Hard to tell what's in there, looks like some sort of water/air borne beetles. Is the character floating slightly?

Keeping my cool with Jad
I haven't got the fire cape yet, but my most successful attempts (ie not getting floored by Jad instantly due to panic praying) came about from just getting myself into a prayer rhythm first, making sure I was feeling good about praying against his attacks before I actually engaged him in combat. That way I only had to worry about prayer and healing rather than attacking as well. I actually got within one dart of killing him last time but I suffered a timely bout of lag and died. I'm sure people will say this is a waste of time/prayer but it worked for me at calming my nerves and up until the point at which I died I hadn't taken any damage at all. Good luck! :^_^:

According to the list Mod Poppy produced saying which monsters do, they don't. However they are taking suggestions for other monsters to drop them so they might in the future.

10-Aug-10 A Void Dance
I've been talking to a few friends about who this mysterious mage could be that the Pest mentioned at the end of the quest and the ideas we got were either: Solus (from Wanted!), Surok Magis or Lucien (probably quite a long shot). Jagex did say that "an old enemy will return" in this quest series and with the involvement of the White Knights and that the Mage's plans seem to involve Falador it seems more likely it's Solus. Anyone else have any ideas?

A Void Dance prayer healing by monster
Adding to this, the quest guide says in the 'tips' section "Prayer potions are very important during this battle as the guardian can drain your prayer and heal itself during the battle." If you restore your prayer the knight will continue to heal off you, so it's best to let your prayer drain before the fight. It does stop healing off you if it drains your prayer to 0 during the fight though.

10-Aug-10 A Void Dance
I just checked and you can get it in your house's bookcase even if you didn't during the quest as well as Jessika's research notes

10-Aug-10 A Void Dance
Really good quest and a nice story line. Can't wait for the next part of this series! Props to Jagex for this, in my opinion one of the best quests since WGS

Looks like we're getting a nice barrel puzzle. Could be frustrating :P

Any other nonclue doers doing clues again?
I rarely did them except as a break from Slayer because I never got good rewards from them. With the new rewards I decided to do one, got Rune Helm, Battle Axe, MSB, 12 Lobsters and 8 Sweets. Wont be in any hurry to do anymore :P Of course I'll kill Bork daily in the hope of getting an Elite one just to say I've had one.

04-Aug-10 Elite Treasure Trails!
They haven't said anything yet, but I wouldn't touch anything you got from MTK so as not to give them a reason to ban you for bug abuse. Jagex are stuck between a rock and a hard place though, if they don't roll back then Herb prices will nose dive and there will be a load of really rich people in the game and people will rage, if they do roll back then anyone who got a decent item from Treasure Trails or even just a Level 4 Clue will rage. Personally I can't see them not doing a roll back, billions of gps worth of herbs will enter the economy and millions of gps worth of fish, seeds and nests which is far worse than some people losing Treasure Trail items in my opinion, although I wouldn't say no to cheaper Herblore  Good luck to anyone trying to sell Maple logs now too

04-Aug-10 Elite Treasure Trails!
It's fixed...at least for me that is. I collected mine about 20 minutes ago thinking it was fixed, needless to say I'm at least 40m gp richer if I sell everything I got from that 1.5 weeks of saving in there

Questions about Elite Clues!
Bork, Corporeal Beast, Skeletal Horror, Chaos Elemental, Kalphite Queen, God Wars Bosses and Dagannoth Kings are the only monsters that drop them. Edit: Teaches me a lesson for believing the Knowledge Base...

F2P Section?
There used to be one many moons ago. I can't remember why it was removed, probably because of fading activity and because there were quite a few topics that were related to both F2P and P2P. Personally I'm on the fence with such an idea, on the one hand the General Board is largely dominated by P2P discussions but on the other it's another forum and Tip.It has loads already and it would complicate where to post generic Runescape topics.

The BlackBerry - We're "Spying"? LOL.
They haven't banned the Blackberry itself, just some of the features on it. I don't have a problem with it, but as per usual the media have over-reacted to a government behaving in a way the media think is shocking

Found a hidden picture hint
Are they the meerkats we saw in JagEx's Twitter update stood behind the player? :o Kind of hard to tell with the picture being so small, but there's two of them.

F1 2010 Season
The race was a lot better than I'd expected purely because of the Safety Car, if it wasn't for that then RBR would have probably lapped the whole field. Happy Webber got 1st and Alonso 2nd, really going to make for an interesting second 'half' of the season with 5 drivers separated by 20 points. I wouldn't be surprised if there is a rule change in regards to making pit stops under the Safety Car after today, really lucky nobody was seriously hurt. Schumacher's attempted block on Barrichello was poor, could have had a nasty accident if Barrichello even just clipped the wall, clearly Schumacher hasn't lost his "If I can't have this position, neither can you" mentality. Great drives from Petrov and Hulkenberg though

As Demo said, Omnitec is on holiday at the moment, he should be back this weekend though

Game Update Delay
The Runescape Community never ceases to amaze me, it's not like JagEx just decided they'd never update anymore. I'd rather wait a week or more and have Runescape actually work, rather than them release it and there be heaps of problems. Most of the people complaining probably wont even be able to get these elite clues anyway

Apple Magic Trackpad
It's another Apple product where people (including myself) will think it wont take off, yet because it's Apple it will :P I don't see a use for it, but my dad has gone and ordered one so we'll see I guess

Dungeoneering Key Tool
I'm getting a lot of complaints about that too, but that's not how I intended the tool to be used. It's for marking the rooms with "?"s. So say a room branches into 3 different key rooms, North, East, and West. The room north of that room, which has a ?, would have the first key marked (NOT the room that actually has 3 doors), then one East would have the next key marked, and so on. That actually makes a lot of sense and if I'd thought about it I'd have probably realised that

Dungeoneering Key Tool
This tool is really useful, good job coming up with that! One suggestion would be to make it (if possible) so you have put more than one thing in a 'room' because often you can have rooms that require two keys or there would be one with a farming patch and a door that needs a key. Other than that it's great, I'll definitely use it
