Mechscape/Stellar Dawn is a bit of a joke really. It was like 5 years ago it was 'Coming soon' and had web addresses. Then it was delayed and renamed and we've had like 2 calls for beta-tester registration; the msot recent of which was in 2010, which was also when they said the game will be out by the end of the year. You can get a pretty decent MMO released from your sodding bedroom and grow it into a massive company, but with all the staff and millions of resources you can't even get a long awaited 2nd mmo launched with delaying and cancelling it for years on end. One you must give them however is War of Legends is still going pretty strong, the only change on that fronts seems to be they stopped spamming Runescape site with news about it as that never went down well. Certainly seems to be a smaller slower dev process on War of Legends but its still getting regular updates and news and have an active community.

8 hours. Check BTS it seems they finally gave up on the fact past 2 weekends the curve went mucked up and between 8 hours and 10 hours you only went 1.15 > 1.1 and just made it an 8 hour curve. How kind of them to link us to the modifier table for the previous weekend. I know I didn't notice it at first and assumed as it linked back to the normal 10 hour table but it does clearly say 'about 8 hours' in the actual BTS.

I wouldn't say there is a lack of hard enforcement, it was only a few months ago they introduced they new auto-mute system that does catch and mute a lot of auto-typers and flag them up to Jagex to be dealt with. Admittedly it isn't as good as it was at first release but they had to ease it up bit acause places like w117 daemonheim all the people legitimately calling effigies or for teams were getting muted. Also I don't think there *needs* to be all that much enforcement beyond mutes for it, the mute is to end the disruption they cause by spamming chat and (assuming they aren't an advert bot that just stands auto-talking) inconveniences the player for a few days/weeks. Considering most auto-talkers are on obvious throw away accounts and not mains I'd say its a relatively safe bet whatever punishment there is can get quite serious if you repeat offend.

For rigging the seeds it doesn't matter if you can catch them or not, however you do need stripey vines from camouflaged jads (lvl 79) to pay to scare of commons for rigging the seeds to work. At lvl 72 it'd be tricky to get the vine required, Oo'glog mud bath would boost you to 79 but that would leave you a small window to get back to the habitat and capture one. Not impossible but tricky. Getting lvl 73 would much it much easier to achieve as you would be boosting to 80 giving you more time to get it caught.

It's a dark flesh colour not black but yeah that's one of the messy bits to be touched up in the 2nd pass, though I also figure it will be mostly covered anyway when I fill in the eyebrows. Oh and them light streaks in hair, staying put, mainly cause I'm an idiot and painted them in the wrong layer so they are actually painted onto the hair rather than the 'strands' layer where I put the thicker dark strands. Plus I kinda like them anyway.

First pass at the skin done, needs a few touch ups and some blending but pleased with the progress. And more to comment on now!

Tbf to jagex the tree is the worst of a fairly decent bunch for click intensity. Mine is still a bit intensive but not so bad. Kiln and Smelter are both highly afkable you click and leave them for a while and chat. From what I hear Obelisk, Loom and Barbeque are also rather afkable

You mean the deocrative suits of armour that have been that way for years and are quite likely to look nothing like the updated armours due to how old they are?

Keep in mind this isn't just a gnome update, but appears to be a gnome-area update, meaning the grand tree as well. The gnome avatars have definitely changed, but grand tree hasn't really changed much since release besides a few quest areas. Yeah, yanille could use an update, tbh Aside from the gnome stronghold makeover about 2 or 3 years ago where the grand tree etc all got made over, admittedly nowhere near current standards but a makeover none the less.

You could do curly roots. Not quite as much xp as Equal/more xp:hr than magics but and free. Fixed it. Only way to best curly roots for pure xp:hr is magic logs with gloves ring and ba horn.

I like how u try to blame this on Tip.It staff. The site got hacked months ago, could happen to any site regardless of how big they are, not the staff's fault. Also email address is hardly 'sensitive' information; it's one of the most public things about you online and all they can do is try to brute force into (and probs fail unless ur pass is stupid) it or send u phishing emails; nothing security or life ruining.

All things that give bonus xp normally are turned off for bxpw; this includes all the 2.5% booster outfits.

Do you just mean those 2 you highlighted or all of them? Cause there are 5 other ones on the same brush in the top layer of detailing.

OH MY GAWD, I TOTES FORGOT what if ectotokens actually become USEFUL as one of the benefits I hope so, I have 17k of them :D. They have been promising a use for them for ages! Personally I'd like a shop that sells say 100 buckets of slime a day for tokens. Would make doing ashes on ecto > altaring since its 4* not 3.5* and ashes dont have to be ground and u'd have slime easy peasy

Yeah the linework vanishes as I progress, hence lack of lines around the hair. It is just the rough linework that gives me a basic form near enough the correct shapes to paint over and hone it in the paint. Just be glad I didn't include the original sketch lines, they are a whole new level of mess! [hide=Sketchy][/hide]

Seeing my friends artwork has lured me into portraying a character from my dissertation in digital painting, first really big project I've done in the medium. Pleased so far and feedback/advice welcomed. Rough lines that evolve as I paint over them and partially finished hair (Done base tone, base streaking, shadow 1 streaking; still need to do 2 lots of highlight streaking and the 2nd lot of shadow streaking then feather out some edges) 1/3/12 - Don't think I'm gonna get much/anything more done today so I'll just drop this here for now, the finished front hair; well finished for now, no doubt I'll fiddle with it more later on and I need to add some back-hair behind the neck once I paint the skin in. 2/3/12 - Got the first pass of the skin done and added the lips to the facial layer cause it looked too wrong without them! 4/3/12 - Got the face done, coming together nicely now! 27/5/12 - Back baby! When they yell out fc or w/e to join for calls: join them. That way you get the calls to follow to the wins rather than falling for their fake rushes to shake the noobs.

The glitcher would have had to have two successful hits that totalled over 250lp in order to pull out the win, where the TC only had to hit once, most likely, to knock off the final 80-100lp. I can understand why the TC would feel like at that point, he *earned* his winnings. But Sy is right - the duel wasn't over, and you don't deserve the cash until the opponent is dead. It's annoying, and definitely a glitch, but not a loss. Yeah I totally get why you may feel you'd earned it by that point and would assume the win is basically yours, the odds are certainly dramatically in your favour. But it's not a 100% guaranteed outcome, there's plenty of videos lurking around there of amazing turn arounds in the last moments of a duel. Which is why, like you, I say it's not a loss as he did not actually win it.

That's not a loss though. You had 800m, you still have 800m. You can't lose 150m you never actually had, especially given that you did not actually kill the guy, he ran off still alive through whatever glitch this is, so the 150m was never meant to come to you. It is certainly a glitch that could prove annoying, but you certainly did not lose 150m.
