I recently changed address and finally got internet and tv back, so I've been doing those 2 things a lot. (I was without both for nearly a month) I am currently laid off (happens every year in November) and am not looking for a new job (I'll be back to this one in January) so I have plenty of free time. Unfortunately, our freezers are full of food I won't eat, so I need to go out for groceries soon.

That second save in the shootout was brilliant. It took me back to the Belfour years. And Grabovski's goal? That was definitely taken from Jason Blake's playbook.

I usually go on without mentioning the correction, because that bothers me, too. I usually don't know what day it was, though, so I say "Wednesday or Thursday" and leave it at that. Or I don't mention the day at all. I usually get it from people younger than me.

[hide]Lol I loved that bit :D Anything with Jason Statham kicking ass is epic.[/hide] Usually I don't like Statham that much, but I did enjoy his role in that one. I've been watching a lot of movies lately, since I didn't have cable/satellite for a couple weeks. I can't remember most of them right now, though, so I'll just say the ones I do. Valentine's Day and Death at a Funeral. Both were good, although I say that about a lot of movies.

Did you read the other ones? He has like six entries there, all hilarious :D I only had a few minutes so I just read the one, but I have internet again (just moved to a less populated area) so I'll check the rest out when I get a minute. And Kadri's shootout goal was definitely the best of the 3. All we need now is for Kadri to get a few that count in the statistics.

I've never really liked Pronger, though I do recognize his talent. And that link made me laugh.

I agree in that the AHL could teach him a lot, but talent-wise he's certainly a lot better than several current players. I was thinking of that from Kadri's development, as opposed to this year's team. The AHL would help him out a lot. And lost to the Habs last night. I listened to a little bit of it, but wasn't home to watch it.

I haven't played any of them on PC, but I have no doubt it would be better.

I find them about even, maybe with Shaun a little better. I've watched 3 movies tonight. Space Chimps- better than I really expected Sgt. Bilko- great movie You Don't Mess With the Zohan- easily the worst of the 3

I don't have any suggestions for a better-suited coach, but Wilson isn't the best fit, I'm sure. And Phaneuf isn't better than Kaberle, but Kaberle is underpaid. Kadri, though, won't help much and isn't a very good move, in my opinion. They should have given him a full year in the AHL.

I bought The Sims 3 for XBOX360. I'm enjoying it so far, but will migrate back to NHL 11 soon.

I don't have cable/satellite right now, so I'm watching movies and playing video games. Zombieland- love this movie Anger Management- possibly my favourite Sandler movie Thunderbirds- I didn't see the end, but not totally terrible

Today I am online for the first time in a week. I just moved into a new place but the computer hasn't been moved yet.

Kaberle makes 4.25M, I believe. And that is a very good deal. Phaneuf, when playing his best, is well worth the 6.5M he makes. And Wilson is a good coach, but not the right coach for the Leafs.

Didn't hear about the Miller injury. That's good. And Mitchell is one of our better centers, though not nearly a top line player.

As long as we can beat Miller (which we don't do much), we can do it.

There was a cross check, so it wasn't really a phantom call. But it was pretty weak. And yeah... once I saw it was going to the shootout, I knew we lost. And Mitchell is actually a pretty good player. Not for top two lines, but a good third liner.

Today I found out tomorrow is my last day shift for another week. I have one afternoon shift next week and 4 days off. This is gonna be sweet.

Peanut Butter Cups... or maybe Peanut M&Ms... Those two are by far the best.

This. And cold in general. When I'm trying to type or play a pc game and my hands are cold, I get pretty annoyed. It takes probably twice as long to type, and the stuff is not as good because I'm thinking about my hands and not the content. I take my showers at night. I do leftover homework and watch Pokemon in the mornings and I don't feel like waking up any earlier to fit anything else in. Cold doesn't affect me too much, or at least not Texas "cold". I take mine at night, as well. This week, at least. Usually I take one around 10am, but I'm on days so I am at work at that time. Also... Day shifts! They make me get up at 5:30am to get there for 6:30am to stand around until 7am. Then, if I'm lucky, we start up. And then they don't pay me for my lunch break... UNLESS it starts at 11:30 or later, and then make me stay the extra half hour (regardless of whether the lunch is paid for or not, this just came to my mind last).

I just spent a couple of hours in our new house. We haven't moved anything in yet, though. We were cleaning railings and such. Before that, I was at work. I was working with an ever-happy Japanese fellow. Seriously, I have never seen this guy in any kind of bad mood. It makes me wonder if he's on medication.

I would still take Savard if we didn't have to give up much.

I guess MacArthur took a Schenn slapper in the gut. He was down for a while. Poor guy... but at least it wasn't Phaneuf. As for Caputi, we'll see how good he is at it.

Anger Management- I've seen this movie a few times before. Some parts still make me laugh.

15:37All things considered, trying to find a guildmaster and beg him to enroll me into the Warped Quantum guild was rather stupid anyway. I hope someone else will finish it. He was about 80% done it. I remain a Chief Master of the ELITES. Level 19, no pet, 8 deaths.
