Yay for unfair bans!
I know botters whom's friends will vouch for them too. Not hard to find them because botting is a common thing. Among that, convincing friends you don't bot is pretty easy. Have your private set to off, and they can't see you're online. Just don't bot on the same world they're on and they'd never know. Until you got banned. Then they'll have doubts. Enjoy waiting till 2024. Not like you will anyway. You're likely already botting a new f2p account and have it up to 500 total + already.

Squeal of fortune misleading odds
Evidently next time I post on the topic I have to bold and size 7 "IT'S NOT GAMBLING" No. But that wasn't my point. My point was that UK's laws are pretty loose and that if Jagex wanted to be a gambling website, that could do so with ease. There's nothing to really stop them either. You said it's in the game despite anti-gambling laws. I'm pointing out that there are no anti-gambling laws other than Jagex would have to go to the gambling commission and get registered.

Dual Spell Wields + Accuracy Q.
The first two, I rightly have no clue. The last one, I believe the only non-cosmetic/minigame armor that suits all styles would be the void sets. But one thing to note is, the only thing that affects accuracy for your combat styles armor wise, is your shield(if you dual wield no need to worry about this), torso, and legs. Therefore you could essentially go 50/50 and sacrifice accuracy for two styles, making them equivalent by wearing, say a ranged top and mage bottom. I hope that helps.

Which god would you most like to kill?
I think you should technically put Saradomin under lawful neutral. Saying he is either lawful good or lawful evil on any day of the week is a hard call given his history. It also seems to me that Armadyl is more neutral good than really strict lawful good. While he seems to be a lawful god, reading some of his laws shows that he's not against a little chaos if necessary. Do not let thy vision be clouded by evil, Look up, for the truth cometh from the skies. This is the law of Armadyl. It is honourable to resist, And fight for what thou believe is just. This is the law of Armadyl. Peace shall bring thee wisdom; Wisdom shall bring thee peace. This is the law of Armadyl. Thou shalt avoid war; but, if thou must fight, Believe, and thou shalt strike true. This is the law of Armadyl. Thou shalt fly like the bird, Not like the rock. This is the law of Armadyl. To those cursed by war and pest, Come into the light of Armadyl and rest. This is the law of Armadyl. But that's just my opinion. I don't think a particularly lawful god would give its followers such loose laws as to say, be good, but do what you think you must.

Favorite Mahjarrat
Azzanadra. Pretty much the only Mahjarrat I can throw any trust towards at all. Which could, quite frankly, be a bad thing. Trusting something you don't know you can trust, typically leads to a knife in the back. But i'm pretty sure Azzanadra would stab me face to face. Doesn't seem like the type to take a cowards route.

What section would this go in and is it against the rules?
I believe it would be right under 1.1 - Breaking or encouraging others to break any of Jagex's rules - Links to downloads or hosting sites for unapproved 3rd party clients http://forum.tip.it/topic/48092-tipit-forum-rules/ So given that. I would say yes it's probably against the rules. Also it's kind of useless. But i'll leave that to mods to clear it up any further than that.

Autohotkey - Pasting
The report button underneath your chat sends a chat log to jagex where you select the offending user. While i'd personally classify repeatedly typing things into the chat as spamming. It's likely Jagex instead considers this "Disruptive behavior". So yes, it is reportable. And yes, people get muted for doing it. Can't tell you how often advertising bots outside of Yanille W31 get muted.
-
Autohotkey - Pasting
As long as you don't spam it like a maniac. Such as what people do when they're advertising anything in runescape. No one will know to begin with. And it wouldn't be disruptive. So in that sense, it's probably allowable.
-
Autohotkey - Pasting
Runescape doesn't allow for pasting. I highly doubt auto hotkey gets around this fact. But if it does so be it. What your friend uses is likely an autotyper. Both would be considered at the bare minimum disruptive, and at the most a form of botting. Which isn't really "illegal" but simply against Jagex's terms of service.

Should trading EOCscape gp for 07scape GP be bannable?
It is different though. While i'm in no way condoning it, I feel I must play a bit of devils advocate here. TF2 items, and real life cash, have set monetary values. Some weapons in the valve shop cost 2.99. Others 1.99. Scrap metal is the equivalent of .99-1.99 Refined is more around the 4.99-8.99 range, possibly more depending on how good you are at haggling. Lets not forget that hats in TF2 can also be traded in for equivalent money, to buy more games with. TF2 items = real life money. And that is buying your success at that time, not earning it. WoW gold and EoC gold, however, are something that is purely earned in the game. Their IRL value is based purely on supply & demand of RWTers. Trading EoC Gold for 07 Gold does not necessarily have a direct monetary value. And both had to be earned in some way, be it through legitimate playing means, or gold farming botting means. These things are some what different. That's all I feel needs to be said.

Squeal of fortune misleading odds
You can't honestly tell me you thought that the odds for all items in set places (rare/common etc) were the same. Surely you aren't THAT stupid. Of course the wheel is stacked. The likelyhood of a super-rare lamp much higher than a 200m. OF COURSE. THAT'S THE POINT. And yet, it's in the game despite anti-gambling laws. Pretty sure their legal team has the bases covered. The UK has laws on gambling that are some how supposed to affect what jagex does? As far as I know, as long as they go through the gambling commission, they'd be cool. And i'm fairly certain this isn't considered gambling even by the UK's standard. Sure maybe by US standards there would be an affect depending on your state, but a state government can't do much about what a UK company does. Maybe make their game illegal in their state, but that would be kind of... pointless to do. Especially when by US standards this isn't gambling.

How to get around filters and play RS at school?
Unless you're willing to learn Linux, or buy a VPS. I think this might be your best bet. The issue is you'll need a laptop, because a school computer probably won't let you install anything. http://lifehacker.com/5900969/build-your-own-vpn-to-pimp-out-your-gaming-streaming-remote-access-and-oh-yeah-security

How to get around filters and play RS at school?
Play dungeons and dragons over the table with friends? :3 Honestly if none of that worked, you're at a loss then. Unless you can find a new proxy the school hasn't blocked, it's geegee. So srsly. BS, really fun game bruh.

Meleescape
Lucky I wasn't arguing that, then, wasn't it? It would be nice if the conclusions you're trying to refute were ones I've actually put forward, though my experience with these forums suggests that's generally too much to hope for. I don't know whether the maulers I've faced have had berserk on or something but I find myself getting hit for 4000s fairly frequently and it's not at all rare for a mauler to crash me at a boss by unloading a constant barrage of 4k+ hits on a boss about midway through. And the overall point is that a mauler can hit incredibly hard and fast -- I shouldn't be able to wield a weapon like that and swing at full power by waving it around like a windscreen wiper on a very rainy day. I mostly do safe PVP, so the people I'm facing are probably using better equipment. I'm pretty confident you're exaggerating about hitting constant 1.3ks, if only because hitting that high with many abilities is flat-out impossible. I'm sure it can be done with Asphyxiate (one of the few magic abilities worth using) and MAYBE Impact, but Wrack, which is what you'll presumably be using at least half the time? No, not unless things have dramatrically changed in the last couple of weeks. You can't be competitive with magic in PVM at any multicombat boss, even if the bosses are so easy that using it is now viable in a vacuum. And yes, SOA was overpowered in PVP. I thought it was a reasonable balance to the fact that you had to risk a LOT to use it effectively and the entire rest of the magic skill was a complete joke in both PVP and PVM (ancients were decent but the game had long surpassed them), but I suppose an argument can be made either way. "They have the only level 90 weapons, which are so accurate that nothing in the game is even sliightly effective at defending against them even with the maximum accuracy penalty for wearing offclass armour/ And what has Jagex said? They want to make drygores EVEN MORE POWERFUL. Why? To compete with the chaotic maul. The [bleep]ing chaotic maul. Which utterly decimates anything not flatly immune to melee. Which is so overpowered that I can go into a duel wearing maxed melee defense gear and using magic against an opponent with a chaotic maul and NO ARMOUR and still consistently lose in about 3 seconds. Which has single-handedly destroyed this game with how much it utterly craps on everything." Perhaps I misinterpreted this. But to me it would seem you're against the duel wield changes that are supposed to bring duel wielding up to speed with 2handed. Of which they haven't mentioned if in bringing up duel wielding if they'd weaken 2handed some what. Which I imagine is a strong possibility. As for things possibly changing in the past couple of weeks. Idk, kinda doubt it. But I hit pretty hard with magic, and I hit pretty hard consistently. As far as PvM, I agree that in a lot of situations a mauler will be able to crash a mage at, lets say Sara. However that mauler can't stay there infinitely like a mage can. Using Demonhorn neck and bonecrusher(if I remember right) while using momentum + ice barrage + soul split. Essentially you just recover your health and your prayer points infinitely off the minions while still dealing damage to the boss. A meleer can't do that. So straight up damage, i'd give it to melee in that situation, but staying power easily goes to magic. Lets not forget that magic is still viable at Nex and KK for those who can't afford drygores and don't want to get chaotics. As for the constant 4k's. That has to be with berserk. There's no other way for that to happen. A berserk is still fairly unbalance in PVP. BUT, it's a good chance to throw Asphyxiate(DARTH VADER~!!!!) on them for the extra damage they take. While also slowing them from getting to assault if they don't have anticipation up.

Thoughts on Dragon Bones - Rise Or Crash?
make about a mil/hr(only including combat orientated methods) which I would personally conclude as "viable" 1m/hr is not a viable moneymaking method in the endgame RS. It isn't? You should take note of /what I mentioned/. Because what I mentioned is the end game of RS. And speaking honestly, its gp/hr rates are actually pretty terrible. But it's fun and earns large amounts of cash suddenly. So people don't pay attention to that. 1m/hr is a conservative expectation of what you'd earn at KK/Nex/Corp with a group. It's possible to earn 400m in an hour at nex. But once you consider all the other hours of grinding this boss, it averages out much much much lower than that.

Meleescape
Because quite frankly, as much as your post overexaggerated the damage of maul among other things, I highly doubted you've ever fought in virtus or even gano. And I still doubt it. The last few times I went to the wild using magic, in batwing no less. I was more than capable of lasting far longer than 3 seconds. And never got hit for 4k against a cmauler. Much less 3k. Mean while, me with a polypore staff and dirt for armor, I was able to hit for 1.3k nearly every ability. The Sith Lord ability, which hit 2k's, actually managing to kill someone. I'm not that big on PvP but I do it often enough to know what you're exclaiming here seems like bs. And don't even get me started on how badly I destroy a mage with my RCB. Something that was virtually non-existent pre-eoc. And btw. Mentioning drygores and how incredibly powerful they are, as a reason why changing how dual wielding works is a bad idea, is a failure for an argument. There's no level 90 gear(yet) equivalent for the other classes for us to have a solid damage comparison with the drygores.

Mithril Dragons task
It's because you're using an inferior wand. If you're going to do a wand + shield method against the metal dragons(or anything for that matter) you need AT LEAST Ahrim's wand. Otherwise your accuracy will be too low. I will, however, give you my trick to killing metal dragons. Wear ahrim + slayer helm + staff of light + w.e for the rest of your gear doesn't really matter. Get melee distance to the dragon. Make sure you have antifire pot up. Pray protect/reflect melee. And hit it with all of your abilities. You'll kill the dragon in no time. Whenever you use the skill where you're a sith lord choking with your hand, turn your prayer off until it's over because it's a stun. The dragon will rarely use dragonfire, and its melee attacks will only hit upwards of 1. Good day sir.

Should trading EOCscape gp for 07scape GP be bannable?
"far easier to keep track of" There's only a few billion trades a day. All of which would have to be ran not once, but repeatedly through an algorithm, in order to figure out who's doing what. I don't think any of you realize the sheer weight behind what you think is a relatively simplistic thing to do. If you track the trade of only gold, what will happen is they'll sell using items of equivalent value. If you run the trades through the algorithm once at the end of the day rather than repeatedly througout the day, they'll do the trades day by day. It is far easier to compensate for anything jagex could possibly implement, than it is for jagex to implement something for how the traders compensate. This is also why botting has always been a massive problem. It isn't jagex's fault. If jagex cracks the randomization formula for bots? It's simple to change it. But it takes months for anyone to crack such a thing. Jagex finds something that bots do consistently without randomization? Script writers implement a minor randomization, suddenly Jagex's detection method doesn't work. Lets say jagex swaps their system to a hard client with a game guard. Scriptwriters find an exploit in the game guard, and go about their merry day. Finding an exploit is a heck of a lot easier than patching an exploit. In short. Deal with it. All of it. It's the cost of playing a game online. People will always seek advantages and there is NOTHING Jagex can do about it. Nothing they try will work 100% there will always be a way around it and the way around it will always be easier than finding a way to block that path. Report people you see doing the trades, and carry on about your game. Don't worry about those other players with an unfair advantage, worry about you. Because the game isn't for them, it's for YOU to have fun. And their unfair advantage only affects how quickly they can get gear vs you. You choose to earn it. If earning it isn't fun when other people don't have to earn it, it probably isn't fun even when all of you have to earn it.
