ive seen a lot of advertisements on tv, some for the movie, but most are for the game.

nice start to the forum. your first post was very well thought out, and provided a lot of information on how you feel about this particular subject. not only that, the referal link in your sig makes you look very dignified, like you are a buisness man who knows how to make money. my joke started off ok, but i couldnt think of anything and it went down hill :(

ever since i started modding my desktop ive had it. definently a handy program. i never had problem with memory being hogged either, only uses 1 meg of ram. object dock uses 5 megs. i do have problems seeing text sometimes since i use a dark theme (gt3). what sounds best about windowblinds 5 is this: sounds cool to me, im buying :D

i check it about the same amount. i know he updates comics on moday wednesday and friday, but i still check anyways :P . and i check the main page for news, like to read his review of games. on a different note, i recieved my two CAD books in the mail wednesday. so ive re-read all of them up until the end of the second book. so much i dont remember, and the drawing has changed some too. then the comments at the bottom are cool, as are the comics that didnt make it onto the net. i dont know if they are worth the $47 i paid for them though, since the majority of it is free on the website :lol: . too bad the books only go up to the point where the "xbot" was created, theres been a lot since then. i guess that means volume 3 coming out soon :D

I feel your pain. I've got a gigantic one next to my nose. It hurts like hell and it even bothers my sight. :( pop/sqeeze stuffz out/deal with the pain/scrub with some soap goes away in 1-2 days.. i took acutane for mine, dont know if you can get it or not anymore, but it works. that is if you dont kill yourself, in which case it wouldnt matter. but too m any kids killed themselves because of the side effects of this drug, so you may n ot be able to get it anymore. it worked for me, and i got depressed, but i didnt kill myself (or did i...)

cant believe you didnt like war of the worlds, daan. i liked it a lot, but i am a tom cruise fan, and an h.g. wells fan, and i liked the first movie, so it pretty much had everything going for it (for me). Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo - i found the first movie slightly funny, so i though this one would be kinda funny too. i was wrong, it was boring as hell. story line was stupid (wasnt much in the first one either, this one was stupider though), the jokes were stupid, everythign just sucked. not recommended. The Godfather - just bought the trilogy, and it was in the gretest movie ever competition, so i figured id watch it again. you all know about this one, my personal rating was very good. SIMPSONS MOVIE? :shock: that would have been awesome news about 7 or 8 years ago when it was at its greatest, but now its not really as important to me. the quality has dropped, and i just cant get worked up for it. i will see it though, its bound to be slightly funny :D

they have some good ones if you search the imdb forums, the one about electro-magnetism and the changing of the poles of earth, with one of the poles being the island they are on, or the island being the new equator by repulsing the fields, that one looks ok. i dont really "theorize" on such a wide scale, i just keep theories about the current things. the next episode is about eko, and i think he was on the drug plane that boone fell in. early reports this season mentioned a "native of the island meeting up with the tail section", or something along the lines that he was here before the crash. then, the spoilers posted still list the next episode as being about the island before the crash, which would fit right in. the previews for next weeks episode show all of them in their current state of affairs, but ekos backstory could be about him and the island before the crash. but we have to wait till JANUARY 11th (thats over 5 weeks from now :shock: !) to figure out anything, thats when the next new episode comes out. anyways, what was some of your theories about? the numbers are an interesting one, because the writers of the show said you would never find out the "meaning" or anything behind the numbers, they are just numbers. so you can pretty much go wild with that one, and you wont ever be proved wrong :D Here is the thread i made about it after the season premier this year. it was in this forum, so that answers the question wether or not it belongs in the M&M forum. they had to have moved it here, since this wasnt a forum then :D

i am in love with this show. when my friends came over last week, i went into the other room all by myself to watch it while they continued the lan party. nothing will make me miss it. only 3 minutes till it starts! my doors are locked, my lights are off, and after i make this post, ill probably turn my computer off so i dont here the noise. :D ****SPOILERS**** well, it was pretty good tonight. the previews last week led you to believe that they were going to forget to push the button, but that didnt happen. kates secret wasnt quite as bad as they built it up to be, but still kind of weird. didnt learn really much of anything, except you really, really arent supposed the computer for anything except inputing the numbers, and then you see michael doing that exact thing. the leak said next weeks episode was supposed to be about the island before the plane crash, but the previews really dont show that happening. going to surf the boards now to see what i can find out. ****SPOILERS****

i remember when i last had anti-virus software. it was about 2 years ago when i cared about my runescape account, i also had a firewall. both lasted about 2 weeks before i uninstalled them because they are pointless. before that the last time i had anti-virus software was in 1995, and trying to uninstall destroyed my computer at the time. so out of the past 10 years, ive had anti-virus installed for about 2 weeks. and how many viruses (viri, whatever) have i had? none.

probably going to do the same thing as my birthday. ask for clothes, and since all the clothes they get me will be horrendous, take them back and get money. that money i will put into the bank, and it will cancel out all the money i took out to spend on christmas gifts.

From Dusk Till Dawn - good From Dusk Till Dawn 2: Texas Blood Money - ok From Dusk Till Dawn 3: The Hangman's Daughter - in between first and second ****SPOILERS**** the first one started off good, i still had no idea what the story line was when i started watching it, it said from robert rodriguez and quentin tarantino of the cover, so i was expecting it to be pretty good. started off good, robbers want to get accross the border, take a family hostage to do so. suprisingly, they make it to their destination with no problems. up until this point i thought this was the main point of the movie, and it would just continue like this. then, all of the sudden, while they are watching a lady "perform", she turns into a freaking vampire. i had no idea this movie was about vampires, so i literaly said out loud "what the %&*$". i dont really care for these types of movies with vampires and the like, but it was pulled off fairly well. it definently gets a lot of bonus points for being so normal at the begining and leading you on, only to change abruptdly. second one was a vampire flick from the begining. as said above i dont care for these types of movies, but i watched it. i read the back of the third movie though, and i thought i read the second one, so i was confused for a while. didnt really care for this one. and i cant find robert rodriguez or quentin tarantino in the credits, i think they just put their names on it so people might actually buy it. you could tell the quality fell a bit though. third one was a little better than the second one, but it was completely riding on the back of the first one. first part of the movie, nothing with vampires. they go to the place, bam! vampires. they have to keep alive till they can escape, and it turns out only two escape. just like in number 1. of course theres differences, and it was made to be like the first one so that fans of the first one who were let down like the third one more. im glad they stopped it here though, they finally found out it just doesnt have anything left for a good story to come out of it. ****SPOILERS****

i know this doesnt exactly solve your problem, but its something to think about, and you may find your problem doesnt exist anymore. AOL sucks. and its more expensive than some aDSL services. AOL (last time i checked) costs $23 a month. you get 56kilobits/second, and with the government restrictions the most you can get is 53kilobits/second. if you ever connect at 53kilobits a second, it will be a miracle. most of the time its half that. check out your local isp providers if you still want dialup, you could probably get a service for 10 to 15 a month, and connect around 40kilobits/second average. if you dont mind being in a contract, and its available, look for verizon's dsl deal, at $15 a month, you get 756kilobits a second. plus, you can talk on the phone while surfing the web. i know i would get that if it was available (and i didnt already have my 3megabit/second connection, good speeds for dsl), but getting a local isp would be better than aol.

yeah, my ip address of this computer is 192.168.1.2, and my family 192.168.1.3, and my router is 192.168.1.1 (not from outside looking in of course). if you dont have any network set up, then you might want to worry. if you do, then you will still want to figure it out, but you might have to clean the other computers.

isnt that (burstnet) what handles the ads on these forums?
