I always thought the Dragon Shortswords special would be something like attacking as fast as Darts/Knives and draining maybe 20% of the bar whilst having 50% less accuracy but each successful hit would restore it by like 25%.

To me, skillcapes are for stylish purposes. If it looks good with your outfit, wear it. I'm trying for 99 Summoning cape because I prefer it over my Slayer cape.

For all we know it actually may be. The engine may not be able to create decimals in the damage system which will show for the players, hence why for all this time they have been rounded down. Yeah, that's what first came up in my mind, but I'm sure they've done harder things like going from classic to this, and completely changing engines. To me, it seems lazy on their part, as if they just didn't want to spend time doing this. Sort of like the blog for the audio team how they mention they don't want to do updates that take longer than a day. They should know people would prefer that, so in my eyes, it seems lazy.

Im surprised this isn't making rares go back up in price. Maxed players are always rich as hell. Can't imagine how many rares just got booted from the game with these bannings. Anyone have any estimate on how many rares maxed players usually have? I'm sure Zarfot would know.

So dumb. I thought people were supposed to be rich and therefore have no need of selling expensive items. Looks like that theory is wrong. As soon as the experience weekend is over, every single person will dump their raw materials (people will before then, but by this time, everyone will) and a few days later, everyone will be buying rares and expensive items again. The cash doesn't vanish from the game, it just goes to someone else, which is usually a merchant anyway. Rares will be bought out soon enough, and I plan to take advantage of it as well. Just wish I sold 3 of my masks a day earlier lol. <_<

What kind of stupid [wagon] logic is that? JaGeX is the only company I know that try to be unique (stupid) and even though they fail constantly, they make money.
