  1. Damn, I review every single movie/tv show that I watch so that if I want I can go back and look up when I watched it and how much my views have changed since then. Looks like this thread is lost back to January, that really sucks.
  2. I just wanted to point out to everyone that I didn't start this thread, I think it was a few pages long and my post just happened to be the oldest that survived.
  3. I don't care for the new look either, but everyone will get used to it eventually. Losing 2 and a half months of posts sucks hardcore though.
  4. "The Black Donnellys" - Only thirteen episodes were made, one of them was only aired online. At the beginning it had the problem every crime movie has, you are supposed to "feel" for characters that are killing, stealing and generally just being bad. Many crime movies have this problem, but they try and justify it somehow. This one did the same, they just didn't try very hard. Still, that didn't stop affecting my views until around 3 or 4 episodes in, after that I started to enjoy it. I kept on enjoying it more and more until the end. I think it was canceled before they were planning on it, so the end was kind of quick and open.
  5. Yep, and looking a little more into it, it appears Forge's intuitive engineering I listed is considered a type of Technopathy, so I did already have it on my list. A more known Marvel character that is a Technopath is Iron Man. If you watch a TV show called Heroes, Micah Sanders is also a Technopath. Hana Gitelman I would probably consider one also. Transmutation.
  6. A comic book store of course.
  7. Technopathy  . It actually should be on my list, I kept feeling there were one or two more that I was missing.

  9. I don't use it all that much because the guards automatically attack you if they see you. A lot of times I will forget I am wearing it and walk right through town and don't realize it until I am stopped by a guard. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Cure_Vampirism Here is the link for the person with the vampire topic, who should be checking in here soon.
  10. I did the around the outside run once. Make sure to turn off borders, it sucks hitting that invisible wall every 5 seconds. After you turn off borders you should go check the outlying land, there is a crap load of it. I'm thinking 3 or 4 times the area of Cyrodiil.
  11. Yes you can. And we got the same answer, so it is right. (y^2-y)/y can be simplified to (y-1)/1, like I have.
  12. She was stuck to a piece of concrete that had a piece of rebar sticking out of it.
  13. You should come to Ohio to see it, I do believe Dadieseldude and I and some other people will hopefully be seeing it on Friday as well :P . What better way to celebrate the end of exams than watch NY get obliterated by Clifford? You are going to a midnight showing? I have to head over to Cincy if I want to see a midnight showing, no theaters around here do. Which theater are you going to?
  14. I just got my nephew hooked on Raptor. He isn't very good at it, but then again he is only 5. Still it made me want to play again, so I "found" the full version and played through it once. I never actually did play through anything except the shareware version.
  15. Ah well, thanks for trying at least. I seem to remember being on a phpBB forum before that allowed you to save topics, I thought maybe it was this one and I just couldn't find the option. I'll go through page by page and just copy/paste to a document, might take a while but there is a lot of information there that I just couldn't stand to lose :D .
  16. After changing the point of this topic I didn't bump it, I guess I should have. No one knows of a way to save an entire topic?
  17. Looking at the Google search results I think it means "A Warm Place" which also looks like the name of the song.
  18. Yeah the survey site scam has been around for quite a while. I guess they might actually pay off after a while, but I've never heard of anyone getting anything. My mom used to do it a while ago, I'm thinking it was around 98 or 99. I told her it was a scam, she never got a cent for it and probably put around 50 hours into them. That was a good 9 or 10 years ago. It's sad that people are still dumb enough to fall for these scams.
  19. Do you have a save before hand or was that too far back? Anyways, it sounds like you only have to kill one person to get your stuff back, Harrow, the guy who took your stuff. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Dagon_Shrine I haven't done this quest in quite a long time so I don't really remember what happens. A good way to make money would be just to start finishing those faction quests, you get a decent amount from the DB ones.
  20. Hey Carlo is back :D
  21. I reported it because it's in the wrong forum. It belongs in Video Games.
  22. Total Recall - How come I never knew this movie was awesome? I've seen screenshots of it before, but basically all I knew was that it was SciFi and had Arnold in it. Predator - This is one of those movies that plays on TV a lot, and you could sit down and watch it and enjoy it at any point. You don't necessarily have to watch it from start to finish. Anyways I think I only watching it completely one other time, so I felt like doing that again. Also felt like watching something on my TV rather than my computer, and this was available on YouTube, so I watched it using my Wii. Deep Impact - Never saw this one before. Liked it better than Armageddon. Predator 2 - Well that was disappointing.
  23. I can't really remember anything big happening in 2007. Come to think of it, I don't think anything big has happened in a few years. That's what I get for spending my weekends at home watching TV and movies I guess :D .
  24. Yep, Knights of the Nine is actually all in Cyrodiil, just adds some places. It is basically like any other quest, there is no real time frame of when you have to do it or how fast. Shivering Isles just adds a doorway in Cyrodiil, which leads to the Shivering Isles. You can go back and forth freely for the most part. You use the same character for all of this, unless you don't want to. I am actually not sure how the disc works. I bought them all separately as they came out so I have 3 different discs. Everything is installed to the computer, it never reads anything off the discs. I think I used the original disc to start it up. Maybe I used a no-dvd crack. Anyhow you wont have to switch discs all the time.
  25. More I thought about it, renting isn't that bad of an option if you never played an Elder Scrolls game before. If you aren't hooked in the 5 days you have it, you probably wont be. The games aren't for everyone. Yeah the landscape changes are great. Here is a map of what is changed. Just adds more variety. The Game of the Year edition comes with Oblivion, Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine I think. That would probably be your best bet. The downloadable content isn't really worth it, unless Knights of the Nine isn't included in the GOTY. Don't know how much it costs, it might be worth it. Shivering Isles and the regular game are pretty much completely separate. I'd probably get a good amount of play time in on the regular game before going to the Shivering Isles though.
