(im f2p) i'd say edgeville... its close enough to varrock, draynor and falador, and of course, my fishing spot in barbarian village oh yeah its good for wildy banking too also close to yews and the dungeon with the mine and stuff

the only real problem with the whole concept is what constitutes a "noob" because any noob following you around trading you a billion times asking for free stuff, may call you a noob for not complying, then try to NWPK you... you, thinking theyre dumb and annoying, do the same thing would it have to be based on combat levels? then what happens to pures like outkast r0se or zzzamorak who are under combat 5 and near 1000+ skill total? it couldnt be based on the day you started, because ive been playing off an on for two years and im only combat 80 (f2p) but i know people who have been playing for 8-10 months are 100+ and are p2p... it makes this whole concept a moot point

its actually not a bad idea, but whenever someone dies, due to a non wilderness pk, they do not lose anything, but instead are "teleported" to a random place, such as the zamorak monks hut, or lumbride castle basement, or draynor wiz tower, or al kharid crafting hut or the imcando dwarf or someplace that way THEY are inconvenienced for being a noob i propose that it would still work in the cities, but for each time you NWPK someone you are muted and frozen in game for 45 seconds, wilderness-style skulled for 3 minutes afterwards, during which you couldnt NWPK anyone else... this inconveniences both groups of people, making higher levels think twice about NWPK-ing the beggar, and the beggar think twice because he might end up somewhere WAAY out of his range that he doesnt even know exists, nor how to get back where he was

lol whats next dual wielding staffs? hey you could cast unlimited air blasts! air waves! cammy teles! alchs! wow why doesnt jagex just give away magic 99 to everyone with over 600k in their bank yeah... only new staffs i could see would be a body staff :?

i love the idea... i could see pkers having large piles of human bones in their bank, as a status symbol...also, i could see places like castle wars being frickin crowded... but yeah people would also kill each other jsut for bones...

i love the beat up option! you would only be able to beat up four people in a day, and you would hit anything possible (like my max with rune battle is 17, so 0-17) on them...and the person COULD die... they wouldnt lose any items, but they would have a 25% stats reduction in all stats for 30 minutes (if they die)... 60 mining? too bad, for the rest of the half hour, you have 45 mining... this could be very frustraing in the wilderness, becuase one would still be able to beat up another person, while the beatee is engaged in combat by another person...this is why beating up would only be available while the person is not fighting... also, beating-up a person would be skulled for 5 rs minutes

for the Big Bone method... I'd say bring a good weapon ( i recomend rune scimitar, longsword or battleaxe) a good shield(rune kite),an amulet of defense, 1 - 5 foods (swordie for f2p, shark for p2p), and runes for varrock teleport... you sit there at the boneyard and collect the big bone respawns...if any pkers come, hold out as long as possible using your food (and possibly prayer), then run down to lvl 20 wilderness and teleport... if you die, you keep your sword, shield and ammy another 3 items would be a sword, plate armor and legs armor if you know youre going to die...frantically start burying bones, so you can get some prayer xp, while preventing the pker(s) from getting big bones

its a wonderful idea... and yes, its quite extensive and well thought out... the only thing is the deed to a ship. you mention that a player can only have one ship at a time, but you still mention that a player can defeat another's ship and and claim the deed... does this new Captain now only have the boat he captured? or does he retain control of both vessels? Are deeds tradable? becasue then anyone with good carpentry, woodcutting and smithing can make good vessels and sell them... such as selling a Magic Frigate(mwlb8) for 1-2mil (judging from your ideas of materials used, and current pricing) also? how does one get a lifeboat on their larger ship?if a person can only own one boat at any given time, does he or she have to purchase the lifeboat, or supply the materials and get the deed/receipt? it makes sense for the NPC to be able to have an option such that would add a lifeboat to a ship for a price, without having the waiting period... also, would people be unable to attack people on their own boats in the wilderness? becuase i can see all the "omgz0rz ____ is a lurer l00kz0rz!" threads popping up in the graveyard if you could... imagine a high level person with a good carpentry stats gaining employship on board a frigate... as this ship gets deeper and deeper in the wilderness, he calls some of his own high level clan mates... ambush the lone Frigate, and as they start bombarding the ship, the high level attacks the captain, and quickly gets the deed, ending the bombardment... then everyone from the clan boards the ship and kills the other people on the ship... also, this leads me to another possible problem... what is the criteria for skulling? do you get a skull if the ship you're on attacks another one? or do you yourself have to attack someone? oh yeah, my biggest addition: RAM! this allows one ship to ram a larger ship, causing good damage to the other ship, but also dealing half the damage inflicted upon itself. (Galleon rams a frigate for 36 damage, but in turn gets hit for 18 itself). Since a a larger ship with more HP could conceivably keep ramming until the other ship succumbs, Ramming is only allowed to be used to initiate a battle, although both ships can ram each other at the same time to start a battle. my two cents
