  1. What are the concerns? I would like to know before I start; I may try on a virtual box first. I've never actually done it before. It just seems like their would be a lot of crap from the previous install that is just not necessary anymore. Doh! Don;t comment if you have no idea. OS thats are designed to do upgrade installs purposefully swap out old files for new one by one; then add in the new features and remove the unncessary ones
  2. I get it occasionally but usually after tht error pops up it does close and clicking again works fine.
  3. As long as they are both off the same graphics card yes it should work fine. Most graphics cards these days have several ports for multi monitorness
  4. Ah I didn't check that. The original post just said the reward trader says tokens are worth 90gp, which would be a moot point. But now you've said that and I went and checked it yes 20,000*90 =1,800,000 So it make sense in that case.
  5. Yeah it does need to be noted in both guides. But it is still correct the choices in both quests do not affect the outcome; since the outcome is always beating the quest series and acquiring access to elite void and the ability to change its colour.
  6. Wait, if you can trade tokens for 90GPP ea, and 120 dunge you get say 300k an hour, that's over 20m an hour o_O However, unless you can actually TRADE tokens for GP, your point is moot. And I sincerely doubt that you can. I thought he was arguing for opportunity cost, not actual trade-in value, so doesn't that make his point extremely relevant since we're arguing which you can earn faster: money or tokens? Its still moot. Tokens can NEVER become GP directly, therefore regardless of random dialogue saying token = 90gp tokens don;t have any value beyond what you can swap them for. So it is purely which can you make quicker and be less put out by getting the tokens or the 2mil gp. General answer is gp is faster and less hassle. Tokens in this case are used directly to recharge the weapon so both tokens and GP have the same utility. And the quote in general is actually advocating exactly what you're arguing. So I don't see how you're saying it's a moot point when it's...your point that he's making. It's a moot point that tokens are supposedly worth 90gp each and that if you therefore make less than 90 times the gp you do tokens in a given time frame you should use tokens; since tokens are not worth 90gp. The original poster was saying for example: If you can make 1 token an hour (90gp) But your best money maker only makes 80gp an hour Tokens are better as 90>80 But if you can make 100gp an hour money wins as 100>90 Its moot as tokens do not have a gp value regardless of the dialogue. The only thing that matters is which can you acquire fastest 1.8mil or 20k tokens. And generally speaking 1.8mil is much easier and faster to make; especially given that stats you must have to of got the chaotic in the first place (aside from being some pure)

  8. All the choices do effect it. In the final quest the 3 way choice obv has 1 for white one for grey one for black. In the previous quest the various choices are white and black (eg soothe bartender or cause him to panic) Obv in first quest if you go mixture u r likely to get grey.
  9. 1) It doesn't have to be the same, thou atleast pairs should match. It does however have to be compatible with your motherboard. Crucial have a useful tool that will give you an idea of what you need (though you can buy cheaper eslewhere) 2) All depends on the program really, its best to run an upgrade advisor (most OS providers have them) so it will tell what will/won;t work and then double check the won;t works for what the maker says (eg Windows one said GIMP wuldnt run on 7, GIMP said it wuld and it does). Also be aware alot of "upgrading" os invovles clean install so stuff gets wiped anyway its only the msot recent ones that can do inline upgrades.
  10. Aside from HD vs normal output it should have 0 effect as xbox is still putting out the same video quality regardless of how the screen handles it.
  11. As far as I know pure coins is the better option unless you have all the dg rewards you want and have the tokens to spare. As like you touched on gp much faster to make 2m in than it is to make the tokens.
  12. Defence isnt a big issue at AZs so i'd say use the deflector then whack on barrows gloves to get some attack bonuses. If they do hit u a fair bit just swap deflector for gloves n take a sheild
  13. 1 - 70 hunter is like a days work...
  14. Option 1: Prayer gear - largely a waste since the altar is right there but can be good if you use protect prayers rather than bunyip Option 2 - bandos Option 3 - void melee + Salve (e) Then you want whip for def or att xp and d scimmy or korsari sword or simialr (eg reasonably fast) for str xp
  15. Yup if you did that event diango or digging in swamp will replace it. As for the other parts: The mjolnirs can come at any point, the key jsut takes you to each location once basically. The Co-ordinates are a waste of time, yes the map on their own may be a bit wtf. But being told where it is with the map makes them pretty obvious, especially when you are exploring that small area.
  16. http://[Censored for time being].com/2u9ka8e There ya go.
  17. Anticipation of the herblore update since BTS always lists in order other than "other news" so herblore thing was always going to be last week or this week. Plus last week was the week after British schools halfterm, school holidays always cause a bit of a price bump.
  18. Like mini-games? A clay pick + charged horn from barbarian assault will give you triple xp per ore. I've been using them with gem mining (one hit "ore" 90% of the time) but I plan to try LRC now that I've got 77 mining. The pickaxes BLOW. They run out to fast so it makes getting them a waste of time; plus they are so much worse than a normal pick. When you factor it all out the picks end up being elss xp than jsut mining for all tht time. Especially since all the good mining puts u nowhere near a proper bank so you have to keep teleing out to swap to a new one.
  19. The dungeoneering resources dungeons require a certain level top access but they r freely usable. The one you want requires lvl 15 dungeoneering and is in the dwarven mine (not the mining guild itself) More on that here: http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?page=resource_dungeons.htm The second one in list is the one I am refering too. LRC is living rock caverns access via a rope near the dwarfven mine entrance. More info: http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?page=living_rock_caverns.htm Basically there are safe spots you can use (or use the unofficial world where its always packed with fishers, miners and fighters) But yeah the coal and gold here are in rocks that behave more like fishing spots or trees. eg they last for aggggges and there is a deposit box so its a bit more afkable and less click intensive. Oh edit: I made a mistake the resource dung is coal not iron but it is still very good for power mine with bank, I think some people use the iron rocks just outside it then bank inside it as another method as well.
  20. I'm not entirely sure I think piedish and flour r unlocked after maybe 1 or 2 since they are the "rubbish" "usless" items in there opposed to the more useful things like pineapples
  21. dragon pickaxe is deffo worth while. The dungeoneering resource dungeon in mine guild is win. Power mine iron and bank via deposit box. Thou at 77 and 80 you may want to consider concentrated coal and goal ore sin LRC. Slightly slower on the xp front (but not by a lot) but gives good money
  22. If you mean pie dish why type pie shell? Not the same thing. http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2item_id=1099 As for flour it shuld be instantly obvious the the culliromancers chest is best as the chest is both a shop and a bank.

  24. In the time spent getting the bonecrusher, you could easily get an amount of money greater than the amount of money you would have saved by using the bonecrusher. It's not worth getting. This may be true if ur a dg noob (like me) but if you have fairly high dg bonecrusher is like 1 floors work.
