Saw them live Sunday night. :) They were awesome, sadly the crowd wasn't so receptive, and the Chili's were on after them so it felt like a lot of the people were just there to get a good spot for the Chilis (who were mediocre). Generally, I have no problem with private acts between consenting individuals which don't harm other people. But considering it's hard to figure out whether or not a sheep actually consents to sex with a farmer it's hard to say whether or not bestiality falls under that rule of thumb. Bestiality is normally abusive towards the animal, and animals are pretty much incapable of expressing informed consent anyway, so in the vast majority of cases it's effectively rape and animal cruelty. So you are a vegetarian, then? Or do you ask an animal for its consent first before eating it? Heh, that's a reasonable point, except that I said i'm against unnecessary cruelty to animals. Eating meat is "necessary" not strictly so, but it serves a more obvious health purpose than intercourse with animals.

No way. 10-12 hours? Damn, I honestly cannot sleep for more than 8 hours. I think it's something about my body-clock, but i'll tend to wake up exactly 8 hours after I've gone to sleep, almost to the minute. But anyway, you asked me what I think about it. I think zoophilia is essentially a fairly harmless, although somewhat desperate kind of practice. I don't like to see animals being subjected to unncessary cruelty, which bestiality normally results in. Of course, animals can form bonds with humans, although these are largely platonic, but who's to say that a human and an animal might form a mutual sexual relationship? Although it would be extremely odd behaviour on the animal's part. Anyway, no matter how you twist it it's completely different to homosexuality, so I can't see how you're going to extrapolate anything relevant.

As Merc said, if you're genuinely depressed then see a doctor, or just see a doctor anyway for some kind of diagnosis. But honestly mate, we all go through rough times. I'm sure you might have had a rough time looking after your mum, but you'd be absolutely amazed how many people out there can be living terrible lives and you'd never know. And you've got to battle on, whatever happens, because this is all you've got. It'll get better than this, honest it will. You're still only a kid, and you'll grow up and have a great life as bad as it seems now. You're alive, and that's a good place to work from. You've got to keep fighting, just don't give up. If you have even the tiniest shred of a dream or aspiration in that heart of yours, go out and grab it. It's down to you to make your life what it's going to be now. No one said life was easy.

Heh, got another one. :) That feeling when you hear a song and you think "wow, that's fantastic". You don't have to discover it, it might be a song you've heard a million times but never really got before, but it's that feeling when that song is all you want to listen to. Ace.

I'll try and add some more later, but I just want to add this one to the OK Go list. My school house band did this with the dance routine in the house music competition thing and won it outright, it looked fantastic. :)

Just being alive makes me fool good to be honest :) Although, learning something new or understanding something new always gives me a sense of self satisfaction. But I don't know if there's a better feeling than making someone smile.
