Improving my TDs set up
Ok thank you :) I'll downgrade to ahrims and see how I do, though I'll most likely work on steel titan and 99 defence first.
-
Which GE do you use?
North west usually since I tele to my house, glory from there then go through the underwall tunnel to get to the ge.
-
Your first 99?
Strength. I had gone 99-less for soo long before finally getting 99 strength just this past July. It was kind of the turning point in my rs career as it made me realize what getting a 99 took, and that I could do it many more times.

Your Biggest Ingame Regret?
When I was a noob I was saving up to get myself any rare item on my old main account before I was going to quit it to play on my new pure, now my main. I had enough to buy 2 easter eggs at something like 4m each but I decided I wasn't going to buy them since you can't show them to anyone except in a trade. In the end I got lazy about making the last few mil for a mask and I decided to just hold onto my hard earned cash should I ever want to play on that account again  Needless to say, not a good move....

Most recent 99?
Magic, though dungeoneering is coming up soon, only ~500k left

Improving my TDs set up
I'm looking to improve my set up, and overall effectiveness, at TDs. Obviously the first things that would come to mind are 99 defence and 99 summoning, I'm working on both of these currently. I'm also working on getting an EEE for when I start using a steel titan, would it still be better to use claws there though? I'm just worried that without a unicorn I might run into more situations where I'll need to heal quickly. Also, which should I buy first, an arcane spirit shield or save the money and start buying virtus pieces? Current gear I use: Helm: Ganodermic visor Top: Ahrims top (ganodermic seems overkill to me, I don't need the extra defence or mage bonus that badly and it just seems to up my costs) Legs: Ganodermic Amulet: Arcane stream/fury Gloves: Barrows Ring: Vigour Shield: BSS/Dragon defender Boots: Infinity Cape: Soul wars (I'd use fire but I'm unsure how many more prayer potions to bring) Weapon: PPS/Rapier Are there any improvements I can make right away? I have 60m cash but I'll obviously be spending a good chunk of that on 99 summoning once I've got enough charms from slayer. Thanks.

Other Experiment s
No, bandit's are free until you start using prayer/stat boosting potions, which are worth the cost however. For combat training I really recommend doing slayer, it is the best way to train combat. If you want something to camp for fast exp rates that is the higher level version of experiments then I would recommend doing armoured zombies, the only costs involved are super attack and strength potions. Armoured zombies are undead which means you can use a salve ammy (e) on them, there is also an altar right up a ladder there which means you can pray non stop for free. I'd recommend wearing full void there if you have it, if not the set up you posted will work just fine, except substitute the glory for a salve amulet. Bring a bunyip with an extra pouch and pray against the zombies attacks or bring a few food if you find you are getting hit too much damage. Bringing food would be better though as it would result in less trips to the altar which would increase your exp per hour. Armoured zombies also have many noted/stackable drops that can bring in a little bit of profit while your there. Good luck training.

Void Vs. Armor - Who wins?
1. Ahrim is best, I personally dont feel that ganodermic is neccesary at metals, including miths, since it's easy to soul split back lost hp. 2. For most non-slayer things void melee is better, though because of it's low defence bonuses it isn't the best thing to wear everywhere. 3. Not sure but I think it's basically the same answer as 2, don't take my word for that though. 4. In certain cases I believe fighter hat is worth it over a neitz but in almost all cases the neitz will be better. 5. Offensive. No need for the extra defence as long as you can soul split flash fairly effectively. I do fine at miths with pps, ahrims and a zammy book, you definetly will not need a spectral there. I have lots of experience using void, I use my melee set for everything that isnt slayer or gwd/other bosses where you take a lot of damage. In most cases soul split is more than enough to make up for the lack of defence bonuses. Hope I helped.

Off task Jad setup
I'd just melee the caves if I were you, faster, less supplies used and it's easier in my opinion.

Green Dragons in CT
I was taaking hides and bones because then I was able to finish my trips before my super antifire ran out.
-
Green Dragons in CT
I actually went there last night to test them out, it is pretty decent for cash. I made about 630k in 25 minutes with rapier, tort, extremes and super antifires. Hope that helps a bit.

Dungeoneering Boss troubles.
The way I see it, you should either get the members and get the level later or just do lower floors that you are capable of finishing.

Agility
Ok thanks, that's pretty much what I was thinking. Oh one more thing, anyone know approximately how much exp I can get per hour at ape atoll?
-
Agility
I should be 70 agility soon, one I get the level would it be best to switch to ape atoll course right away or continue at the wildy course until 75 when I will never fail at ape atoll. Thanks

in after elitism and inb4 "you need overloads now otherwise you suck" you do not *need* a rapier as soon as possible. you can do perfectly fine with a whip until you decide you need a rapier. However, the rest of above peoples comments ring true. farming, slayer, questing, herblore are the ones to work on now youre a member. summoning too when you decide to do so Worth getting and you have to get are very different. I just suggested he get one when he can because it helps a lot, that's all.

For quests, you should definetly try and finish Recipe for Disaster first as you will get barrows gloves from it aswell as completing many other pre quests. Fremmenik isles would be another important quest. A chaotic rapier would also be worth getting asap. Other than that, do slayer for combat training, you'll regret it if you don't (I certainly do anyway...) and start doing herb runs whenever possible, however that requires 32(?) farming before it's any good for cash. I gained most of my early farming lvls while training thieving at sorceresses garden, though I'm sure this isn't the best way to train farming or thieving at low lvls, it's just what I did. Good luck.

Mining
How would I go about training with shooting stars since they don't land very often? Do I just wait for one to land then mine it? Or is there a way to find lots of them per hour?
-
Mining
Anything else I could do to speed my exp up a bit?
-
Mining
Just a quick question, what would be the best way for me to train my mining at my current level? Thanks

Terrorist Player Moderators and Runescape's Mafia
I agree, this is a huge issue. The same thing happened to me and my brother. I've actually been muted 2 times now for no reason, once for dicing and once for absolutely no reason at all. Both were quashed fairly quickly. I am starting to think that a certain mod who muted me for dicing might be out to get me. He apparently has a grudge against ALL dicers because he got scammed by them once. The second mute I received was very suspicious because it was in the same place as the first, and I had said absolutely nothing against the rules. The big problem with the guy who mutes me is that he's only doing it to inconvenience me, he knows the mutes will be removed. I'm starting to think they may need 2 tiers of pmods; those who can mute and those who haven't successfully muted a certain number of players, and also that these mutes are quality, not f2p gold farmer advertisements, thats too easy. I still think all pmods should have a priority report abuse button but not all of them should be allowed to instantly mute, it's too easy to abuse.

Training Combat skills
Slayer really is the best way, but if you want to afk then ape atoll dungeon skeletons are good. Just pot up and turn prayers and auto retaliate on and check back every little while to drink prayer potions. That's how I used to train before I did slayer but I then realized how many charms and effigies I was missing out on lol. Try that method if you want fast easy exp but try and stick to slayer as much as possible.

80-95 Prayer
If you can afford frosts use them. 95 prayer is amazing, definetly get it.

Whip Vine worth it?
Getting it is better than not getting it...
-
Unfermented wine
I can confirm that when you log out the wines ferment so this method won't work to gain massive amounts of experience on bxpw sadly.

Nomad's Requiem
wait, so your items drop on death? ahh.. I was going to take so much gear.. xD You spawn a few squares away from your grave so you can take whatever you want with no risk.
