I began to install VISTA Ultimate OEM and every thing seemed fine. However, when the little cursor appears, (just before the desktop is loaded/visible), my computer keeps restarting. I've tried booting up in safe mode but to no avail. Is this a software or hardware problem? Any help would be very much appreciated! Thanks

Whoa thanks very much for that. I would hate to buy it and then it not work. So what do i am i doing, literally just putting the pieces together and if i put windows in on startup and install it, it will work again? - I know nothing lol.
