I don't know how readily it should be applied to Megaupload being shut down. I don't agree with the shut down, but the quote is a little dramatic for these circumstances :lol: It fits perfectly. Universal flexed its corporate muscle over the fact megaupload often gets copyrighted material put on it (even though they oppose this and do their best to remove it) and got it shut down because of this. As a medium of sharing things fairly (eg your own work) this makes megaupload a tool of free speech. To shut it down for such a bogus reason is unjust and oppressive; besides if you ignore the small things you lose ground to face the big things as the rights to do so have been eroded away from underneath you will you sat there being apathetic as it 'wasn't a big deal'. It's how the nazis worked, they made a few little changes here and there that people weren't best pleased about and then by the time they made the big changes so much free speech and civil liberty had been eroded it was near impossible to oppose them from within Germany.

Then again comparing a Windows based desktop to a Macbook isn't the best comparison either, Macs are crazy overpriced. They are over-priced due to the 'brand' but it still works as a comparison when you compare the specs of the desktop vs the mac. Build costs are miles cheaper in terms of hardware. For example my mac book cost around about £1000 My desktop pc (without counting the recently added SSDs cause obv they costy) ran me to a cost of about £1200 and that's for case, all the internals, blu-ray drive, tv tuner card, 17 inch lcd monitor, mid-high end mouse and keyboard a wifi printer, a reasonable sound system and a big graphics tablet. Its got about twice the processor power and twice the RAM, about 4 times the graphics power and a heck of a lot more storage space.

Yeah the NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 is an integrated graphics; one of the system reqs for skyrim is: Direct X 9.0c compliant video card with 512 MB of RAM So pretty safe to say integrated is your issue; for installing an independant graphics card you are looking for a slot like this: On the lower parts of your motherboard, depending which slots you have (there's varying sizes, though the long one is the standard), you can use almost any independent gpu and the computer should use it automatically.

In terms of graphics: What is you graphics card specs? If its a laptop you will have integrated and that'll be the problem. If you have a desktop, are the monitor ports in with all the usbs, keyboard, sound etc in the top segment, or are they separate in one of the lower slots? (eg are they intergrated or do you have a graphics card)

But it very rarely reaches other places (yanille, ardy, seers, rellekka, southern desert, the islands etc.) so you get a n inconsistency where those few places are very very up to date and others haven't be done for the past 5 or 6 graphical updates. So in reality those places are nowhere near the 'oldest in game' graphically and they are leaps and bounds ahead of most other old places.

If they are planning them all through the year then they'll probably group black - addy together then do Rune and Dragon later. After all, for rune alone they have trimmed, heraldic and God versions to do. I wonder what the mean exactly by "low level" as they seem to vary that a lot. Sometimes it seems to mean bronze > rune, sometimes bronze > dragon others its just bronze > steel. Here's hoping it does bronze > rune atleast (since they are all kind of basic samey type stuff) then leaves dragon bandos etc for the later date, but I wouldn't be shocked if we only get up to steel for now since black+ is a bigger job with all the heraldic and trimmed treasure trail stuff.

I think the general way Jagex monitors it is: If 2 accounts from same ip on at same time but do not have simultaneous input. Multiple users in 1 house can obviously all play at the same time or separate times; but 1 user trying to puppet 2 accounts at the same time you'd have 1 get input then the other.

Saw you getting ripped^^ Is the xp boost time based or xp based? Like can I semi-afk the agility course and still gain the same total bonuses? Do I get better xp when I only equip the gloves while doing the last obstacle of the course? 1) Equipping the gloves won't help you any doing agility. Gloves = cmb, Boots = agile and wc 2) As with the gloves the boots drained based on xp gained; therefore just leaving them on is best whether you gain 1mil lots of 1 xp or 10 lots of 100k xp you still get the same outcome. Also Jagex failed with copy and pasting, when you hit 90% on boots you get the fell power ebbing chat box message...but it says gloves

There is a place, its called the news archive, where you'll find every single game update with a nice summary news article. Would be a good idea to at least skim through it so you can come up with more precise questions about what caught your attention.

For question 4: Rapier>maul at fiends. People always assume otherwise due to the whole crush thing, but as the stats on chaotics are so high the fiends defence becomes a non-issue; so rapiers speed means it yields higher dps than maul. For 3 yes it is capped at 12 ranks an hour maximum, your average suicider gains around 10 an hour, so at least 30 hours.

Couple of minor things: 1) Would be good to suggest throwing knives (as a dark bow alternate), their speed helps you inflict more damage. 2) Last picture is caption as "Char glowing with rage. Lure her into the water to cool her off."...but she is not glowing 3) Worth mentioning it is easier to simply run and light fires while she glows, luring her to the water takes a lot of time and the effect ends of its own accord anyway. Also doing this method (lighting while shes glowing) you can easily keep 10+ fires light most of the time (where as you suggest 8+ is tricky) 4) Are you sure number of patterns effects pets? All evidence I've seen you just do Char's training and then all 4 appear floating around the room, I only did like 3 when checking it out and have all 4 pets. 5) The book of char note is wrong and leaves info out; it does not light logs. It incinerates them directly to ashes for double xp. 6) Step 7. the bolded cannot is causing some random line breaks on the beta site.

It's been said before but they probably don't want to have to deal with specific gambling laws in certain companies. I assume you meant countries. But yeah this holds true, didn't they even say it in the forums when they did away with dice. Sure people throw up arguments of oh but game x does it (where game x is some quite small unknown game) and they are fine; the thing is just because they get away with it doesn't make it right in legal terms and such a high profile company with such a high value is much more likely to get noticed/pulled up on legal infringements (in this case for gambling laws).

I doubt running would work based on the fact jmods confirmed current run speed is basically a 'hack' whereby you skip a square; therefore logically I would assume this effect would not work on the skipped square since, as far as the game is concerned, you were never on it.

That's fair enough, I don't expect the entire world to agree with my opinion (which of course may change as and when I do gain more experience, though I doubt it); all I disagree with is attempts to entirely write off my view with no more justification than "you're low level you have never done dg therefore you have no right to have a view." There is a distinct difference between disagreeing because you think it should be a team skill and you think it is quite hard to be pro and just saying (paraphrased) No you are wrong you have no right to comment because you are only level 78.

On what grounds have I 'never attempted it'? I have the same access to attempt it as anyone else; the fact I'm lower levelled in dg does not alter this it just means I haven't done as much of it yet. Doing/Attempting sub-30 larges are by no means some elite feat that is only unlocked in the high levels of dg. The basis I use for my opinion is my personal experience and being lower levelled in dg does not devalue this and has not stopped me having any experience. I have done team based dg and tried my hand at keying; that's all I need to form an opinion about the skills required.

To be fair on the hostile front we were not initially hostile; we only became hostile when she started trying to kill us and would not listen to us as she deemed us unworthy due to not knowing who she was. I think anybody would become hostile, despite her links to Zaros, given how she had us trapped and was trying to kill us off one by one.
