Quickscoping has been "removed" from Ghosts as well. Doesn't really affect me, as a PC player, but i know a lot of Console players are happy about this.

Not really going to post any "information" about it, as it's easy enough to get what you want to know about the game using google/youtube. Just wondering who of you still plan on supporting the CoD franchise? Who's going to be buying Ghosts? What kind of changes to you hope to see in Ghosts from past CoD games? Personally i'm probably going to get Ghosts. I'm a really big fan of the competitive CoD scene. I watch the Championships, MLG Tournaments, etc. religiously. So i'd probably get it purely for that reason. Changes i hope to see? I hope there's better gun balance. One thing i feel Infinity Ward never managed to do, was balance their guns. In MW2 it was all ACR and UMP45. In MW3 it was all ACR 6.8 or MP7. I don't want to get killed by the same gun every time. Another thing i hope changes are the Killstreaks. In MW3 i feel like killstreaks were extremely underpowered. Air Support (Chopper, Pave Low, AC130, Reaper, etc.) All seemed extremely weak. Most of my Attack Choppers would get shot down before they even appeared on the mini-map. I'm not an extremely good player, so getting a 7 killstreak only happens about once or twice per game for me. So having my killstreak shot down before it even gets me at least 1 kill, was very frustrating. I hope knifing is similar to what it was in BO2. From what i've seen it is, so that's good news. But i still feel like in BO2 the lunges were a bit ridiculous sometimes. Along with knifing i hope movement speed gets slightly reduced. I feel like the only reason there were some extreme knife lunges in BO2 was because of movement speed. From MW3 to BO2 the movement speed seems to have almost doubled. I feel like the pace of the game is becoming too fast. I realise that they increase the pace of the game to keep competitive CoD a bit more upbeat, but i feel like it's getting TOO fast now. I hope matchmaking gets fixed. Being in the middle east at the moment is one of the biggest pains when i want to play any CoD. I keep getting matched with players in the US leaving me with 200+ ping (really bad 2 bar). I want to be able to choose the region in which my matchmaking takes place. This way i'd get matched with players in my own country (or at least continent) and i'l no longer have to suffer. Can't really think of much more right now, but will add whatever else i can think of. Will be interested to hear what you guys think.

Forgot, but about a year ago when i went to Vegas i started drinking Gin and Tonic, and i really enjoy it. Has to be the one thing i can drink all night. But only if it's a decent Gin and has 2 or 3 slices of Lime.

Got stuck at a random road block for 30 minutes today. Was weird because it's the first time i've ever seen one here (been living here 6 years). When i got to the front they let me pass without checking anything, but they stopped all the cars that had Indian/Pakistani/Sri Lankan/Nepalese drivers in. I think they must have been looking for someone. It was so weird.

Fianlly decided to start playing some League. Should have done this a long time ago, to be honest. So much more fun. I seem to do a lot better in League than i do in Pubs, but only when i manage to get a semi decent connection. I don't know why, but i keep getting put in games where i have 180+ Ping which makes it so hard for me to compete in a gunfight.

I'm a bit confused about what armor i should be using/getting, still. At the moment my bank is only big enough to buy GWD armor. I don't have Drygores, not can i afford them right now, so i'm still using Chaotics. I've only just started PoP about a month ago, so it's probably going to be a while before i get PoP armor as well, but at the moment i have 4/4 Scrolls for Tetsu Legs. I've got the available gear from BoL so far, and will obviously work on getting the rest as it is released. Question i have though, would it still be necessary for me to buy GWD gear if/when i have PoP armor and the Hybrid armor? Should i work on eventually getting Nex sets again? Or should I just save the money i make and work on buying t90 weapons?

In terms of finances, i have $1 000 a month for rent and $1 000 for other living costs. She has money saved up from working the past year and a half that will cover anything else (not that i think anything will really be needed). I planned on moving into my own place when i got back anyway, so nothing needs to change now. So i wouldn't have to worry about any extra income being needed (except a bit for food), and i don't have to worry about roommates being okay with it. Only real issue i can see is what she's going to do while i'm there. I mean the ideal would be for her to get a job to keep herself busy, and she agrees about that. Only problem that there might be is if her visa doesn't allow it.

It's just gonna be for the duration of my course which is 9 month, or till we break up (if that happens). This will be a good thing for me cause ive never lived with a girl before (as in girlfriend) so ill get to see how it is and if I'm cut out for it. I have lots of research to do but so far I've not had any luck.

Isn't it dtf? Hahaha. Haha yeah it is. This is what happens when i post from my iPad. Last night the Mexican girl i used to "date" in Florida told me how much she misses me. She sent me a random dirty picture with a text saying "I'm ready for you". I awkwardly had to tell her that i am back with my Ex, and i told her that i really lost all attraction i had to her when shit went down between us. She didn't really want to hear any of it. Sent me a few more pictures in between the conversation we were having till i just stopped replying to her because i thought her pictures were a bit inappropriate. I'll be seeing her again in October when i go back to school. Sad thing is i still am kind of attracted to her physically, but emotionally i have nothing. I don't feel like i can trust her at all. She tried saying sorry for everything that happened between us, but part of me thinks the only reason she's doing this is because she wants attention. In other news, me and my ex have had one or two conversations this past 3 weeks (while i've been on holliday), that i think are pretty important and intense ones. We spoke about our sex life and what we can do to improve it. We have a great sex life, but i guess we both just want to be sure that both of us are satisfied. And we spoke about the relationships we've been in the past 2 years, which might explain certain habits we now have. It's very risky, but i think it will pay off because we have a better understanding of each other now. She wants to move with me to Florida in October. I really don't mind having her come with me. The way my school schedule is going to be will only allow me to see her at night anyway, which is good. I told her to still just think about it before she gives me an answer. But as always, there's a catch. I think the only way she could come with me is if we are married or get married within 90 days of being in the US. I'm still not 100% sure of this because it seems to be extremely hard to do any sort of research on American visas. But if marriage is the only way to get her there, i'm gonna have to take a pass on that one.

The best thing you can do is call her when you think it's a good time to call her. When I was still living in the US i guess I hit a peak in terms of my game. I approached every girl different because they were all different. Some of them i would text hours after getting their number, some i would text 4 or 5 days later. Some of them i had a 60 minute first date, some of them ended up leaving the next morning. Again, its going to depend inthe type of girl she is ( or the type of girl you think she is). For example: when I was seeing Claire i knew from the get go that she was a party girl, but the type that only parties with her girlfriends. She had the whole [bleep] thing written on her forehead so it made her hard to approach. She was hard to make conversation with which told me that she wasn't really looking for a relationship. So I asked her number anyway. I knew she would remember me because of things i told her the night we met, and well I'm the first South African she ever met. So even if I talked to her 5 weeks later she would still remember me. Anyway, I texted her right as we left the bar, then waited 5 or so days before the next text. We ended up fooling around for a few month. A different girl i met, Meghan, well she was a much different girl. She wasn't a party girl at all. In fact the night i met her she told me it was her first night at a bar in a few months. So I knew that she was more of a "say indoors and watch movies" girl. So she was the kind of girl I'd have to text 2 days after meeting her max. I wasn't scared that she would forget me, I was just scared that, because she doesn't get out much, she would get the wrong idea if i didn't text her. She would probably end up thinking i just wanted to be a [bleep]buddy if i waited too long to text her (since she doesn't get out much, her idea of "the game" would be much different). Anyway point I'm trying to make is that each girl will be different. So you can't really say " wait this long" before texting her. That's true, and I agree (and believe Muggi would as well) that you have to kind of feel for it and see what would best, read the situation as best as you can. However, for many cases 2-3 day waiting period is good, especially if you don't have any prior relationship (ie friendship) with the person. As RPG said, being clingy and needy in the first month (or at all for that matter) is an automatic lose. Being needy/clingy isn't always a negative thing for some girls. It might not be in YOUR best i interest, but It might be in theirs. With a girl i met, Rebecca, she liked me being needy. It made her felt wanted/needed in the beginning. From the sounds of it, it feels like the real problem is most guys with long hair don't take care of it. That's probably true

On the topic of hair length... Ive found that most girls find me more attractive when i have shorter hair. It's frustrating because i like my hair longer. My girlfriend however likes it when it's longer, which is a relief as i don't really want to change me appearance for them. Now, luckily, I don't have to :D but my point is that most girls I've met prefer a guy with shorter hair mostly because they find long hair to look messy and unkept. And yes, some girls can pull off shirt hair. Actually, I find girls with shorter hair more attractive. We used to have this girl on the news back in South Africa, the weather girl, who had really short hair. Kinda like a boys haircut in a private school. She really pulled it off. Looked amazing. My girlfriend also currently has shortish hair and i find it extremely hot. In other news... Been spending a lot of time with my parents, obviously. Been easing them into the idea of me and my girlfriend, slowly. I guess I'm making some progress. Obviously I'm not expecting them to accept it over night. But we'll get there slowly. One of their big issues was that they thought she was only with me for money as she comes from a lower income family than I do by a big margin. My parents combines earn probably 8 times what her parents do. But my parents didnt realise that when we go out now she actually pays for things half the time. Since she started working she told me she wanted to pay for things too. Another issue they had is the fact that her father is a deadweight. He's not been working for over 3 years and had no desire to work. He relies on my gf and her mother to pay the bills and sometimes they struggle. My parents feared that one day I'd be left with the burden to support my girlfriend and her family. Me and my girlfriend both agreed that this would never happen. So that's another problem out of the way. Now I guess I only have to get them to accept her skin color, which probably won't be as easy. Also, Thai girls are [bleep]ing hot. Seen some of the hottest girls here.

I feel like my screen size also limits me a bit. Can't really experiment as much as i would have liked, so i'm sticking to a setup similar to what it was in RS2. Works fine for me though, to be honest. It's what i'm used to.
