The mines around varrock are good and close to bank, power mining do it in the fallador mines you can find someone who you can give all the ores to and get super fast xp. ~gotsol~

run along the river to the back of the building some archers will shoot you but other then that your fine. ~gotsol~

There are randoms every where, you dont get so many randoms it slows down your xp to much. If your getting a ton make sure u talk every like 10 minutes, but I have never heard of someone getting a significant lose in xp from randoms. Hope this helps ~gotsol~
