  1. And it all happened because Kswann was a twit and went up there with melee, so several people tried to fix his mistake... :P
  2. This was you? You were in my Vorago team shortly before the DC. :o
  3. The problem with this, is that the guy who made Nex is the same one making this boss. So...
  4. On the bright side, you're well on your way to making your own Ascension bows! :P
  5. You have been muted for 24 hours under promises to sell Runescape Gold. Please contact customer support if you wish to dispute this.
  6. I'm praying to him because he's given me the most quality free stuff. And also because I REALLY like purple. :P
  7. The fact that PvM is too easy has nothing to do with EoC. The problem is that while the maximum level for each skill is 99 and there is plenty of level 80+ equipment (the first pieces having been released over three years ago), the monsters that actually require level 80+ items can be counted on one hand. Most of the bosses (all four GWD bosses, DKS, KQ...) are balanced for players with level 70-75 stats and equipment. Of course they are easy for you if you have drygores and tetsu and maxed stats. We need more high level monsters. Not only bosses, but slayer monsters that actually require some skill would be nice too. Finally, someone who understands the actual problem. RS combat and monster balancing is fine, the problem is nothing in the game can handle what we're capable of. We need higher level things, not harder newb content.
  8. Does this mean, if we were to get the seeds from somewhere else... We could sell them for points, without having to play more of Suicide'r'us? Just got a Sunchoke seed from an elf. Went to MA, you can cash it in for 5000 points, so yeah. Also looks like a 1:1 exchange. Glorious. Chances are they'll fix that soon enough though, for whatever silly reason they come up with.

  10. Unfortunately no so true, while the NPCs buy unlimited shards (theoretically), the amount of time it takes to sell large quantities of it will lower its price to less than 25 each. Most people will just earn the money back in the time it takes to sell couple of million of shards. If they changed so you can sell any amount of shards to them in 1 go, then the statement will be true Already does. Spirit shards have been used to hold access GP for quite some time now.
  11. A bit of both. I try to send out a single wave of my ships each day for the Crew exp and chance at randoms. Use every roll you can trying for trades, but if not send out whatever steel you can just to preoccupy all 4 ships.
  12. Playing Runescape has increased my desire to go out and murder people by at least 500%, but I think that's besides the point you were making. 500% of zero is stil zero Are you me? Do you know as a fact that I don't have murderous tendencies before Runescape?!

  14. Either two telescopes, or a telescope and a pandora's box. I built a box after going a whole day of pincer voyages without a random, annoyed me greatly.
  15. I think you mean you play the minigame, you get dungeoneering xp. Everything that you can do inside dungeoneering, you can do in another part of the game world without getting dungeoneering exp. It doesn't have a single defining feature other than the minigame. It's not about the name, if they made a skill from playing castle wars and maybe expanded it a bit, it'd make just as much sense as a skill as dungeoneering does. That they chose to make dungeoneering into a skill, probably for simplicity in unlocking stuff and rewards, does not mean that it's not 100% a minigame. Bigger than other minigames, yes, but still doesn't fit the characteristics of a skill. Yeah, not a big deal, but given the precedent of dungeoneering don't expect all future skills to make sense either. Yes; why aren't we receiving dungeoneering exp from entering KBD/QBD lair, KK, KQ, DK's, God Wars Dungeon. Because it is not 'Dungeon-eering', it is 'Daemonhiem-eering'. By this, I mean the skill is not to go through dungeons, but your knowledge of Daemonhiem. This coming from the Jmods who made the skill. I do always find it funny how people complain about this skill vs minigame title. Are you really saying you WANT all of our skills to be as bland as click X to receive Y? Is it really so bad to have something so advanced like DG as a skill?
  16. Man, I'd almost completely forgotten at one point we had one... I remember them listening the Otherworldly beings as having a level of infinite, which had me scared witless when I first found them, and then disappointed when they were only around lv60 in reality.
  17. I haven't done the update, could you put it in spoiler-tags? That sounds interesting. Where is this book? I searched the place best I could, but only found a stone slab on the first floor...
  18. To make the lower level, non-degradable stuff, less worthless. And yes, it's a stupid reason, but that's one of the main reasons why they do it.
  19. No totems are (currently) worth it. Except, maybe, Telescope, but we have no idea how much it influences things at the moment. An increase is an increase. As resources are so easy to come by, any extra chance to get the bloody scrolls is fine by me.
  20. I'm told the issue stems from, if you hover over the rewards icon it tells you that it's an adventurer reroll when it's actually the crew one.
  21. I especially loved their reasoning for why Nex sets get the effects, but not PoP stuff. "The exponentional curve ensures that the stat gain makes it better" Because you know, every other armor/weapon didn't get this exact same gain. I'm not even sure if I'm excited to get my Tetsu any more, wearing it will just make me feel inferior...
  22. Scroll. Chi becomes progressively easier when you get to the Pincer, but scrolls become harder.
  23. That's only because Jagex are slow. They've already confirmed they're going to give PoP gear a set effect, they're just working out what yet.
  24. I'm... not sure what that had to do with anything. I was talking about how, being in the pincer, voyages are going to be harder than you can actually get 100% for. And I'm telling you that with a merchant on board and maxed crew you can 100% most missions. Are we... playing the same game here? Are you telling me, you can 100% a 20,000 stat voyage with a merchant on board?
