New Herblore Boost
From info I've seen 3 piece set = 4 dose pots 5 piece set = unf pots giving xp 4 dose effect seems to be stable at 15-20% pots covered. Unf pot effect is equal to herb cleaning xp but seems to be 100% from wat I heard. Apparently super restores, extremes, overloads and jujus don't work with 4 dose effect. For the overload types I'd imagine this is intentional rather than a bug since you are mixing multiple pots together opposed to making a potion. No personal testing, just an amalgamation of various sources I've seen that say about the same thing. Points wise if you follow the no pickpokceting as its a time waste, quit out as soon as you exceed 450 points you should be managing around 6-7 mins a game for around 100 reward points. So I'd estimate 800-1k an hour as a rough points/hr rate. 12k points for full outfit.

MTK
As well covered it is taken daily, but you can go down to about 90% before it is a huge issue, hence most people collect weekly or fortnightly. As other suggested the misunderstanding comes from the fact you can alter resources last minute and get whatever you pick. The basic mechanic is: Each day 10% of coffers up to 75k is given to the 'workers' Then it looks at approval (say 90%) As approval is 90%, the 'workers' will keep 10% for themselves. So 7.5k is lost and 67.5k is stored as resources to be collected. *** When you collect the game takes that stored figure divides it by 15 to allocate to each worker. Then based on 'prices' that the resources have (most guides list the rough 'price' of each resource) 'buys' the resources workers are currently assigned to. Everything above the stars is run daily, hence lowering your coffers and raising you're potential resources with approval factored in. Everything below the stars runs only when you collect, hence swapping stuff around just before you collect changes what you get.

Lumbridge Castle Cave
If memory serves it is a bit awkward as the "hole" with squeeze through option appears over most of it, but there's a smaller area with no squeeze through option which is the actual rubble tht u need to mine.

The True World Map? Post your findings! [Updated 2014]
The "monkey heaven" is the area under the Jungle Demon fight in Monkey Madness, there is a way down there from the fight area. The table cave is either part of the goblin place near fish guild or the cave under gnome village if i'm not mistaken. The goblin's/gnomes war I believe is the cutscene area from one of the recent Gnome quests (where u see the war)

[NOW IMPLEMENTED!] View Mobile Version On Desktop System?
To both of you, what I'm primarily referencing as "being cold" is people telling me to use a FireFox extension that could potentially render me flat unable to use FireFox, and/or destroy my profile data. That kind of solution is basically an attempt to shove a positive forum/site suggestion -- created for everyone -- under the rug and get rid of the person who suggested it. I don't think you would take so well to someone trying that on you either, right? :( ~D. V. "Somebody trying to get rid of me? Yeah, that's being cold... depressingly cold." Devnull (p.s.: Let's get back to sticking to the topic now, alright? I do try to avoid taking everything as a personal attack... sheesh!) But there's absolutely no reason it could damage your firefox profile, that's total nonsense. There's perfectly decent add ons to send out a mobile signature from firefox that don't some how magically cause firefox to implode as you suggest. There is just no logic behind that point. And it was hardly trying to "get rid of you" it was pointing out an simple and effective solution to viewing the mobile site on a desktop, until such a time (if ever) the admins decide to allow it to be viewed.

You are missing my point, which has nothing at all to do with the complexity of any of the sites: None of these content providers block out desktop browsers. No I'm not. The reply you quoted was pointing out all the sites you listed were simple sites that are easily condensed in mobile format without becoming confusing; where as tip.it has complex pages that can't be simplified so. You're 'comeback' did nothing to counteract this point as all the sites were still simple ones easily condensed. I was just pointing out your failure to actually provide a decent example against the the point you were quoting, presumably to disprove.

20-December-2011 Christmas Event
The great irony is: In terms of a 100% online, no big download, no installer, no disc game Runescape has always been MILLLLLLLEEEES ahead in graphics. But it does give me pleasure to see rs graphics looking nicer than the blocky edged WoW graphics everyone used to throw up as an example of better graphics. Obv rs is still block in some ways, but they have worked that limitation into the graphical style so it looks intentional where as WoW just looks like erm yeah we decided to just use 5 polygons to make this 8 story tree house so please ignore the giant pointy corners that don't look very tree-like

Wut? This has nout to do with forums and would be ridiculously dull. It'll just creep up on the few that f2p knock out put under to 1mil then stay there.

^ You still posted all sites that have very limited content on most pages. Social sites, news sites and info sites are all pretty much just text content with maybe 1 image that is easily re-streamed into a compact mobile form, as seen on the mobile formats. So as a comeback you kinda failed to prove anything tbh. Tbf no-one's been heated or cold towards you. Just because people disagree and post their reasoning for doing so does not constitute a personal attack or being heated. Even if there's some back and forth debate in quotes it's still all been perfectly friendly.

No, you will go to the basement if you use the portal after the event. Should think it was intended for completed event but they diverted at some point in dev and ended up with the basement only completed event.

The list of sites may be fairly long, but you could easily compile a much longer list of perfectly user friendly sites that do not offer such a service; why? because its unnecessary as websites are only a few kb of data per page and even the slowest internet out there these days runs in mbps if not gbps so a few kb is nothing. That type of link is an older format from the early internet phone days when it wasn't as simple to make a website automatically send you to the mobile version when on a mobile device and you had to manually access the mobile version.

Changing XP language
To be honest, I'd urge anyone still on XP to move to 7 ASAP. I mean, seriously? A 10 year old OS who's last update was 3 years ago? That just screams insecurity and outdatedness.. If that were true, it would scream insecurity and outdatedness. But it’s not true, and it doesn’t. Windows XP still gets regular security updates and will for more than two years into the future. The end of extended support date for XP SP3 is in April, 2014. ref: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/products/lifecycle If you actually read the table Main stream support ended in 09 It's extended support that runs til 14 And in the questions underneath (whats the difference) "Please note: Extended support is only available for commercial customers." So unless you happen to be a school or a business or some other kind of institute that is commercial customer, opposed to a personal customer, support has ended. I have XP SP3 and I get securtity updates on Patch Tuesdays along with the rest of the XP SP3 users. I am a private individual, not a business. Please stop spreading misinformation. All I was doing was citing the source you provided, which does categorically say support ended in 09, other than for commercial users who have extended support. Why provide a source as proof if it contradicts what you are arguing? The only "misinformation" is either: 1) That microsoft link (which you provided) which may be wrong. 2) You some how have a commercial copy and thus get support the majority don't get.

thats in the lummy caves iirc. Looks more like the Frog Random Event imo. That's because it is. You can see it from the mage arena too. The Old frog random event to be precise, the new one is in a small cave to the west of this one.

Yeah at the very least you should really move to Vista as it is still updated; but in an ideal world & would be better. Though 8 is coming soon(ish) now.

The way windows XP installs is you pick a language during installation. The only possible way to swap is to re-install from the disc and picking the desired language.

rs wiki is often wrong, the prices get manually updated and are often out. Thats why clever people use Grimy's spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AldEhLOK6ejJdHlwRC1VRVJiUkFNM2JVQ3otNS0xUGc#gid=1 Loads prices direct from the GE to show profit %

Prosititution
Drugs change a person's perception while under the influence, and can cause harm to other individuals. Prostitution, not so much as long as a prostitute gets tested regularly. Yeah drugs have mind altering effects that can make you dangerous to yourself and/or to others; not to mention the fact that they all have highly addictive qualities that lead to other drug-related issues (eg stealing, murder etc in order to feed a craving). Plus most, if not all, have major negative impacts on your body such as dehydration, muscle wastage, liver and kidney problems. As long as safe sex is practiced, sexual intercourse has no such effects. You are in full self control during sex, sex isn't an addictive substance (any addiction would come from a prior psychological issue), people wouldn't need to go out doing criminal acts to fund a sex habit and safe sex has no negative impacts upon the body, if anything it has positive effects due to endorphins released and the exercise gained.

Runecrafting
You clearly didn't understand the first time as you replied with random things I said nothing about twice. And my point is still valid, as you level up you make less low end runes, which means you end up spending more runes overall if you use airs than fires. While I didn't comment on gp values merely rune numbers it still holds some validity in the gp terms. By using air runes, at higher levels, you end up down by 15ish air runes per run (assuming 1 bank) 17gp per air rune, that's 255gp lose per run on banking. Around 5 fire runes down per run (assuming 1 bank) 27gp per fire rune, that's 135gp lose per run on banking. Yes the INITIAL cost of the air runes may be cheaper for buying to use for banking. But when you consider runes replaced by crafting, and thus how many you actually spend per banking the gp lose does not always favour the cheaper rune. Of course though in gp terms I suppose we must factor in the extra profit from non-spent runes, which would mean. Banking with air runes you have 255gp lose, but 135gp extra profit, so 125gp lose overall Banking with fire runes you have the 135gp lose but 225gp extra profit, so 125gp profit overall So true at current prices in gp terms airs work out better, but meh I never said they didn't. I just pointed out numerically you spend more runes on air than fire when you factor in runes crafted.
