Yeah, or be a douche next time he sees her. People who don't care don't bother about being petty, generally.

Seems like it actually does bother you a bit, to be honest.

Call of Duty: Ghosts
This game is extremely dull to watch in terms of Competitive. Extremely, and utterly dull. And in my opinion it's even more dull to play. Been playing a friend's copy for the past 2 weeks, got about 10 hours in. It's just completely boring. Extremely happy i didn't spend $80 buying this game and then try to convince myself it's any good because i'm too embarrassed to admit it's trash.

How is 0-7 not proper Winter? Geez right now it's like 20 here and i'm already starting to freeze my ass off in the evenings. I remember living in South Africa and it would get anywhere from 0 - 10 and sometimes just below 0 in Winter. I hated it. I thought that was extremely cold. Having lived in the Middle East for almost 7 years now though, i can't imagine going back to that kind of weather. I would probably not make it out alive. Anything below 20 and i need to put a sweater on. On a different note... me and my girlfriend had a huge fight today. She even started crying. I'm not even sure what happened, to be honest. One moment we were playing around and the next she was in tears. I feel like a proper scumbag right now.

New Scam Email (Possibly something to do with Tip.it)
The easiest ways to spot scam e-mails, with any game or service or website, is the "Dear Sir/Madam/Mr/Mrs". Most companies address you by either your real name or your ingame name. So Jagex would address me as "Dear Nox"

Things that annoy the HELL out of you.
I used to eat Pizza Hut's Pepperoni, Black Olives and Mushrooms Pizza like 3 times a week back in the US. It was so good. SO GOOD.

Things that annoy the HELL out of you.
Technically kebab means cooked over or next to fire. Soooo.... But those are Shish Kebabs. So again, technically a Kebab.

Things that annoy the HELL out of you.
Kebab isn't a type of meat, it's a method of cooking meat. So basically you're saying you like fish/seafood/beef/lamb/pork/chicken pizza? Unless of course you mean the traditional kebab which is lamb?

Last night... oh what a night. So actually the day started off with rain. It was like something i have never seen before in this country. Proper rain. Rain that would make any rainfall in Florida proud. It was raining the entire day. It was great. One of our malls flooded, the roads are flooded, everything is flooded. We have good drainage system here obviously. Anyway back to last night. My girlfriend and i went to a friends house round 6. Spent 2 or 3 hours there just chilling. Then we went out for something to eat. She had to go to work at 11 (yes, pm) for a meeting. The meeting ended up taking 3 [bleep]ING HOURS. It was kind of like a progress report/meeting. That time of the night nothing at the Mall is open, so i couldnt even keep myself busy that way. I ended up spending 3 hours in my car, listening to music while trying to see what i could find under the seats and stuff. I found no great treasures, but i did find that i lose my patience very fast when i'm forced to wait for someone. We finally made it back home at 3am ish though. Spent another hour and a half there and then i had to leave and go home...

Man i remember having to go to class int he mornings last year. It's been like 6 years since i finished highschool (damn i can't believe it's already been that long) and after that i never really had to wake up at a specific time. When i had to start waking up for class again it was extremely hard. In the first month i already missed like 6 or 7 classes and it kept getting worse. And then Immigration started having a crackdown on people at our school who didn't fill their Visa requirements and i had to start staying at "school" after hours to make up for hours i missed in the past...

"I want a girlfriend/boyfriend", and other such relationship advice
Ehh.... i don't think you really like any of the girls you talk about. I think you're just young and horny. It's been a few times that you've mentioned liking a girl you met 2-3 years ago, only see her once every now and then, don't really talk to her, don't really know her, but you like her. I think you like the way she looks, or the idea of her. I think you're so obsessed with being with a girl that you think you like every girl you meet.

That time of the morning, the direction i was going, it's generally quiet. Only thing i risked damaging was desert sand. But my mom actually said that i didn't have to pay for the fine because i was pretty much forced to drive. I was actually surprised because she doesn't often admit she's wrong. As for the bed situation. Luckily i have a king. Me and my girlfriend both like to really sprawl out, sometimes even a king is too small. And then there's the fight for the blankets. It get's rough sometimes.

I's finally rain season. Finally. Rained today for the second time. We're expecting rain for the rest of the week. Hopefully we'll have a few more days of rain after that, before rain season is over. By the way, when i say it rained... it's that really annoying drizzle that's just enough to get the car dirty, but not enough to water the plants. It comes out of nowhere and it's over before it really even started. On a different note, my girlfriend came to my house this morning at 7. She slept here till 2, when she had to get ready for work. Perfect way to spend the day. Sleeping next to a gorgeous girl on a rainy day :D

I'm on 10. Proud to say that it's been on 10 for over 6 months now. I've had temp bans, and a perm ban before. It's been a while since i've acted like a complete child on TIF.

Well, you won't really know till you find out. The way things are now, you're not committed to anyone. You don't owe anyone your loyalty. If guy number 2 wants to take you out to "get to know you" he might want to do so on a more personal level and not just "we're lab partners" way. It's a lot different getting to know someone when you're on a date with them. You should go for it. Another bonus is that a lot of guys (probably most guys) like competition. If the first guy sees you out with someone else, or hears about it, or whatever, then it's game on. He's probably going to respond to you more after this.

We have a website you can check. It's also sent to the owner of the car though. All of the cars we own are in my dad's name so he gets a nice surprise in the mail every month or so, but mainly due to my sister (which is why she's not allowed to drive my mom's car anymore). This was only my second time in 6 months. The first was for going 90 in an 80 zone that was marked 100... They made mistakes with the road signs but they didn't want to remove the offence (that's the logic in this country). I used to speed a lot and drive very reckless and i never any fines. Now that i actually drive like a responsible adult (for the most part), i start getting them :s Extremely frustrating.

Today...
Sigh... got a $200 fine today... Last night i went out with my girlfriend. She got off work at 1:30am. So we went for a bite to eat when i picked her up. Actually, we just went to get dessert. After that we went back to her house and we watched a movie and played some xbox. I got home at around 5am, and went to bed. 30 minutes later my mom wakes me up and tells me i have to take my sister to go pick up her car from the service center. Since my sister is not allowed to drive my mom's car i had to drive. I told her that i was tired and i didn't feel like driving. After 10 minutes of arguing i somehow end up behind the steering wheel (i don't know how women are able to do this). So i am struggling to keep my eyes open but i fix that with the help of some Red Bull. Everything went alright till we get to a part of the route that has traffic lights like every 100 meters. I was so focused on not falling asleep that i didn't notice the light changing color. Here the light stays green, then flashes green 4 or 5 times, then turns amber for like 2 seconds before it goes red. I noticed it when it started flashing green. I was at the "do i slow down or speed up" point. I decided that i didn't want to make a choice and kept going at 80kmph until like the last second when i changed to amber and i didn't think i was going to make it. So i put my foot down and managed to cross over about a second before it turned red. I thought i was safe, till i noticed that i ran over it at 90kmph. I don't know if the radars/cameras are like this in most other countries too, but if you run over even a green light at more than 10kmph of the speed limit, the camera will catch you... So yeah... That's how my day went...

Things that annoy the HELL out of you.
I'm guessing that's just a matter of wanting to spare their feelings. That said, I think the issue here is when it goes into bragging, rather than honesty. Spare their feelings? People don't always care about getting A's, or even B's. Grades don't fully reflect your ability so i don't really think there's any reason to feel sorry for someone if you did better than them in a test.. If i get a B, ask my friend what he got and he doesn't want to tell me because he wants to "spare my feelings" i'd probably think he's a bigger prick than the guy rubbing his A in everyone's face. Also i realized that a lot of the posts i make on OT seem extremely hostile, even though i hardly ever mean for them to be. How do i adopt a less hostile posting nature? haha. Oh and here's something that really grinds my gears: Bad service at restaurants. I guess it has become common knowledge here in Qatar that if you go to a restaurant you're going to get complete and utter shit service. You have to almost stand on your chair put your hands in the air, and wave them around (like you just don't care) before anyone notices you. They do their routine stops at the table, but like once ever 15 minutes (if you're lucky). The only time you're ever going to get really good service is if you go to the restaurants in the 5* hotels, but then you're going to end up paying ~$65 per person for 3 courses and a drink or maybe 2 (and by drink i mean Soda). If you want an alcoholic drink with that you're looking at ~$85. And it's funny because even on night/days where there's only like 6 or 7 tables your service will still be shit. I don't think someone really deserves a tip if you have to beg them to serve you.

TIF's top video games you should own
Anyone want to make some list of the best games they played in 2013? Since the year is pretty much coming to an end and i don't think a whole lot of new games are going to be released this year. I'll start off with my list: FIFA 14 Diablo 3 The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing From the 30+ games i bought this year, those are the only ones released this year, haha. But all three of them were very enjoyable titles. I actually bought Van Helsing like 5 or 6 months ago. I took a big gamble on it, as i have never played a game anything like it. Since it was only $15 at the time i figured it won't be a big loss if it sucked. I ended up loving it from the moment i played it. Diablo 3 i got about 2 weeks ago. Never heard of the game before i saw a video on YT about it. Saw it was almost exactly like Van Helsing, decided to take the $80 gamble (yep, that what most "new releases" for xbox cost here). Was well worth it. Amazing game.

Happened to me while i was in the US, and it's happening again right now. For the past few months i've been going to bed when the sun comes up. Doesn't bother me really because i'm more productive at night. But when i was flying it was a big issue. Anyway, easiest way to fix it is to stay awake the next day. Drink coffee, energy drinks, whatever. Keep yourself busy. Around 8pm you're going to be so tired you won't be able to move. You'll pass out and sleep for like 14 hours, wake up the next day and things should be pretty much back to normal. Just make sure to stay busy that day. I've tried this a number of times, and when all I can do is browse the internet I'll just get too drowsy around the afternoon. But I remember one day at work where I'd only slept 2 hours after a hard evening of being at a festival, when I was working I could stay awake, but once I took a break I almost fell asleep in the break room. I'm having the same problem right now, waking up too late for classes. I'm not looking forward to the exams in January. It also sucks cause it'll be the first time I can't properly celebrate my birthday since it'll be in the middle of exams. My last 3 birthdays were some of the best days of my life, and now I'll just be studying. Lol i stopped caring about my birthdays in highschool. I always ended up having to write 2 exams on my birthday every year. When i moved on to Uni, i always had an exam either on my birthday or the day after. When i started my aviation course i moved to the US 2 days before my birthday. This year was probably the first time in like 8 years i didn't have to study, didn't have exams, i wasn't alone in a strange country :D

Yeah, on one thing. Haha. For now we can agree to disagree on Online and Offline dating being the same.
