That seems right, because they are (in theory) spawning faster. Goes same when killing monsters. If you are killing somthing fairly high level with a fair amount of hp with someone eles, you would be infact getting drops twice as fast as you would be alone.

If you have a seed, you can recharge it for your receharge fee. If it costs 150k to get a shield charged, if you buy a seed from someone it'll only be 150k.

I don't think it'll have a big effect. People might use it for big afk training on monsters that can hit you, but other then that I see it as fairly useless.
