Please do what it tells you to: Open debug.txt copy the entire contents and paste them on the forums for the staff to help you.

I haven't gotten any crashes from the ads anymore, but then I got them randomly anyway so I'll keep testing.

The only problem we are facing right now is crashing due to the ads on the SK news page on Windows 10 after Windows update. It happens randomly when I open SK, sometimes it crashes when ad loads, sometimes it doesn't. If you are experiencing something else on Windows 7, then please share some information (error messages, debug log, screenshots).

Are there any error messages that pop up when SK crashes? Can you go to SK install directory and see if there is a debug log file present. If there is, can you paste the contents of that file here?

Like Simmo said, it looks like a firewall issue since it's not loading patch notes. I see in one of the screenshots that it has saved a debug log in the SwiftKit folder. If you still have that log, could you post it here?

For me Imageshack failed, but Imgur worked fine. It could be just a random error in there. Have you tried many times or just once?

If you look at the release notes, last update was on 09, May 2015. And if you find bugs, please report them to us so we can fix them. If we don't know about the problems, how can we fix them in the first place?

You don't have to use the password to get the latest update.

Go to View menu -> settings -> select Use default browser (external links). This will make links open in your default browser instead of Swiftbrowse.

Yeah, the SK IRC client is built within the SK and in order to use it, you'll have to have SK open.

When you say it stops working, what do you mean by that? It closes by itself? An error pops up?

Make sure you have installed java with chrome, since browsers use different versions of java.

What browser you used to download java? Chrome and IE use different versions so if you installed with Chrome, then you'll have to use the chrome frame in SK.

It's hard to diagnose when you are the only one who has this problem as far as I know. And it's a problem with the ads jagex uses, not SK. One option would be trying the Chrome frame.

I haven't seen that kind of error before. Can you take another screenshot after you have pressed details button? Also, are you using chrome frame in SK?

Could you provide screenshots of these messages?

Try right clicking the SK shortcut and running it as administrator.
