  1. The duke is weekly votes.
  2. The interesting thing will be trying to get both team rewards, you have 3 weeks to do allllll of the other team if you dont hop back and forth a billion times.
  3. 1) As you discovered you go to 'social' and chat settings 2) Can't be done at present 3) Gone at present 4) Doesn't exist anymore. 5) I believe 'online' status is basically what private chat settings used to be, as now changing the settings on the private chat icon works (like all the others) to dictate if that chat will appear in that mode (So in 'all' private off = pms only go to the private chat tab)
  4. I'm gonna guess you saved a preset whilst the action bar was glitched (aka it places itself beyond the limits of the screen) So reloading your preset is just placing it back there, your gonna have to rebuild and save with it in place.
  5. In edit mode place 'central interface' so it doesn't overlap with w/e the search is appearing in (game dialog i assume)
  6. I'm annoyed by 3 of the new songs as their unlock hint is 'this song unlocks automatically' and I got no clue where to go or what to do to set em off.
  7. Odds of it being PvP are rather small in my book (or at least not exclusively or forced) Why? This is the first big world event to decide the course of the 6th age they want EVERYONE to get involved. A brief sweep of worlds looking at the wildy during non-warbands time is more than enough to show that the vast majority of players either are not interested in pvp or cannot be bothered with it.
  8. I'm not saying it is impossible, but I can say with my 109 dungeoneering, I've seen very few T11 items. I have most primal gear, save for the primal 2H (as Kal'Ger is a bit deeper than I can venture), but it has taken me a lot of time to come across these pieces. :) Of the 20 T11 I've seen/had dropped 19/20 have been since ~December and 17/20 have been post 99 (I'm 103 now) and those 4 levels include probably in excess of 1mil xp from Delve Daemonheim task turn ins. So yeah they seem mildly rare, but no big deal. Out of Primal, Celestial and Sagittarian I have all of the ones I can access (of some use) other than Sagi body, primal plate, primal pick, primal axe and sagi short bow and the first two of them are predictable since I've only done 2-5 each of their bosses thus far.
  9. 10 AM EST, 3PM BST. Also since when have the 'always' released at noon BST? Nearly all updates for the past two or three years have been coming out 2pm-4pm ballpark BST or GMT depending on time of year.
  10. The past 3 days ports have trolled me SO bad. I have 4 Jade statues and like ~20 scrolls left to get and everything is upgraded all good crew baring captains etc. 0 Scroll voyages 0 Trade good voyages For THREE days. -.-
  11. The Draugen is a pita cause it can go literally anywhere in the whole forest area, only sure fire way is to stalk it til you hit it. Or, like Sara suggests, stand somewhere like the bridge where it often goes and spam talisman til it comes by.
  12. I suppose 8 really if you count the action bar as well.
  13. Since they introduced the whole hotkey thing I don't see why we can't have 3-7 keys hardcoded for the ones currently un-hideable 7 being map, settings bar, public, private, friends, clan, guest clan.
  14. Based on every single count down banner we've ever had before: It'll be 2-4 hours after it hits 0 before anything happens and that happening will be '1 hour to next update.' Then a few more hours of server failures and general panic. The only possibly saving grace this time is they have left plenty of padding in there, previous timers always ran out like midnight of the day or early morning, this one does actually end at 3pm which is the earlier end of usual update time these days.
  15. Solo players just not coming across T11 is a lie. Since they retweaked T11 drop rates you can get them quite easily solo. Of ~20 T11 drops I have seen/had 12 have been whilst soloing, and of the 8 seen in team games most have been useless like primal shield etc. However I think T11 appearing in anyway beyond 'hold/wield a t11' item is unlikely as they are still reasonably rare.
  16. Nope; settings bar, minimap and chat are all perma on.
  17. They have said it is quite a large change plot-wise and if I recall correctly we don't really go in to the fortress itself in the other quests, we go down that trapdoor bit. So it could make sense in the context of we haven't been in to the fortress proper, just the dungeon/basement bit. I can see your point about difficulty but that's going to be a some what standard thing these days half the point of the move to 6th age is to kind of 'reset' requirements to allow more low end quests with the tougher stuff you get to later played in flashback. I mean anything and everything 6th age (even the bacon quest) post-dates many much harder flashback content of other quests it's just going to be the norm now.
  18. Priest in Peril story was not changed, but it is not longer a requirement for Morytania or most of its content, as I understand it from noobs in my clan you can literally just walk through the underground bit no quest start needed and the agility shortcut functions without the quest at all. I think you over sell Black Knights Fortress - storywise it isn't not mentioned at all in any of the quests you mentioned so retconning out of them is not an issue. I mean we come under the white knight and temple knight radar through other means anyway eg Knight's Sword and it is entirely plausible we come under the radar for any number of quests at all - after all a common trope of rs is we are well known for our questing. Burthorpe is part of their kingdom so the tutorial would already get us under their radar a bit. Which means none of the other follow ups have any issue at all really since they only hinge on us being known to the white and temple knights in the first place which do not *need* black knights fortress to be true. I mean are you really suggesting we *must* do a quest with direct links to a faction or group to get on their radar? I mean we don't do that for Sliske or Zenevie or the Meeting/Makinh History museum all about our exploits or many other instances where we are known by reputation prior to any contact at all. To me there is not really anything at all that would need changing to lift the Black Knight's Fortress quest out of the requirements chain of all those quests that lead to 5th age content. It's not directly referenced and the only purpose it seemingly serves of 'getting us on the radar' is easily explained away via any number of other quests including the tutorial and knight's sword in particular.
  19. Are you talking about the one where the Black Knights' Fortress remake is going to be a 6th Age quest (featuring Saradomin no less), and yet is a requisite to do While Guthix Sleeps and The World Wakes? Because its so hard to remove a couple of quest reqs when making a remake...I mean it's not like the quest is entirely relevant story-wise to WGS etc. Its more a 'it uses black knights so lets make it a req' setup. I mean they done other quest req changes before, Priest in Peril being removed from a good 90% of Morytania content, Diamond in the Rough and Stolen Hearts being tagged on the the start of the desert series etc.
  20. I think sub-10 min warp is one of those it's either easy or impossible kind of things. If you have the knack and the internet connection it's easy; if you lack the knack or the connection its impossible.
  21. Tbf if you follow the lore there's several more floors which are sunken because it started sinking in the swampy grounds of morytanina as soon as it was built, you can even see atleast 1 of these floors below the ground level graphically
  22. Lined is either not possible or tooo heavily luck based. Italics is changed to the correct word since you can't 'deploy' any skilling resource and it was bugging me.
  23. Most of these teasers are just kinda meh. It's like you have a bigger draw distance woo-dee-doo we've seen this already it's old news already. Not to mention the 2nd picture kinda shows up the derpy flaws of the system (that the slayer tower has blue skies and bright lighting when viewed from beyond the borders of morytania but instantly becomes a dark and forboding greeny area when viewed from within morytania.
  24. The original reset was based on people not researching a purchase before committing, just as all my examples were, and is the only reason we are considering resets as a real possibility and not a hypothetical situation now. Rings were not broken or worded poorly when EoC was released, they were merely changed, and like group vengeance and chaotics, they are not as useful anymore. Jagex messed up with the original ring descriptions (which the original reset fixed). They claimed they worked in a way they didn't and many people spent tokens on something they didn't want. EoC's ring changes were 100% planned and are working as intended. There is simply nothing to fix. Certainly there is nothing to 'fix' about eoc rings, but them being broken is not the issue. The issue is people invested many hours and tokens into rings that are good and useful, only for eoc to fundamentally alter how rings work and make that investment useless. Arguably there should be a reset because, in affect, we had a 'reset' for the entire combat system, bar those rings, thanks to the 6 months beta allowing anyone who cared to sell off or buy in gear to fit with the coming changes before the prices hugely changed and thus avoid loses. The rings, however, are trapped with all those hours of work and investment entirely lost to you in a ring that is no longer the same as it was.
  25. I think back then there was two factors at play: 1) There hadn't been anything that had happened to need item returns, it was kinda unprecedented but as the game has gotten larger possible item lose due to glitches has exponentially grown. 2) Back then there wasn't the technology in place to truly see who had lost what; now it seems they have a much better back-end (primarily built for RWT purposes no doubt) along with more easily accessible back-ups that mean they can actually look and see person x had y until glitch z happened.
