It would likely be handled the same way concerts are--you get a wristband if you're over 21 along with an ink stamp. If you have them both, you can be served alcohol with an ID. If not, you're S.O.L. Honestly it's not really an issue. The fact remains that Jagex chose to age restrict things based on drinking, admittedly I was not aware they had changed this policy this year, but still based on my knowledge at the time there was no reason to assume Jagex would diverge from their prior policy of drinking age+

Do slavation/corruption have emotes on them? At Ge yesterday some guy kept doing this emote where like a red demonic sigil pattern appear on the floor then a ghostly black demon thing with red eyes rose up roared and dived back into the ground and I can't say I've ever seen that before! Edit: duh! it was infernal pwoer emote, total blonde moment on fact they added more emotes!

A lot of older quests especially don't give you very good hints in the quest journal. And the actual spoiler was immensely helpful because it always had a full map with diagrams and highlighting and stuff giving you exact instructions--almost always better than fan-made guides, and you could get it without spoiling the rest of the quest. Hence why I said until the top level spoiler they weren't helpful. And the older quests thing is kinda rendered mute since the past year or two nearly every patch notes has had some old quest or other having journal clarifications made. Besides its easy to find 1 specific quest issue in a guide without ruining it all: you scroll through skimming until you find where u are. Read the next sentence or two and don't look no further. TADA nothing spoilered.

Its a nice update, but they dd kinda rape the usefulness of a load of items. Like questkits, thoose transformy things from rogues den, dwarfven army axe, weidlable fishing nets, that kebbit harpoon etc. Also What i do not follow: Butterfly net was not added due to coding issues of bare-hand vs net catching...but we can add harpoon and we can barehand tht. So is barehand fishing just nerfed?

This is very true never thought of that! As far as I am aware Britain is one of the most lenient with the drinking age; most other countries (particularly english speaking ones) are 21 opposed to 18.

The trouble was quest help system was it didn't help all that much. Until you got the the top level spoilery hints it basically just re-stated what the in-game quest guide tells you anyway, so it was far more productive (and faster) just to hit the in-game quest guide and see what it said you should be doing.

In the quest xp guide under the Agility table "* Myths of the White Lands: see "Tips, Tricks and Notes" section of the quest guide to learn how to receive the 10,000 exp. You do not get this as a reward for completing the quest, and not all of it is available in free worlds." Firstly its awkward wording would make more sense to say: You do not get this as a reward for completing the quest, see "Tips, Tricks and Noes" section of the quest guide to learn how to receive X xp. This also applies to notes below: attack, crafting, farming, fm, magic, prayer, thieiving, woodcutting. Secondly "not all of it is available in free worlds" kinda misleading on the agility one. It is simple is not available to f2p as its a members skill. So should just say "only available to members" Similar situation under magic for swept away; it should be un-highlighted and marked as p2p in the main list as none of the xp is available to free players as the enchanters are in pollnivneach, canafis, lunar and underground pass.

Yeah certainly sounds like 1 of 4 issues: 1) GPU is slightly unseated 2) GPU is dying 3) Cable between tower and monitor is dying/broken 4) Monitor is dying

Problem at the moment however is it's sometimes possible to click through the chat box, making you run to whatever spot is under the chat area. This in turn breaks the conversation and also makes you have to go through all the chat again. Space/numbers won't have that problem. Can't say I've ever come across that, yes you can click throuhg the normal chat box (which has a toggle option anyway in graphics) but you've never been able to clikc through dialogue screens. Click out yeah, but clikc through? In all my years on rs I've never had that happen.

Naff, the apprentice in Zaff's battlestave store sells a varying amount of battlestaves per day (pre-noted) at a flat rate of 7k a staff. GE price is usually in the 8-9k region for battlestaffs. Its pretty much the easiest and much profitable daily to do. If you get up to hard done thats 64 staffs a day at 1-2k profit per staff 64k-128k for like a minute of effort.

Skipping dialogues is fast enough atm, no need to make it faster. This tangent is quite odd anyway, nothing in BTS remotely implied chat would be made quicker. Simply that instead of clicking you'd be able to use numbers/space if you so wished. Sounds to me like that's making it quicker. You can spam click where continue appears to fast-track through conversations. So to me it just sounds like holding space = "clicking" asap on each new screen until you hit options or end of dialogue.

Based on the evidence its most likely a dead mobo. As there's no steps left OTHER than RMAing stuff you need to RMA the mobo. If they find nothing with that THEN look at the less likely options such as a DOA CPU. DOA Mobo's are quite common because they are pretty dam fragile compared to other computer parts; the slightest solder overrun, or slightest too thin track or static or a crystal that is over/under charged and it can be DOA

I suggested that before, this reply might interest you: I think that's a little strange as any aspect of runescape could be counted as gambling, really. Duel arena? No skill involved, just as bad as betting on horse racing. Opening impling jars? Just like scratch cards. The moment you kill a creature with a rare drop? Just like the lottery. I'm pretty sure they do NOT need a gambling license to allow players to gamble RSGP, as it holds no real world value. (The black market value is obviously ignored as it's illegal) There are a number of "children's" games that have gambling aspects, kingdom of loathing being a prime example. Just as something is luck based doesn't make it "Gambling" Gambling in the legal sense is specifically about placing some form of money against an outcome of some form of game of chance/skill in which you are not an instrumental part (eg poker, blackjack etc you play but the dealt cards are the cards. You're being there doesn't alter that.) and the house giving out/keep money based on the outcome. Of course gambling in the broad sense includes many other things, but in legal terms it is the process of placing a bet agaisnt an outcome. Duel Arena does come close, but as its you vs another player and not agaisnt "the house" it's not Gambling in the legal sense; which is what they want to avoid due to legal things. Note: I am differentiating Gambling from gambling.

In that case I'd follow up on what askthedude said. Check the manual for what ur error lights mean. And disconnect everything other than the gpu (since u lack onbaord graphics) 1 stick of ram and cpu and see if u can get it too boot, then try 1 thing at a time. If it won't boot with jsut gpu and 1 ram stick then you got problems, most probably incompatible ram or gpu.

Not all mobos have a post-beep, I've not had one with tht for years. Error beeps yes, but post-beeps not so much; you certain yours has a post beep? As for onbaord graphics: Does it have a graphics socket on the backpanel? (obv excluding the graphics card ones) [can be any type vga, hdmi etc.]

The boon of the all-in-one varrock based methods is you end up right by the store to redeem the xp PLUS you "need" to go there anywhere to do the battlestaves for nice free money each day.

Does the mobo have onboard graphics? If so odds are its outputting to the onboard graphics and you need to hook the monitor up to that until you get into bios and tell it to initiate pci display first.
