  1. Well doesn't that make the Dragonkin look like a bunch of cowards. Well the ruins have tombs in them, so I doubt they'd just tear em down. More likely restore them. And why does it make the Dragonkin cowards? They attack indiscriminately and they have not been seen since before the Godwars, they have no idea how old a place is. But Varrock is literally RIGHT THERE And the Grand Exchange is literally RIGHT THERE And goddamn fortified and the epitome of a medieval stronghold, Falador is like a MINUTE away. And instead of using a major, populated establishment to send a message, they use a town that's barely populated. Because they can't turn their eyes 2 degrees east and see a much better target. Again they are indiscriminate; it isn't that they CHOSE edgeville to send a message or anything. Edgeville just happened to be there, the same way Mos Le Harmless happened to be there when they first arrived, and they needed to vent the anger and power built up via Stone of Jas use. Besides the fact they are smart and do not know the world yet it makes perfect sense to NOT attack a major settlement as they have no idea how powerful a foe they would enrage, there is only 3 of them afterall and they were defeated by Robert the Strong, a human, previously.
  2. You have missed the stuff in the news archive dated from the date you last played until now; if you go and skim through and ask specific questions it is much more constructive. What is 'worthwhile' is very subjective to your play style and personal tastes.
  3. It is the month of twos it seems: 2x quests, 2x reworks, 2x drops, and 2x xp. 3x reworks.. Death Plateau, Wolf Whistle and Druidic Ritual.
  4. There is a section of the tracker for design issues :) But it is specifically described as for bugs, glitches and errors and I assumed it was a design choice. A design choice is not a bug, glitch or error.
  5. On mini-games page Manage Thy kingdom is out of place alphabetically, should be after lava flow, livid farm and mage training [Crew edit: This has been fixed, thank you. :) ~Julie]
  6. 5 quests really if you count the replays! I'm guessing they must be dramatically altered to warrant replays and possibly more rewards.
  7. I assumed it was a design choice opposed to a bug; hence posting here. But fair enough!
  8. Lol people buying them up? How stupid! It's only a graphical rework its gonna do sod all to actual demand for the armours as the stats won't change AND given influx of ppl checking it out, especially with double loot week supply is gonna rise anyway so prices should drop.
  9. Looking forward to this month, sounds very nice overall. Also I think visage via barrows can fit lore Sliske is a collector of powerful beings no? Dragons are powerful. He could of easily got a few visages in his loot piles hidden away in the tombs.

  11. You say this like its a bad thing. The current flaw of rs combat is we have too much KO power so very little poses a challenge, even if the top end bosses
  12. Octarine pretty much covered it; though I vaguely recall some recent research showing unarmed dominion gloves sit between SS and chaotic maul. So they'd be another option.
  13. Only a small thing, but I noticed on the beta site when viewing item db by stats when you sort them it does ascending order first, when the old site did descending first. I would of thought descending is far more useful to the majority of people so would be useful to switch this back. After all when sorting by magic attack it usually means looking for GOOD bonuses, so having all the negatives and 0s at the top of the list is generally less helpful than having the biggest ones first.
  14. I noticed there some anomalies in the Falador task reward section and that this is formatted the best out of all the guides, so I thought I'd re-write the sections for you into all matching formats. Especially since Karamja is kinda all over the place atm and Varrock even misses mentioning the smelting thing getting upgraded along side mining. Karamja and Varrock have some square brackets with notes where I'm unsure on precise details, also as a side note it would be good to see Brimhaven Dungeon map/page updated to actually show where the new shortcut is. Every fansite I can find mentions this shortcut to red drags from gloves 4, but not a single site actually gives any indication of where precisely it is found. So yeah would be good for at least tip.it to have that info! Falador [hide] All Easy Tasks complete After completing all the easy tasks speak to Redbeard Frank to receive Falador Shield 1. 15. Wouldn't swapping northern portal room and costume room make it more efficient? Atm if you need tht northern portal your loop route goes through 5 rooms (mena, chapel, quest hall, garden, portal); if it was in costume place it'd be 4 rooms (mena, chapel, quest, portal)
  16. How exactly is it done? Finally got 80 summoning so I can clear this task, but I'm a bit confused on what exactly you do.
  17. This, but also add in menagrie for summoning obelisk. This. Having a close workshop is also useful for construction purposes. And for repair barrows/nex gears cheaply
  18. This, but also add in menagrie for summoning obelisk.
  19. Nomad's doesn't take that long if you ace it. Plus soulwars cape is not the best prayer cape in-game. The best one that most people can easily[sic] obtain, yes, but the best in-game it is not; compeletionist cape offers +13 Oh well of course completionist is the best, it's pointless mentioning it because anyone that is close to getting one already knows that it's the best for practically everything, and you actually need to do nomads to get the comp cape anyway :3 And you're saying it takes less than an hour? I think my best time was 40 minutes or something, but that was my third run through. (I usually take most time on the first water puzzle. God that's annoying.) And i doubt anyone would do considerably faster than an hour on their first go, especially if they're constantly checking a guide. While it may be pointless to mention it, it still stands that you can't say soulwars is the best prayer cape in-game because it is not. As for timing, if memory serves, I took maybe 25 minutes on Nomad Requim up until the Nomad fight which took me several tries through lag and stuff. Even so, if you took time of my successful kill it'd only be like 30-40minutes.
  20. As far as I am aware it is possible to get, but it will go the floor like all the other loot does. Though one or two clan mates of mine did say something about it forcing other items out of inventory, kinda like strange rocks do when earned with full inventory.
  21. Nomad's doesn't take that long if you ace it. Plus soulwars cape is not the best prayer cape in-game. The best one that most people can easily[sic] obtain, yes, but the best in-game it is not; compeletionist cape offers +13
  22. So basically the 3 fremmy rings cover everything and not much point in getting onyx?
  23. So they are kept on death, following the default death mechanic, unless I'm misunderstanding and you mean they have some nonsensical mechanic in which they vanish on death unless they are top 3. By 'kept on death' people generally mean: Will it vanish or will it appear under grave stone since you can pick your 3 kept items now anyway (other than wildy).
  24. Which are worth it? Stats wise I'd say zerker, seers, archer; but I keep seeing some stuff about onyx. Is onyx really worth it? What uses does it have where its +6's beat the +8's of the other 3?
  25. Jewelled Diamond Statuette: I can't 100% verify it myself but all info I've seen says this can ONLY be gotten from the engraved sarcophagus so might be worth checking/mentioning. Also main point is this statue offers 1 item full recharge of sceptre as you mention, however you missed one awesome fact. You can use the statue on the sceptre (it might only work for god sceptre not 100% sure) and it will recharge it with no need to visit the Guardian Mummy
