The reason people are sure they won't use them is because of how many people have them. You're not going to attack someone who you know can retaliate back with as much or more force. It's pretty much impossible to prove that you don't have nuclear weapons so you couldn't possibly enforce everyone getting rid of them. That means if you ever tried to do something such as that, there would inevitably be hold outs who claim to have gotten rid of them but haven't. Then you're in an even worse situation than before.

Comparing aliens to ghosts is absurd. We know life exists; it's not some gigantic stretch to believe there is life on one other of presumably many billions of planets. Ghosts are not known to exist in any way, shape or form. One assuming aliens exist is looking at what does exist and believing the probability of it existing somewhere else is extremely high; ghosts is making a huge logical leap from observing rare and varied phenomenon to assuming ghosts exist.

A scholarship gives money, not school acceptance. They are complaining that money is being given to one specific race. I am well-aware of what they are complaining about: they, however, do not share the same awareness as to the processes involved regarding how scholarships are given, or the basic precepts behind the allocation of money towards these ends. The process is pretty simple and I don't see any evidence that people are misunderstanding the situation. It appears we are reading two different threads. Well at least give an example of how someone is misunderstanding it. It's besides the point really. You're wrong, the strength of SL/SL warlocks was their survivability and ability to outlast through drain life spam and draining mana when possible. Teams with SL/SL warlocks run an outlast game, they don't win by burst or killing people. Being someone who got gladiator with an affliction warlock in season 1, he only used drain life as a last resort to keep himself alive if I couldn't heal him. And in raids thats pretty much the extent of its use also.

Um, yes? If the farmers feel they are being treated unfairly, they don't have to sell to the companies anymore. If all the farmers did that, then the companies wouldn't have any sugar to buy, and would have to pay more or go out of business. I'm sure poor farm workers who can barely live off the wages they're paid can easily all organize a protest since there aren't any people who can possibly take their place.

He deserved it, IMO. He's been campaigning for, what, a couple of years now? And, in his documentary, I think he proved that humans have greatly affected the Earth's atmosphere and quickened Global Warming. Actually it's been a tiny bit more than a couple years, more like a couple decades.

If you don't like these kind of topics, then don't open them. These boards are not owned, controlled or operated by you and so you do not have a say over what people can or cannot post. This topic provides legitimate discussion over a proposed government action, and if you do not like such discussion, do not comment on them. Simply saying "shut up" has no discussion value what-so-ever. If you have a legitimate argument with regards to these proposed regulations, then by all means, post them. NEVER should you tell someone to shut up because you don't like their point of view or their choice of discussion. Allowing topics like these opens the forums to people just making topics to push some political agenda. The topics he has been making aren't made as discussions, they're made pushing an agenda with him providing no insight of his own or basis for discussion. We don't need the forum full of people lobbying for/against arbitrary crap.

Revenge/Shield slam are your highest priority and highest threat abilities so you want to always have them on cooldown. Your 2nd priority is sunder/devastate (sunder if it's not 5 up and devastate if there are 5 up). After that heroic strike can be used as a rage dump. Shield block requires a bit of judgement, you want it up as much as possible but sometimes you will want to get a shield slam/revenge off first if it's right as you're engaging so you don't lose aggro; but if you're doing say Gruul at 15 growths and you've only got 11 rage to choose between revenge/shield block, you shield block.
