haha, yeah im a heartless bas#^$*. it was in the wrong forum, his question has been answered before, and he bumped after only 3 hours, and the topic was still near the top. thats three things wrong in just two posts. i just told him what he should do, and he did that (somewhat). theres a post over in OT about it, but people keep on bumping it up over here for no good reason at all.
  2. 3.0 or 3.5? anyways, i still couldnt pick out a favorite, but the movies with matt stone and trey parker are pretty funny (cannible: the musical, baseketball, team america world police, southpark movie)

i hate christmas music. i despise christmas music. if it was only played one day a year, then i would be ok with it. but they already started paying it on one radio station about 3 weeks ago. now a lot more have it. it pisses me off.

thats how i am too, i blame myself for not having something i want. i also get depressed sometimes about stuff too because i am not good as somebody else at something. its not the other persons fault for being successful, its mine for not. but anyways, there are many jealous people out there. its probably one of the leading causes of most of the worlds problems. when you keep it inside of you, and never act to hurt the person you are jealous of, theres not a problem. that kind of jealousy hurts no-one, and eventually youll find out you can be better if you try.
  5. haha, thats pretty funny. i could actually see that happening though, once i started playing morrowind last year, i quit doing anything (even skipping dinner everynow and then, holding my piss for longer than is probably healthy  ). its only happened in maybe 3 games though, i can easily put down the others. what if youve been going out with that girl for a while, she knows you like to play games, and you are right about to beat the game after playing it for the past month? she could wait 5 minutes for you to finish it, wouldnt hurt her any. but if shes like the people in this article, she would get pissed you didnt stop it for her.

theres no reason for them to do that, people are willing to pay $400 for one already. the more they have now, the more they can sell at the top price. if they wait till later to sell them, they are only getting maybe $300 a piece instead of $400, and it would cost the same to manufacture.
  7. i went to see a documentary at the imax around 10 years ago, so ipod copied off of them. :D
  8. well the imax theatre when i went (about 10 years ago or so i guess) wasnt 3d. they might make them 3d, i dont know. the one i went to has a screen thats around 4 stories tall, and i dont know how wide but if you sit in the middle you cant see both the edges. screen quality is about the same, sound quality is awesome. they have 4 stories of screen to hide speakers behind, so it pretty cool. seating is like stadium seating+1, you basically sit where your feet are at the person below head.
  9. supprised no one mentioned the "chinpokomon" episode of south park
  10. yeah, the one about the elephants kicked a.. when i was in 3rd grade. not something a 3rd grader normally enjoys, but seeing it all the way around you is freaking awesome. i havent been able to go to one since then :(
  11. ive never seen pitch balck or chronicles of rid[bleep] (didnt even know they were related to each other), they both kind of look like generic action movies. i like watching movies that really dont require much thought every now and then, they can be enjoyable. they are the kinds of movies my family likes, so maybe i can watch it with them.

those are a lot better than the ones i usually get. usually something stupid that you really dont know the point of. i did get one that said i was going to be rich one day :D
  13. those were pretty cool, they took all the pictures from the angle you are supposed to look at it though, wonder what it looks like from the other sides.

holy crap, i wish i could do that. i dont get how they do some of that stuff without flipping the car, it seems like it should just roll end over end. pretty awesome.
  15. i think rick would know, he used to be a mod. it might be the admins that do it, but they usually work through the mods and rick was a mod for a while.

That last one I could possibly agree with out of pure spite for Spears. Any reason for the other 3 though? i heard the scoripion king was bad, and crossroads was probably bad, but i dont understand the other two, unless it goes back to my previous point. ive never seen titanic, but i assume there was at least a little something good in it, since it grossed pretty well. sound of music is a classic, sure someone may not enjoy it, but its not a crappiest movie ever possibility in any way.
  17. my own happiness is my first priority.
  18. theres so many funny ones out there, but overall i think the college ones are my favorite (animal house, van wilder). actually i just looked at my movies and noticed a ton more that are great, i think most comdies are good. as long as they are funny :D
  19. thats why you dont change colors to post spoilers, it just doesnt work for everyone  (didnt bother me any, i noticed the different color and assumed it was a spoiler, so i didnt see it :P )
  20. Are you serious about your GM Motors claim? Since the 80's fuel economy has more than TRIPLED thanks to catalyctic converters and general lesser innovations. Your making up facts to try to prove your point (if you have one). he was just making it up to make his point look good. he was just jumping on the anti-bush, anti-america, anti-corporation bandwagon. if you are against some of the stuff and have reasons for it ok, its your opinion, but most people dont. they just say stuff like this because their favorite musician or favorite celebrity said it.

i wasnt disagreeing with you, i was just helping you out with a few to add to your list. those were the cage movies i have seen (actually seen weatherman and lord of war, but those didnt really impress me. cage didnt have anything to do with it). i havent seen the first one you mentioned (amos and andrew) or raising arizona, but raising arizona is by the coen brothers, and i enjoy their movies so ill have to check it out.
  22. indy500fan replied to Faux's topic in Off-Topic
You've obviously never seen Amos and Andrew! or fast times at ridgemont high (sure he was younger then) or the rock or con air or gone in 60 seconds or adaptation or national treasure
  23. Some people are very madly disappointed  i second that *hint hint wink wink* :P
  24. i never read the books, and im in the middle of other books now so i wnt be able to read them before i see the movie. the movie still looks pretty good, but as someone else mentioned kind of childish. oh well, i think it will be pretty good.
  25. well, i continued watching my 10 movie alfred hitchcock collection, watched 3 this time. didnt quite have the time to watch them all, but ill get there eventually. keeping these short since theres not much to say about them Blackmail - interesting story line and he did it as good as you would expect from him. the ending is kind of odd, but i cant really say anything else because it would ruin it. Juno and the Paycock - this one moved very slow, i watched about 75% of it, but only about 25% i was actually sitting down and paying all my attention to it. after a while i just started doing something else, and i kept on looking over at it but nothing was happening. eventually i just shut it off. i just read, while getting the imdb link for it, that alfred hitchcock was contractly obligated to make it, and he really didnt want to. it actually showed that he didnt really like it. Rich and Strange - just finished watching it, and it was pretty good. basically a romance movie, nothing else really to it. if you like romance movies, youd like this one pretty well. they arent my favorite, but i dont mind watching them. this one was a good one. funny the description of the movie on the dvd case is about the last 5 or 10 minutes of the show. imdb plot out line is a good one. going to watch 3 more tommorow, then i might watch the rest later. i was going to skip "the man who knew too much" and "lady vanishes" because ive seen them before, but i think im going to watch them now.
