New computer time
Alright, I have been looking at stuff for the past day or two because of a big surprise, RAM costs about twice as much as I expected. So I think I'll have to go with a cheaper motherboard, which means only one PCIx16 slot most likely. I'll just have to deal with whatever I can get out of my 4850 video card for now. So when I look at motherboards, is any motherboard that has a AM3 socket OK? Because on newegg when I choose Phenom II X4 "CPU type" only 9 are listed, but there are over 100 AM3 motherboards. Also that last CPU you listed looks good, it is exactly the same as this one except it is 125W and the one I just listed is 95W. That is power consumption right? Because with how often my computer is on $6 extra for less power usage will probably be cheaper in the long run. If it doesn't correspond to power usage let me know, because then I'll just go ahead and get the one you listed and save $6. So what about this motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128392 ? I have no idea what kind of power supply I need, but a combo deal with this motherboard exists that would make a 700W power supply only $40: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.319753 This hard drive: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822152096 ? And then I don't know about memory yet, I wanted 8gigs but I'm probably only going to get 4. EDIT: This RAM?: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145251

Religous Extremism
That's true, but America has changed a pot since it was founded. I mean, for example religous tolerence back in the day was very low, and blacks? Enslaved! It's my opinion that while keeping with the original intentions of the founding fathers is important, there will be certain changes that will require us to stray off of their idea of a country heavily based on Christian values if it becomes clear that Christian values are infringing upon the rights of the people. Edit: almost forgot, thanks for getting rid of those trolls. What have you two been smoking? The founding fathers specifically stated that this wasn't a christian nation, and religious influence has been steadily increasing since then, not decreasing. In fact the main reason for people coming here was religious freedom. Upholding the founding fathers wishes would mean having no religious interference in the government unlike what we have now.

The iPad
Is that a 16:9 screen? If so it might be good for weekly TV watching on the go but other than that I don't see it as being all that useful.

LOST: The Final Season
OK I'll admit I never knew about them either until after I saw the 1-5 recap. But the 1-5 recap they went all out on getting it everywhere on the Internet.

New computer time
That looks good to me, but should I try and get a AM3 socket processor rather than AM2+? I probably won't be upgrading again before AM3 goes out of style (for example my computer now is a 939 socket) but it might be nice to have a AM3 motherboard in case I want to upgrade later. Also I probably won't be overclocking any, I've never done that before so I probably won't do it on the computer I am building (I'll have the computer I am currently using to play around with, I might get into OC'ing eventually). Would this change your CPU suggestion? I'm definitely going to get a new HDD, I haven't looked at prices of those in forever and was expecting around $100, but for my OS hard drive I hardly need any space so I'll probably pick up a $40-50 250gig hard drive. I wanted to go SSD but it'll be my next computer before they will be cheap enough. Sapphire Radeon HD 4850 is my current video card, it is actually crossfire ready so rather than buy a newer better card I could try and find another one of these somewhere (crossfire does require the same exact video card right?) but I'll probably just get what I can out of this and deal with it. My mother board would have to have 2 PCIx16 slots on it too and that might be more expensive.

LOST: The Final Season
What do you mean by find? It was all over the internet a few weeks ago, and they do one before every season.

New computer time
http://www.fspgroupusa.com/PC_RETAIL/AX400PN/AX400PN.html That's one of them, apparently it is a 400W. I just glanced at it and saw the continuous rating. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817161004 Sorry for the newegg link, couldn't find the product on the companies website. You can get specifications on that page though. Right now I am just trying to decide what processor I should get. As I implied above, this upgrade is to play Mass Effect 2 at better graphics than I currently can.

Songs that get stuck in your head.
I [bleep]ing love Kelly's Heroes! I've seen it like 10 times already (that is probably the most repeated viewings of any movie I had since I started really getting in to movies 8 or so years ago. Stuff like Toy Story and Star Wars I've seen many times more) and I love it everytime.

Favorite Movie Scores?
Not my favourite from the soundtrack but every song on it is awesome.

The Expendables
I have been waiting for this for a quite a long time, since I thoroughly enjoy mindless action movies. Fun fact: Stallone fractured his neck while working on this movie. He has a metal plate in his neck now.

New computer time
First of all, I am attempting to build a gaming PC for $500. I need to buy a motherboard, CPU, RAM and power supply (unless my 350W will work  ). I have a few choices to make, but the first I was thinking about was the Phenom II X3 720 vs the Phenom II X4 965. It is $105 vs $193, and I am wondering if it is really worth it. Looking at this page there is not a huge difference between the two. I'm willing to spend up to around $200 on the processor, but I would like to keep the price around $200 or $100. If I keep it at $100 then I could buy a new hard drive (my data one is starting to click and my OS one is still IDE, which I don't even know if new mo-boards support, and it is around 6 years old). If I am spending more than $100 I might as well go all out to my max which is $200. Now if I go up to $200 then I don't have to go for the Phenom II X4 965, another choice would be the Core i5 750 or Core 2 Duo E8500. Then there are the newer Intel 32nm Clarkdale processors to consider. I will be ordering the parts in about 2 or 3 weeks (unless there are problems with ME2 on Win7 64bit editions, in which case it will be summer when I build the computer and I will probably have to do this all over again) so there is plenty of time to decide. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I don't believe it
Yep you have to get a special slightly more expensive ketchup to get it made with sugar rather than corn syrup, which I try to do whenever possible for any food. It sucks having to check labels all the time while shopping but you can generally find an item with sugar rather than corn syrup if you are willing to pay a little more.

I don't believe it
Are you sure you aren't just thinking of the corn syrup in ketchup?

I don't believe it
I've only baked pizza dough before which is close to bread and I believe I used eggs in it, but bread didn't seem like it would have eggs in it so I put I don't know.

Haiti Earthquake
Voodoo is an amalgamation of christian and traditional African religions, so many people are christian but then add some voodoo stuff also.

Haiti Earthquake
Sending money is the most efficient way to help during a natural disaster. You don't send money straight to the affected of course, you send it to charity or relief agency. An individual sending food/relief supplies can be more trouble than it is worth since it is less efficient than sending a lot of food/relief supplies of the same type at the same time. The president of Senegal is a little crazy. He is a 80+ year old dictator who runs a country barely better off than Haiti. Recently he built a $27 million statue using the governments funds, and since he was the "artistic director" who decided to spend a country's wealth on a statue when millions are starving there, he gets 35% of the money it generates from tourism. Yes, his personal bank account will be filled from profits from a government monument. He, like many other African dictators, is filling his personal bank account on the backs of citizens of the country. EDIT: Forgot the best part, the DPRK are the ones who built it  . 80% of Haitians are Roman Catholic, another 16% are Protestant. So at least 96% of the population are christian of some sort. While it is true voodoo is practiced by roughly half the population it has little to do with quality of life.

Why is this tolerated?
Also only 20% of Muslims are Arabic.

Dexter
Just episode 1 of season 4 apparently. If it isn't on hulu, or hulu doesn't show the result in a search, then it almost definitely not anywhere legally online.

Lady Gaga - The Fame Monster
Because it's cool to hate the mainstream now. It's always been cool to hate the mainstream.

Why is this tolerated?
American isn't really all that good of a word to use, but there really is nothing else easy to call us so it is what we are left with. I don't think any Canadians or Mexicans or any of the other central+south American countries mind that we use it.

Haiti Earthquake
Well not almost as powerful. The scale is a base 10 logarithmic scale, which means a 7.0 earthquake is 10 times as much as a 6.0. Mk. Guess the 6.1 was nothing then...I still assume it would interrupt aid efforts. It definitely still is a bad earthquake, it's just not nearly as bad as the 7.0 one. The scale is just deceiving.

Epic Flash Game!
You should really have the title somewhere in the topic.

Archer (TV)
you should reconsider imho, i got a feeling this show is going to be huge for the comedy tv industry. check out reviews elsewhere, everyone seems to love it btw, for anyone following the show check out [removed ~stevepole] for old eps and new ones each thursday That isn't a legal site to watch it, plus they want you to disable adblock plus which is pretty dubious, I would be careful about that site.

What movie(s) did you last see?
Haven't been posting too many reviews even though I've been watching a crap load of movies. Had to get one in on the 100th page of this topic though  . Frequently Asked Questions About Time Travel - I don't care for time travel plotlines, however this movie was great.
