well getting 10 defence i would recommend restarting sense he is still f2p and seemed to just started. goblins north of falador can be a nice stop to train. to start out with you want to be 1 prayer then later on once your around 60-65 combat you will want to get 31 prayer (make sure you do priest of peril) then if you of course continue with your pure around 80 combat you will want 52 prayer for smite and pk whips. ~gotsol~ rsn: pippin36

First off sell all the stuff in your bank and have only cash, There are many guides out there to merchanting. Ill give you some tips, Buy all unid herbs 900-1,000 gp each and sell them for 1,100-1,500 gp each. ( made 10mil in about 3 days off this back in the day). since ur stats arnt that great for barrowing I would recommend killing all the brothers in the tunnel. So first go to all the mounds till you find the tunnel. Once u find the tunnel go in and go to one of the "alley tunnels" ( not sure what to call them there long paths). Then the doors where you enter that just keep going though them and use the rock as the safe spot. You wont waste any prayer pots, you can mage, range or hally them this way.
