internet.

Leave the country, sell it back home, most likely have enough money to retire. I wouldn't sell it here, because it would raise a lot of suspicion. She'd probably get caught and spend the rest of her life in jail. Selling it back home she could probably get $70k - $80k for it. Pretty sure that in most African countries, that kind of money would last you a few decades (assuming you maintain the same sort of lifestyle you previously did).

Diablo III
Eh, i thought about getting it for PC but the simple fact is i know i won't enjoy it as much. I really despise having to sit at a desk to play a game. But calling a game more casual on one platform than it is on another... kind of just sounds ignorant. The level of play really shouldn't be judged that way. I know a lot of D3 players on console who take things a lot more serious, and have multitudes more knowledge about the game, than the average PC player. Yes there's hacking, and modding, and duping, etc. But there's cheating on PC too. Not to the same degree, but it surely exists. And although there aren't official Seasons and Leaderboards for Console, they do exist on other forums. That kind of ignorance, calling a game more casual because it's on a $500 console and not a $3000 PC, just bugs me. If your life is so incomplete that you need to fill it with this kind of bullshit (console vs pc wars), then i am deeply saddened for you (you as in people who do that). Anyhow... Wizards are... I really don't know. The Delsere set has immense potential i think. So does the Tal set tbh. I've seen people saying they're critting 20b every now and then with the Tal set and the new elemental ring. And i've personally used the Dalsere set and was critting 1.5 - 2b consistently with Arcane Orb. So i'd say it's looking pretty alright.

Apparently that 377773 plate ended up selling for over $261k. They made $2.2m on 24 license plates in total. Pretty damn crazy. Also something i don't quite understand, but i guess i can have nothing but respect for this lady. A cleaner found 2 rings worth $129k while cleaning the toilet a convention center (i guess they had a jewelry convention again). She "returned" them (not quite sure to whom exactly). It's crazy to think. She probably get's paid around $300 - $400 a month. She finds 2 rings worth more than she has ever made, and will ever make, and she returns them. I don't know if i would have done the same thing had i been in her position.

New set is the Delsere set. Makes Slow Time do insane DoT, makes Arcane Orb and Energy Twister do insane damage, etc. Really cool set, and it might even be better than FB now. Same for the reworked Tal set. And the other new set is the Barb set. It's pretty fun. And yeah Console is more or less easier than PC. We have Nephalem Glory globes which essentially doubles your damage for 20 seconds, but you can get multiple of the globes and they'll extend the time. So if you're lucky, you can go half a GR with double damage. Although that sounds OP, it kind of isn't. People forget to take into consideration that console players have very limited targeting. With certain skills we kind of just have to hope and pray that it lands somewhere close to where we want it to land. Builds like the Furious Charge or Dashing Strike builds are a lot less effective on console because we're unable to do short dashes. It's either no dash or full dash. So we lose a lot of damage potential there. I mean no offense, but generally PC players will claim that Console is "so much easier" or "for the most casual of player" but they do so out of ignorance. Generally it seems like the people who say that are the people who sound a bit butthurt about something else. When the whole Mortick's Brace thing happened that was the most common argument. "[bleep] you Blizzard for removing it from PC but not immediately from Console. Oh never mind, console is for casuals anyway." Like... if you're going to "insult" a game on a certain platform the least i would expect is that you have a bit more of a compelling argument. If you're going to call a Console D3 easy, at least give me a good reason. Not just "It's for casuals, that's why it's easy".

Saddest thing of all, these guys don't even have the real money. There are people who have paid a lot more to get a plate with 2 numbers. I saw an Aventador earlier tonight with plate 811. Pretty sure he spent just as much on the tag as he did on the car. EDIT: Why the heck did i just quote myself lol...

Closing in on that 1 month mark as a non-smoker. Sometimes i get cravings, and when i do i wish they would go suck a dick. Luckily doesn't happen all that often anymore. There are days where cigarettes don't even cross my mind. Then there are days where i wish i could just have 1 last drag. But hey, at least i have an e-cig with oil (or whatever it's called) that tastes like ass. So it helps a bit. For real though, i think i can do this.

Diablo III
Damn that actually sucks. Hopefully it hits soon. It's strange, but for some reason i got the update like 4 hours before the US/UK/EU. Naturally i was called a troll on BNET forums when i said something about it. Anyway. There was a lot of anger towards the devs as well. Morticks Bracers (the Barbarian bracers) got removed at the last second, but there wasn't enough time to remove it from Console. They sent out a hotfix about 2 or 3 hours after the last people got the update that prevented the bracers from dropping any further. A lot of people already managed to get the bracers though (myself included). So the PC community had even more rage because f that. It's really entertaining to watch. The patch itself is amazing though. The new Rolands Crusader is a ton of fun. I'm breezing through 45's with it now. Doing upwards of 3b single target damage on Elites. The new Mage and Barb sets are really fun too. It's the change i've been looking forward to for a long time.

Diablo III
Been playing 2.2 for about an hour or two now. Meh... Raiment set is alright now. Not amazing like i hoped, but usable. I used a mix of Might of the Earth and Immortal Kings sets and came to a build that was pretty fun to use. Already managed to do 42 with it. Can easily see it going 45 maybe 46 assuming i get the right bosses. Mostly excited to try out the new Wizard set though.

What Game(s) Did You Last Get and What Are You Playing?
Finished my first playtrhough of Dark Souls 2 yesterday. Was the first time i finished it, and i think i killed all the bosses except for 2. Was really fun, and a lot harder than i expected. Some of the bosses took quite a few attempts and i eventually had to resort to using some of the NPC summons. I'm on the second playthrough now, and this time i'm going to do everything without having to summon.

I only have experience with the regular edition, but good luck. The DLC is brutal. Probably harder in some parts than anything in DS1; especially Crown of the Old Iron King. The final boss of that pack in particular is more or less a faster Artorias with about twice as much range, and I think I took two or three days on just him. So worth it once you get through, though. From what i've been noticing is that a lot of the difficulty is purely artificial. The run the the Smelter Demon in the DLC is stupidly difficult only because of the sheer amount of shit you have to deal with. The DLC for the most part is really fun, but things like that just kind of make it stupid. I have been enjoying this a lot more than DS1 though, and it's probably because of the weapons and how Dual Wielding works.

Scholar of the First Sin seems to be a drastic "improvement" over the regular version. It's actually really hard tbh. It seems like everything agro's at a stupidly long range, they'll follow you for days, lot of the enemies have been changed and i think the amount of enemies in certain locations have been increased as well. It's [bleep]ing crazy. I (fr some stupid reason) decided on making a build that doesn't use a shield, and as a result i think i've died nearly 100 times already (probably even more). Lot of rage, but i've actually been having a blast. Kind of excited to do the DLC too.

Just realized it's been 2 weeks since i last smoked. It's strange, but i completely forget about smoking now. Don't use nicotine patches very often either, and i've cut down on using my e-cig too. A lot actually. It's weird, but it's almost like smoking was never part of my life. And i think i'm finally getting the hang of Battlefield. It was a huge change going from CoD to this game. Guns actually have recoil, having to compensate for bullet drop as well as leading your targets, etc. It took a while to get used to. I'm pretty bad at sniping in this game, so i probably won't be doing that too much. But i've found a deep love for semi-auto guns. I think i have a fairly accurate shot, and a pretty fast trigger finger. So i do pretty alright with them. It's going to take a lot for me to go back to CoD after playing this.
