To second what Quyneax said, I was able to get ~250 in 40 mins of familiarisation at 90 melees with ovl/turm/black d'hide/z spear/iron titan.

this pretty much except blue took me around 300... red was definitely the fastest for me at around 40 or so.

Assuming buying and selling at med: bronze dart tips are 1.76 gp/xp bronze knives are 9.36 gp/xp bronze claws are are 5.08 gp/xp cannonballs are 16.6 gp/xp everything else is a loss... if you want 99 reasonably fast, be prepared to sink 150m+ easy unless you wanna smith almost 200k bars into addy arrowtips (still a 72m loss). or just buy and sell at the right time

in xp this is? 3m slay xp = 3m summ xp? aaaand what do you mean with favouring? Yes, 3m slayer xp is roughly 3m summoning xp. You can "skew" it to be more summoning xp by doing familarisation for waterfiends/wyverns.

I don't think green dragons would be that good with a rune scimmy... Anyway, welcome to mems! You should begin farming as soon as possible. Do herb runs (and full allotment until you get juju pots, if you want) in between quests, slayer tasks, dung floors, etc. It's some of the best skilling profit when you get into the higher levels. You should look into MTK and various dailies as well, which adds up pretty quick; it's not hard to make 1m/day. You should train combat via slayer, slowing working on 70/95 prayer, 52/68/88/96 summoning, 81/85/92 herblore. You'll still profit somewhat with slayer, though not as much as camping would bring. I honestly have no idea what is a good monster to camp at your level. Edit: Yes, dragon bones appear to be taking a pretty good dip atm.. they'll most likely rebound pretty soon. It's also happening to a few other raw materials-- notably herbs, which are rebounding again.

While on the topic of weeds at mtk.. I have my rake stored in toolbelt and I haven't seen weeds at the spot next to berry patch since the update. Any one else experiencing this?

this pretty much.. might as well take herbicide to most slayer tasks if you get it. Get bonecrusher for dragon tasks if you don't want to bank a ton or don't want to bring summ pots.

I need to complete Ratcatchers and my kitten isn't a cat yet. Also, I asked earlier about herblore and the people suggested I make more $ before boosting to 85 for Super Antifires and then raising lvl to 85 to boost for Extremes. Have your kitten out while doing the quest and it will grow into a cat soon. And you only need ~100k to make 10 hours worth....

I will say yes. I sold my BCP and never missed it, but I can never let go of my claws. If you train slayer at all claws are a must buy just because of the damage boost in Kuradal's dungeon. OP is only 69 slayer... but anyway, I made a mistake. BCP should come before claws. Dragon dagger (and korasi's in a few cases) is quite good.

Why not stew to make enough antifires to last around 10 hours there? Then go and get 85 herb and then make plenty of super antifires and maybe stew for extremes.

Bandos is one of the last things to get. The def isn't needed and the money would be better spent on a fury, zerker, extremes, turm, claws, etc.

no-one cares. The topic was efficiency, and I was discussing on an xp basis the most efficient way to play. I get its annoying or offensive to be told that such a severe breakage of the game exists. At your combat levels, obtaining effigies would be pretty slow. Also, you would be missing out on a lot of skilling xp since you don't have many of the levels to investigate the various stages. Getting an effigy every 2-3 hours without cannon won't be that easy. At maxed stats with canon, black dragons are ~1:35 per effigy, black demons are ~1:50. However, IMO black demons over black dragons since you don't have super antifires yet. Just bring an inventory of prayer pots and pray piety, potting with supers as well. Cannoning is pretty expensive nowadays, but the range xp, as Powerfrog said, is quite good.

Had my dad buy this for me since I'm not 21 yet.. just need to pay him back. :thumbdown: When it's all said and done, I will have sunk about $1200 into it for 1,000 rounds of .357 (or 38 special, depending on prices), a holster, and a carrying case.
