Figured there might be a few Brits and/or Australasian on here watching the World Cup, but i guess i was wrong. Didn't really bargain on Americans watching since they don't have a team in the WC. On a slightly different note, South Africa went off against the West Indies the other day. Sadly i missed the game, but apparently AB de Villiers was going off again. Broke a few records.

Bought Trials Fusion last night. Love it. I had Trials Evolution on PC but my Graphics Card couldn't handle it. This game looks really good, and is super entertaining.

I'm thinking about getting BF4 for Xbox One but curious what you guys think of it? Worth the $30?

I'm running a scan now. Might take a few hours it seems. Been running for an hour now and it's just over 10% done.

I've recently been having quite a bit of internet issues and i've been unable to resolve them myself, so i figured i might seek some help. First off i should say that the problem is generally only noticeable when im playing games online on my Xbox One. It was more or less fine when i first got it, but for the past week or so things have been getting pretty bad. I know my internet is pretty bad (slow), but it's never given me this much trouble before and it's getting to the point where i'm pretty much unable to play CoD. These are the results Speedtest gave me: It's strange because we're meant to have a 10mb line, and i'm using a wired connection for my Xbox. If i go to the Xbox Network setting and do the Multiplayer Connection test, these are the results i get: DL Speed: 9.22Mbps UL Speed: 2.77Mbps Latency: 274 ms Nat: Open (which is bullshit, because as soon as i open CoD it says "Moderate") MTU: 1452 (not even sure what this is) I've tried one or two "simple" solutions (port forwarding being one of them), but it didn't really do much. It also pretty much "blocked" everyone else in the house from using the internet. They could connect to the internet, but couldn't actually use it. Anyway... I'm not really sure if there's any way to fix this. I've called my ISP multiple times only to hear the same thing "Everything seems fine". They're sent out techs to come look at everything, and nothing would change. Sometimes it would be better for an hour or two after they've been here, but go back to how it was eventually. Anyone have any sort of suggestions?

In November of 2014 i spent about the entire month doing Bounties almost exclusively, just to farm Rift Keys. When i upgraded from 360 to One end Dec i had an insane amount of Rift Keys as Hellfire material (i killed Keywardens while doing Bounties). Ended up with enough to make a lot of Amulets and actually got really lucky with a few that i made. Think i managed to make good ones (similar to the Monk one i have) for my DH, Crusader, and Barbarian too. Not going to lie, it was getting pretty tedious after a while, but i think it paid off in the end. On a slightly different note, last week i played on my Wizard for a few hours. Got that new Seasonal ring and decided to see if there are any good builds that utilize it. Couldn't find anything, so i figured i might as well experiment with it on my own. Spent pretty much the entire week messing around with skills and gear, trying to figure out what worked the best. Came up with a pretty fun build and decided i might as well try and make a "guide" of the build i was using. Spent about 4 or 5 hours typing it up on Diablofans. Went to check it yesterday at some point and was pretty surprised when i saw that in the ~3 days it had been uploaded it was already viewed almost 4000 times without any negative feedback. The Diablo scene can be a bit intimidating at times. People get pretty perturbed when you make mistakes. So i was quite happy about that. The build itself really doesn't compete with the Firebird's build(s), but it can do GR40-ish quite easily, and it's pretty darn fun too.

Surprised no one has made a topic for this yet. Does cricket get no love? Any predictions? I'm watching the SA vs. India game right now. We need to chase 308. I think it's easily manageable if AB get's off to a good start. I think we managed to keep India to a good score. At one stage it was looking like they were on their way to ~350, but a few quick wickets changed that. Also not sure wtf Parnell is doing. He went for something like 90 in 9. Expensive as hell.

What does harmony do again? 40% of secondary resists count towards All Resist, or something like that. pretty handy. Oh, that is pretty handy. Maybe I'll farm some hellfire components today. It's a shame you don't play on PC I thought about it, but i don't feel like having to start all over again. And not to keen on giving up the comfort of my controller and couch, haha.

Yeah i expect the meta to change a bit as season 2 progresses. Probably not much, but i can see it changing. And the Hellfire i have rolled with Harmony. Rolled pretty good. Like 95% ChD, 9.5% ChC, Socket, and Int which i rerolled to %Lightning.

Things have been going pretty damn good the past 2 days. It took me about a month to get my first 30 killstreak, and not i managed to get 2 in two days. One of them on one of the new DLC maps (Sideshow) in Hardpoint. Ironically the other one was Hardpoint too. Pretty much started using my head and started milking the hills. Easy points, easy streaks.

Personally i use: Sunwuko Helm, Shoulders, and Gloves Inna's Chest, Belt, and Pants Crudest Boots Gungdo Gear Hellfire Amulet RoRG/Unity Seems to be the best setup for me. T6 no problem, and i've gone up to GR47 although i've seen a guy use the same setup for GR51. Think it might be the best build over-all, unless you got with a perma-Serenity build.

Yeah man i've been stalking Reddit the past few days and some people are having insane luck. I don't know if you follow any Diablo 3 streamers/YTers but one guy i often watch (Chainer, a Barbarian) managed to get himself from T6 ready in something like 23 hours. I heard of another fellow that got his Wizard T6 ready in just over 10 hours. Also, why are your Gems only 25? I literally didn't bother pushing Greater Rifts until getting my Gems to at least 40. Some of them i even grinded out to 50 or 60 (which is a massive pain in the ass).

I don't mind gold diggers, but the least they can do is be a bit more subtle about it.

I was a bit lazy to run up to my room and get my phone/camera when they were here, so i don't have any pictures of it myself. I can try lurk on his Facebook page and get a picture or two though. As for the restoration price, well i'm not really sure why it was that much. I know labor wasn't the problem, since it was all done for free. I assume it's probably just because of the parts he used then. Maybe he went for top of the line on everything.

Lmao i watched this movie about 2 days ago (after a really bad date). Hadn't watched it in years before then. The Dam scene is probably one of the best. "Where can i get some Dam(n) bait?" Cracks me up.

I found myself with a bit more spare time than usual the past 3 weeks, so against my better judgement i decided to try my hand at the whole online dating thing. I knew exactly what to expect, but i had some hope that i might be wrong. Sadly, i wasn't. The majority of the women in my area were Filipino. I have no racial qualms with them, but generally speaking Filipino women (in Qatar) carry a certain stigma with them: They're usually below average (average at the very best) looking mid-30 year old women hoping to find a middle-ages Western (White, usually American or British) man with a solid income. They don't care if you're married. They'll take advantage of the fact that men think with their genitals and come across as if they were inlove with you from the moment they laid eyes on you. They'll pretend to be hesitant about sleeping with you at first, but once they do you're completely [bleep]ed. They'll use it as blackmail. They'll force you to provide for them as if you're married. And if you don't, they threaten to go to the police and make a case against you for raping them. Even if you are found innocent of rape, chances are extremely good that you'll get deported for illicit-relations. Of course she get's deported too, but generally they rely on the fact that you won't call their bluff. Regardless of my knowledge of this, i decided to give some of the more attractive ones i could find the benefit of the doubt. I used a variety of openers and to my surprise got a much better response rate than i expected. The responses, however, were pretty on par with what i expected. The majority of them would reply with something along the lines of "Aren't you a bit too young?" or "What makes you think someone of your age could satisfy/take care of someone my age?" (since most of them has at least 5 or 6 year on me). I'd reply with something stupid like "Age is only a number" or whatever, and decided it would be in my best interest to ask them a question or two to see what their intentions are. Basically what i did was i would ask them a question, and ask that they return the favor (which is what i was really after). I tried to keep the process as brief as possible. Again, my results were as i expected. I'd ask pretty basic questions like where they're from, how long they've lived here, what line of work they're in, etc. The most common questions i got asked were what car i drive and what i do for a living. I answered these questions differently (as a "test"), and got responses accordingly. If i gave any sort of hint that i might have a bit of money, they'd seem overly eager to schedule a date. If i made myself sound like the average student, with just enough money to keep myself alive, i'd lose interest immediately. From all the Filipino women that initially replied to me, only 3 or 4 of them seemed genuine. Of them, only 1 was what i would consider to be attractive. We scheduled a date (which i was last Thursday), which lasted no more than 30 minutes. She was a lot more attractive in person, but she really had no personality. She was also a bit too touchy-feely for my liking. So after about 30 minutes (which felt a lot longer), i used the 'ol "family emergency" exit strategy. The rest of the results were, again, as i expected. Girls around my age were only looking for one thing: a guy to take them out and pay for everything. Most of them were pretty straight forward too, saying that they aren't looking for anything serious, just someone to go out with and have some fun with. The end result is that you either end up in an expensive restaurant, or at a club. Either way, when the check comes they'll just sit there pretending not to notice the check until you do/say something about it. One girl opened her purse without saying anything, took out some money and said that it should cover her side. I respected that and offered to pay for her (which she accepted). She was also the only one that didn't immediately go for the more expensive options on the menu either. With two of them i had to "subtly" ask for the money with something along the lines of "this should take care of my stuff as well as the tip" to which they would sit there utterly dumb-founded as if i just announced that i'm an alien. One girl offered an alternative restaurant to the one i suggested. I suggested we go to an Italian restaurant that's only slightly above average in terms of cost, and she instead suggested we go to a different Italian restaurant at one of the Hotels because "they're quality is vastly superior, and she can enjoy a glass of wine with her meal" (since Hotels are one of the only places that allow alcohol). Ironically, the restaurant she suggested is the same in terms of quality (in my opinion), but the average meal is at least double in price. She went for one of the more expensive options on the menu and along with a few glasses of whine. When the check came, my portion made up just over a third of the price, with her shit being the rest. She sat there twiddling her thumbs with no intention to contribute, so i decided to suggest we just split the check in half. Her attitude changed immediately. She made some sort of "What ever happened to chivalry, hahaha" remark to which i just responded "What ever happened to equal rights, hahaha" trying to keep the situation from escalating. Didn't really work. She took out her purse and said she didn't have any cash on her, only her debit/credit card. I think she was hoping that because of this i would just pay the entire check for the sake of convenience, but i didn't. I told the waiter at the restaurant to split the check in half and charge half of it to the card and the rest will be paid in cash. She was getting more and more annoyed by the second, but at this point i just wanted to see how far i could push it. I realised i was being a bit of a dick, but i didn't appreciate the fact that she suggested we go to a more expensive restaurant and just assume i would pay for it anyway. A minute or two later the waiter came back and told me the card was declined because of insufficient funds. So not only did she assume i would pay for her lavish mean, she expected it. Before doing anything else with the check, i asked her "Oh, by the way, so you need me to take you home after this?" Just wanted to make sure what to do next, but to my relief she said that she'll just call her driver and ask him to pick her up. If she said that i had to take her home, i would have left her some cash and suggested she take a cab, but luckily it worked out in my favor regardless. So with that, i left half of the money for the check on the table, thanked her for an interesting evening, told the waiter that she would sort out the remaining amount, and i left. About an hour or two later i got a very lengthy, very angry text from her. She started off by telling me what an [wagon] i am for leaving her stranded. She told me i was rude for expecting her to pay on a date. There was a lot of cussing, and a lot of rage. I didn't really have much to say in return aside from (something along the lines of) "Only [bleep] and/or prostitutes require you to pay for their company. I was under the assumption that you are neither and that this was a date, not an appointment. Had i known this was an "appointment" i would have rethought my decision". All in all i have to say that it was by far my favorite date out of all of them. So, in conclusion, in more or less 19 days i went on 11 different dates. Only 1 of them actually went really well (the girl that offered to pay without any hesitation). She was really cute, easy to talk to, interesting and interested (or at least she pretended to be). I suggested a second date and she said that she'll "check her schedule". I pretty much assumed that to be a no, but she did end up asking me if i'm free during the week. We'll see how it goes from there. As a whole, i don't think online dating is the best option for this country. It's full of women looking for guys to either pay for their retirement, or pay for their clubbing and/or dining. Additionally, it's a lot more work than trying to "pick up" a girl at a club.

Meh, on console there's so many people that mod their gear and do GR100. They'll mod their Paragons to 10 000. It's stupid. Blizzard kind of [bleep]ed up with their file-transfer system and i'm not sure if there's really any way to rectify the mistake now.

I basically just got in the driver's seat and gave it a go. I knew all the basics (as i assume you do). I knew about having to step on the clutch before shifting, so from there it's pretty simple. EDIT: My dad came home with brochures for a Viper this afternoon. Think he might be having a mid-life crisis. The only reason i would really approve of this purchase is if he was to allow me to drive it, but i can't see that happening. A few years back when he had a Maserati he allowed me to drive it once, and never again. We were on the highway and i pretty much tried to push the car (and my dad, for that matter) to the limit. Never seen my dad turn so pale. Also, a friend of my dad bought an old Ford Pickup about a year and a half ago. If i remember correctly it was like a 1940's model or something. From what i remember he spent about $150k on the car after buying it. Put in a V8, kept everything as authentic as possible, etc. I saw it this weekend when they came over. Damn... what a beautiful pickup.

For reference, i'm Paragon 651 and i've been playing since August 2014. On a different note, ive been pushing Greater Rifts trying to break the 50's. Came up short 3 times last night. 1st 50 i did i cleared the rift in just under 8 minutes, but had a bad RG. Closest i've managed to get. Actually, you said you play on console, right? If so I'd rather just discredit all your drops entirely, as console is full of cheating and hacking. Not that I'm saying YOU'RE the one doing that bad stuff, but I just can't believe anything from console anymore Yeah i pretty much stopped playing multiplayer when RoS came out on Console. The hacking was pretty out of control. Every other lobby there would be a player with 100m DPS killing anything and everything in one hit. Best way to avoid them for me was to just not play online at all.

Decided to play some CoD:AW today, for the first time in about a month and a half. Went pretty alright. First game on i went 39-1 (somehow). Few games later i went on a 32 streak. Was pretty fun.
