What..the..hell is a 'scrambled omlette'? Isn't it just scrambled eggs? Lol. I'm rather pro at making omlettes, the secret is as it cooks, pull the cooked bit back, and let runny egg take it's place, and keep doing it till it's cooked. It's late, and that probably made no sense, but hey. What you can do is wait till the bottom is cooked well, then just fold it over, and the middle will cook fairly well. My favourite omlette is 2 - 3 eggs, some milk (I don't measure), some curry powder (curry powder = teh bees knees, good in scrambled egg too) salt n pepper, cheese, bacon and mushrooms. Sometime I'll add dried basil and rosemary just to be flash haha.
