Quests, minigames, D&Ds, etc. Enjoyable stuff. Now it's all FIGHTING, GODS, ARMOR, WEAPONS, EXPLOSIONS, BOSSES, ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION, OVER COMPENSATION.
I had always hoped, naively I will admit, that Jagex might be the game that wouldn't go down the path of end game content being exclusively tied into combat. Sadly I do not think this will ever happen as I truly think they have lost that knack for making good content that isn't based around combat.
Wouldn't Eastern Lands been a better merge point for this concept? Each island could unlock a raid? So many people want to go to other places and I just want them to finish Gielinor first.
Also I believe that when V touched the Stone it was taken from him rather quickly. Presumably, by Guthix. I had been under the impression as well that V hadn't ascended by use of the Stone, but by another artefact. It makes me wonder why this Kin was chasing him to begin with. Perhaps because he was a Stone Toucher and they could track him, they wanted him to try this little energy siphon experiment on, and he was the weakest of the Gods they could track?
you're grasping here, v is repeatedly throughout the quest referred to as a false user, in fact the kin only acknowledge him with that name, and refuse to call him v or anything else My point was nothing we ever knew about V showed that he used the Stone outside of the first time he touched it. He also didn't ascend to his god hood from it either.
Or he allied himself with the Kin? We all know there is a difference between a False User and a Stone Toucher. From what we know he was only ever the latter. The idea one would chase him for so long doesn't make sense. There was a point to this, but I seem to have lost it.
No no, I want them to not. Keep same amount of ore rocks. Drop mining and smithing levels down. Keep the alch amounts the same. More people mine and smith rune, but limit resources and a skill can actually make some money. Brilliant!
No because it would have the same alch amount as it always did. Couldn't go below that. People would go for the ore spots and have some competition, but it would still not be that much. Maybe just tweak the exp rates on it. Or don't. There isn't that much rune ore/bars in the game really. Next to other things.
Or two things 1) leave rune ore as rare a commodity as it is now 2) realize with the massive inflation the gp is now worth, simply leave the prices where they are at since other skills in that level range can net you comparative cash. Combat, herb collecting, even fishing raw stuff might be worth the same when compared to collecting your own items. Oh my God! Oh my God! Oh my God! A skill might make an amount of money within the same hemisphere as a boss drop! This clearly must be the work of and return of Jesus to make this possible.
You'd also have to drop down the mining requirements. Frankly the way to do it is allow smithing to augment existing armor to your character, making the piece untradeable. And make the levels be right about what you need to wield them.
So maybe we'll finally get to finish that boat they have been building the last how many years?Oh hell, this game is littered with the half baked ideas that never became anything.
Zaros was named as you found a, I think a pendant, that was called Pendant of Zaros, and the archaeology expert at the Digsite and referred to him as a pagan God. Don't recall if he was referenced by name on the Stone Tablet.
Yeah, like a time when chain mail and plate mail would have times when one would be better than the other depending on what weapons people had. Then they realized that was hard and they went to the simplistic triangle and everyone wears the same thing.
Dungeoneering was the original Elite skill since its a skill made up of every other skill. We can finally say Dungeoneering isn't a mini game, but a skill now and all we had to do was redefine what a skill is. :p
I know boots kind of are a running theme with slayer drops, but this update underwhelms all around for me. And because Adamant were released at the same time they are completely devalued. They should've, and could've, been different updates spread apart and more meaningfully.
I think you missed the joke :XD:, in regards to JMods usually giving replies/answers to questions that are at times akin to educated guesses at best.Someone got it. :p
